この考案は、以上実施例をとおして説明したように構成したので、タワークレ ーン自体を組立てる際も、また解体する際も、ブーム上に脱着機構を介して装架 した単位足場板と親綱支柱間に掛けわたした安全綱を利用してローピングや玉掛 け作業ができ、作業の安全確保に役立つことはもちろん、従来の方法に比較し、 次のような効果をもたらすことができる。 (1)単位足場板の前・後下面に、それぞれブームに対する自動クランプ金具と 手動クランプ金具を装備した構成とし、しかも、自動クランプ金具は単位足場板 の後端部側に設けた開閉操作用ワイヤーの端末把持具を介して引っ張り操作して 解放する構成としているため、ブーム上に足場板を架設する場合でも、逆に取り 外す場合でも、常に作業員は前後いずれかの単位足場板の上に乗って作業ができ る。その結果、高所作業の安全が確保される。 (2)単位足場板のブームに対する取り付けは、足場板の前後下面に取り付けた 自動クランプ金具および手動クランプ金具からなる脱着機構を介して行う構成と なっているため、従来のように単位足場板を番線を用いて取り付けていた場合に 比較し、その作業手間は著しく軽減され効率的であり安全である。もちろん取り 外す場合も同様な効果が期待される。 (3)単位足場板の前端部上面には、反転自立形式の親綱支柱が最初から装備さ れた構成となっているため、従来のようにいちいち単管パイプ等を取り付ける必 要はない。したがって、前記(2)の効用とあいまって、ブーム上における安全 作業足場の架設作業が迅速にかつ効率的に展開できる。 (4)単位足場板の前端部に吊りピースを設けているため吊り上げてブーム上に 敷設する際、その単位足場板は、後端部を下にして吊り上げられるので、まず、 後端部側の手動クランプ金具をブーム側にクランプさせ、ついで徐々に吊りワイ ヤーを緩めて前端部の自動クランプをブーム側にクランプさせることができる。 つまり、前後いずれかの単位足場板の上で取付け取外し作業ができる。その結果 、高所での足場板の架設作業として、きわめて理にかなった手順により架設がで きる。 Since the present invention is configured as described above with reference to the embodiments, the unit scaffolding board and the main rope installed on the boom via the attachment / detachment mechanism are used during assembly and disassembly of the tower crane itself.
