2. Description of the Related Art In order to preserve food for a long period of time, drying of food has been widely performed. As a drying treatment method, there are a hot air drying method, a microwave drying method, a freeze drying method, a spray drying method and the like, which play a large role in the field of food preservation. In addition, as with foods, what can be handled easily by drying or dehydrating treatment includes garbage generated at home. The garbage discarded from ordinary households is collected by each local government and incinerated or landfilled at once. However, this batch collection requires a certain amount of time to elapse after household waste is generated and collected.
There was a problem that garbage such as leftover food and cooking waste would decay by the date of collection to generate an odor, or that the garbage storage area would be contaminated with water from the garbage. Garbage from homes is a fundamental factor that causes rot and produces bad smells, making the whole garbage dirty. In order to cope with the household waste problem, several processing methods have been proposed, particularly for the processing of garbage. One of the disposers is a method in which garbage is finely divided by mechanical force and is flown to sewage together with water. Alternatively, there is a method of mechanically squeezing out only the garbage water. In addition, combustion systems such as a heating combustion system using a heater or the like and a microwave heating combustion system are intended to incinerate garbage and incinerate the garbage to fundamentally remove the cause of putrefaction. A drying method using microwaves, heaters and the like to finish the treatment in a dry state without burning garbage has also been devised.

However, in terms of drying foods, there are few devices that can be easily used at home, and it is very difficult to dry an object uniformly even in industry. ing. Regarding the garbage disposal system, in the mechanical dewatering method represented by the above-mentioned disposer, since the water discharged during the garbage disposal contains many organic components, it is difficult to flow the garbage to the sewage as it is to the environment. Its use is often banned at the municipal level in view of adverse effects and increased sewage treatment loads. In addition, garbage often rots due to insufficient dewatering. Further, the combustion method has problems such as generation and treatment of toxic gas during combustion, treatment of ash after combustion, and the like. Further, in the conventional drying method, there is a problem in that the garbage is dried uniformly, and there is a problem that a part of the garbage is ignited or a part is rotted.

According to the above-described structure and mechanism, drying objects such as food and garbage can be easily and hygienically dried. First, the object to be dried placed in the object-to-be-dried storage section is heated by microwave irradiation to evaporate the water in the object to be dried.
At this time, by providing a space between the heat insulating container and the drying target container, the microwave heats the entire drying target and spreads over the entire drying target. Since the object-to-be-dried accommodating portion is in the heat insulating container, heat from the microwave is not radiated from the heat insulating container but is consumed mainly only for evaporating water. The generated water vapor is condensed in a water condensing part located outside the drying object storage part. In addition, the thermal insulation effect of the drying object storage section also uniformly heats the drying object and promotes uniform drying, so that thermal decomposition of the drying object is suppressed. By these effects, contamination of the discharged water with organic substances is suppressed, and contamination of the exhaust path and condensed water by organic substances is prevented.

In addition, by adopting a structure having a water-absorbing material on the inner surface of the water condensing part above the opening of the heat insulating container, the formation of water droplets of water vapor at the upper part of the opening of the heat insulating container is prevented, and the water droplet from the upper part to the drying object is prevented. In order to prevent falling, uniform drying of the object to be dried is advanced.

When a vacuum heat insulating container made of stainless steel is used as the heat insulating container, heat radiation from the heat insulating container is suppressed by the heat insulating effect, and the amount of heat given by the microwave is mainly consumed only for evaporation of moisture. Therefore, the energy utilization efficiency is improved. However, the electric field is zero on the metal surface, and the object to be dried that is in contact with the metal surface cannot be heated directly by microwaves, but rather is dried unevenly. Therefore, the object to be dried made of microwave permeable material is provided with a space between the metal surface and the inside of the heat insulating container to eliminate the object to be dried in the zero electric field part. Has achieved uniform heating and uniform drying to heat the entire object to be dried, thus enabling suppression of thermal decomposition of the object to be dried. As a result, ignition of the object to be dried by local heating can be prevented, entry of organic matter into discharged moisture can be suppressed, and contamination of the exhaust path and condensed water by organic matter can be prevented.

In this embodiment, as a heat insulating container, a vacuum heat insulating container made of stainless steel, a drying object container made of microwave-permeable plastic and having pores on the bottom and side surfaces of the container are used, and rice is used. An evaluation test for uniform drying was performed. When rice was put directly into the vacuum insulated container and dried, the whole was not dried and partly carbonized, resulting in non-uniform drying. However, when rice was dried using the drying object container, The whole was dried uniformly.
Further, by using the vacuum heat insulating container, the energy loss due to heat radiation could be suppressed to に よ り compared with a stainless steel container having no heat insulating property due to the improvement of the heat insulating property. further,
By providing the drying target container in the heat insulating container, the drying target is uniformly heated, and at the same time, the ventilation path of the generated water vapor is secured due to the good ventilation of the drying target container, and the drying target is evenly distributed. Drying could be achieved. In addition, the airtightness between the water condensing part and the main body container is maintained by the lid, thereby reducing contamination of the main body container and emission of odor to the outside. Further, since the lid 5b of the water condensing portion has a heat insulating configuration, generation of water droplets on the inner surface of the lid is reduced. By treating the object to be dried to an almost absolutely dry state, rot was completely prevented, and since the object to be dried was not burned, generation of toxic gas was prevented.

Although the drying apparatus of the present embodiment is for drying rice, it can be used for drying garbage and food as a whole. Further, it is also possible to use a strainer in a kitchen sink as a drying object storage section, or to use a bag made of a plastic material or a pulp material having pores as the drying object storage section. In addition, a configuration is also possible in which a deodorizing device is attached to the water drainage path to deodorize odors generated during and after the drying of the object to be dried.

An operation similar to that of the first embodiment is performed. In the drying apparatus according to the second embodiment, since the moisture absorbing material 11 is provided,
(b) Water is condensed on the lower surface, and once evaporated water is prevented from dropping again on the object to be dried. Further, the moisture absorbed by the moisture absorber is heated by microwaves and discharged again as water vapor, so that the moisture absorbing material does not absorb moisture beyond its limit. In this embodiment, the moisture absorbing material 1

Although the cotton cloth is used as the moisture absorbing material 11 in this embodiment, a material that absorbs moisture, such as a water-absorbing resin or a pulp material, may be used. In addition, even when the lid 5b is configured to be free of water droplets or configured to allow water droplets condensed on the lid 5b to be directly discharged to the tub a5 of the water condensing part, it goes without saying that this contributes to uniform drying of the drying object.
