Scaffolding equipment is necessary when carrying workers, external wall members, tools, etc. to lay, construct, or paint the external wall of a building. They occupy roads and obstruct traffic, and require a great deal of effort and time to set up and dismantle scaffolding. Furthermore, such scaffolding equipment is designed to hold the lower end of a protective net suspended from the roof to prevent objects falling from the exterior wall work from scattering on the ground. Furthermore, handrails are provided on the three edges of the scaffolding board other than the front surface where it contacts the outer wall so that workers can safely walk on the scaffolding board.

However, such conventional scaffolding devices have the above-mentioned drawbacks such as taking too much time to assemble and dismantle. Currently, devices are being provided that are supported on ropes and are capable of freely selecting a lifting position using a special winch installed on a scaffolding device.

Moreover, since such scaffolding equipment alone cannot perform work with a small turning radius, work gondolas with a small turning radius are generally installed in parallel for this wall work.

However, although it is advantageous in terms of workability that each of the scaffolding device and the gondola has its own winch, it is extremely uneconomical. This is particularly problematic in large buildings, where a large number of scaffolding devices and gondolas are used simultaneously. Also,
Generally, scaffolding devices do not need to be raised and lowered frequently; workers on gondolas simply go back and forth to the scaffolding device, and the scaffolding device is rather held in a fixed position for a long period of time.

On the other hand, in order to ensure safety through its robustness, conventional scaffolding devices had scaffolding boards, supporting beams, or handrails that were integrally formed in advance, resulting in an excessive overall shape and weight, making it difficult to store and transport. It's summery.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention firstly provides a working gondola that is suspended from above a building by a wire rope and is movable up and down along the outer wall, and the gondola is installed on the ground. The scaffolding device is connected to a gondola by an auxiliary wire rope, and the scaffolding device raised by the gondola is placed at a predetermined height of the building from above the building. A method for installing a scaffolding device in which the auxiliary wire rope is removed after being suspended and connected to another suspended wire rope;
a pair of left and right beams, a coupling plate fixed to each beam end, a stage plate divided into a plurality of pieces and placed on each of the beams, and a stage plate that is pressed from above, It comprises a stage holder attached between the connecting plates, a baseboard frame installed at the upper part of the end of the stage plate, and a handrail and a baseboard frame rod that are detachably supported by the baseboard frame, and each of these The member has a size and shape that can be carried by a person, and both ends of the stage holder pass through the connecting plate, and the penetrating ends and the lower part of the connecting plate are connected with bolts, so that they can be assembled and disassembled. This is why we created a scaffolding device with this feature.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 34 denotes a swing stopper for the scaffold device main body 14, which is attached to the wall surface of the building 1. Fig. 6 shows the details of the structure, including an angle member 36 secured to an anchor bolt 35 whose one end is inserted into the wall, and a coil spring shape with both ends open, which is fixed to the angle member 36 by welding. It consists of a ring 37. The wire rope 12 on the building 1 side is inserted into this ring 37 to prevent the wire rope 12 from deflecting outward.

In this way, the scaffolding device main body 14 can be assembled extremely easily by simply placing the stage plate 18 on the beam 15, installing the stage presser 16 on top of it, and inserting the handrail 23 into the mounting bracket 20. It has a structure that allows for easy disassembly. However, since it does not have a winch, it cannot be lifted by itself.

On the other hand, in FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 41 is a work gondola that can freely move up and down on the scaffolding device main body 14, and is mounted on the wall of the roof of the building as in the case of the scaffolding device main body 14. It is suspended by wire ropes 42 at two or more locations. This gondola 41 is equipped with a winch 43 that raises and lowers the main body of the gondola 41 by winding up and unwinding a wire rope 42, and is operable so that the worker can freely choose his or her working posture. .

As mentioned above, since the scaffolding device main body 14 does not have a winch or the like, it cannot rise along the wall surface by itself. Therefore, on the ground, the stage plate 18 is placed between the beam 15 and the stage holder 16.
A scaffolding device main body is constructed by assembling a handrail 22 to a baseboard frame 19, and a gondola 41 is lowered to near the top of this scaffolding device. This state is shown by the chain line in FIG.

Next, in this state, both ends of the auxiliary wire rope 46 are tied to the brackets 47 fixed to both ends of the handrail 44 of the gondola 41 and to the link attachment holes 26 drilled in the coupling plate 17, and the winch 43
is driven to raise the gondola 41. The scaffolding device body is suspended from the lower part of the gondola 41 via the auxiliary wire rope 46 and simultaneously ascends, and when it reaches a predetermined location on the outer wall surface, it is suspended from the arm 4 on the roof, as shown in FIG. The ends of the four wire ropes 11 and 12 are coupled to the locking holes 26 of the coupling plate 17. Next, the auxiliary wire rope 46 between the gondola 41 and the scaffolding device main body 14 is removed so that the gondola 44 can be freely raised and lowered, and the scaffolding device is suspended from the wire ropes 11 and 12.

In this way, although the scaffolding device main body 14 cannot be raised or lowered by itself, it can be lifted to a predetermined position on the outer wall with the help of the gondola 41, and conversely it can be lowered in the same way.

In addition, in order to safely suspend the scaffolding device, the scaffolding device main body 14 is lifted up by the gondola 41 to a position where the ends of the wire ropes 11 and 12 can fully reach, and the lower ends of the wire ropes 11 and 12 are connected to the scaffolding device main body 14. This wire rope 11,

is lowered, and the scaffolding device main body 14 is attached to the wire rope 1.
After confirming that it is completely suspended by 1 and 12, remove the wire rope 46,
The gondola 41 can be freely raised and lowered. In this way, the scaffold device main body 14 can be safely installed at a desired position without causing a shock when the wire rope 46 is removed.

As explained above, in the present invention, the scaffolding device is lifted and installed above the outer wall of the building with the help of a work gondola, so the scaffolding device is also equipped with a winch, etc., as in the past. In addition to eliminating the cost of installing self-powered lifting means, the scaffolding device itself can be constructed by assembling on-site components that can be carried by humans, making it easy to store and transport. There is no need for a crane or the like. In addition, in the scaffolding device formed as described above, the stage plate, which is divided into a plurality of pieces and placed on each of the pair of left and right beams, is held down by a stage presser from above, and the stage plate is held down by a stage presser from above. Both ends of the scaffolding device are formed so that they pass through the connecting plates fixed to each of the beam ends, and these penetrating ends and the connecting plates are connected by bolts, so that they can be easily disassembled when the scaffolding device is used. Safe use is guaranteed. In this way, a practical effect can be obtained in that the work from attaching the scaffolding device to installing it on the outer wall can be carried out easily and safely without taking any major measures.
