FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. FIG.
4 (a) and 4 (b) , the center conductor 1 serving as a connection conductor of the disconnecting portion 17A has a rear terminal portion as shown in FIG. 4 (b).
Semicircular cross section of the groove is not leveled-formed trough-shaped,
An epoxy resin insulating layer 3 is formed on the outer periphery by casting, and a U-shaped shielding portion 7 is formed at the rear end of the insulating layer 3. At the rear end of the center conductor 1, a gutter-shaped fitting 6 made of a copper material is tightened from behind by a bolt 9, and between the fitting 6 and the gutter-shaped groove of the center conductor 1, the end of the bus bar 2 Part is inserted, and the center conductor 1 is tightened with the bolt 9 described above.
Is pressed. As shown in FIG.
Then, an insulating tube 4 formed of an epoxy resin is inserted in advance, and the end of the insulating tube 4 overlaps the end of the shielding portion 7. Therefore, a slight gap is formed between the shielding portion 7 and the bottom portion 7a.

[0006] In the connecting portion of the insulated conductor formed by the rear ends of the disconnecting portions 17A and 17B and the ends of the busbar 2 and the insulating tube 4 connected to the rear ends, the endurance is as follows. Bolts 9 for fastening metal fittings 6 of each phase, which is the weakest point in voltage characteristics
Are shielded by the shield part 7 and the insulating tube 4, and the creeping insulation between the exposed part at the rear end of the center conductor 1 and the ground is reinforced by the bottom surface 7 a of the shield part 7.

However, in the connection portion of the insulated conductor configured as described above, the withstand voltage characteristic between the phases is strengthened by the shield portion 7 and the insulating tube 4 as described above, and the connection to the ground is made. The withstand voltage characteristics between the bottom portions 7a also correspond to each other, but a slight gap formed between the bottom portion 7b and the insulating tube 4 shown in FIG. When penetrating, there is a possibility that, as shown by the line B in FIG. Of the three-phase disconnecting portions 17A, the first phase and the third phase
As shown in FIG. 3, the disconnection portion of the phase is bent up and down from the middle portion, and since the distance between the three buses is considered to be long, the distance between the phase disconnection portion and the partition plate 12 becomes short. , Especially weak points.

For this reason, if the shielding portion 7 is lengthened in the lateral direction (that is, the axial direction of the busbar 2) to improve the withstand voltage characteristic, a method for improving the withstand voltage characteristic is considered. The effect is small for large molds. It is also conceivable to increase the length of the central conductor 1 and the insulating layer 3 protruding rearward from the partition plate 12, but the rear partition
Since the withstand voltage with respect to the ground 14 decreases, the depth of the bus bar room 15B increases, and the depth of the box body 11 increases, thereby increasing the installation floor area.

On the other hand, if the width of the opening of the box body 11 is widened and the bus bar 2 is also long, the length of the insulating tube 4 is increased accordingly. Not only when assembling,
A wide working space is required on 11 sides. For this reason, a method of inserting a plurality of short insulating tubes 4 is also conceivable, but in this case, the butted portion of each insulating tube 4 becomes a weak point of insulation between the phases and the ground.

In FIG. 1, the gap formed at the end of the insulating tube 4 made of epoxy resin loosely fitted to the outside of the busbar 2 and the end of the shielding portion 7 is previously wound around the end of the insulating tube 4. The outer periphery of the insulating tube 4 and the inner surface of the shielding portion 7 are sealed with a silicone gel tape 5 adhered. This tape 5
The silicone gel is wound around the insulating cylinder 4 while peeling off the tape stuck to one side thereof, and the winding radius is approximately the same as the radius of the semicircle at the bottom of the U-shaped groove formed by the pair of shielding portions 7. It is wound. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1B, a slight gap is left between the tape 5 and the front end of the U-shaped groove of the shielding portion 7 from the middle.

1. A connection conductor shielded by an insulating pipe and having a main circuit conductor to which a high voltage is applied, shielded by an insulator having a U-shaped cross section.
In a terminal portion of the insulating conductor, the end of the insulating tube is loosely fitted to the insulator and connected to at least one side of a gap formed on the inner surface of the insulator with the end of the insulating tube.
A connection portion of an insulated conductor, wherein a silicone gel is inserted into a surface and a bottom portion.
