【課題】 車椅子での階段や急な坂道を如何にして安
全に最小限の人数で楽に昇降することが出きるかです。
【解決手段】安全性につきましては、四っ手アーム
（２）の先に取り付けられている車輪（３）に組み込ま
れたトルクキーパーです。この車輪（３）に、トルクキ
ーパーを組み込むことで車輪の、トルクが一定に保たれ
車輪の暴走が防げます。叉、補助車輪（６）を取り付け
たことにより、昇降時の車椅子に安定性をもたせること
ができました。次に階段を一人の付き添え人で、楽に昇
降させるために、四っ手アーム（２）に、ワンウェイカ
ムクラッチを組み込ませることにしました。この四っ手
アームを、ワンウェイカムクラッチ用レバー（５）を使
って動かすことで、「テコ」の原理により一人で楽に上
ることができます。

本考案は福祉器具の技術分野に、属するものと考えられます。これから高齢 化社会が進み、身体の不自由な老人や、障害者の問題です。これらの人々は 、車椅子で誰かに付き添ってもらい、外出しても、階段や急な坂道の多いの が、現状では行ける所が限られます。しかし本考案の車椅子「らくらくのぼ りくん」が、一台あれば、老人や障害者の方々の視野が、広がります。 The present invention is considered to belong to the technical field of assistive devices.
