伝わってそれが室内の壁、天井などから放射される固体
伝搬音とがあり、従来用いられている石膏ボード、高比
重物を配合した塩ビシート、ゴム化したアスファルトシ
ート、ロックウールマット等では空気伝搬音と固体伝搬
音の双方の音に対する遮音性をもたせることができない
という問題がある。そこで、現状では空気伝搬音対策用
の下地材と、固体伝搬音対策用の下地材とを併用して生
活騒音を遮音しており、このためコストが高くなるとい
う問題があった。

空または多孔質の遮音用細粒を混在させて制振性と接着
性を兼ね備えた層状遮音体としたことを特徴とするもの
である。

塗り込んで下地としたり、或いは仕上材の中間に層状に
介在させたサンドイッチ構造の合板として使用した場
合、主体がアロハネート架橋とビュレット架橋が形成さ
れた制振性のポリウレタンエラストマーまたはこれと同
等の制振性のあるポリノルボーネン系合成ゴムよりなる
ものであるから、この主体に固体伝搬音は吸収されるう
えに、該主体には中空または多孔質の遮音用細粒を混在
させてあるから空気伝搬音も吸収され、従って、空気伝
搬音と固体伝搬音を含む生活騒音を効果的に遮音できる
こととなる。

用細粒であり、該遮音用細粒(2)はポリウレタンエラ
ストマーよりなる主体(1)に遮音性を付与するための
ものであり、主体(1)遮音用細粒(2)を混在させて
形成した下地材には床材や壁材などの仕上材が添装され
る。なお、用途によっては主体(1)に前記した中空ま
たは多孔質の遮音用細粒(2)とは別に鉄粉やフェライ
ト粉末を添加しておくこともある。主体(1)はアロハ
ネート架橋とビュレット架橋が形成された制振性の液状
のポリウレタンエラストマーとしてこれに遮音用細粒を
混在させたうえ現場においてコンクリート建物の床面に
所定の厚さに塗り込んで下地材としても、予め前記した
液状のポリウレタンエラストマーと遮音用細粒との混合
物をもってシート状に形成しておいた下地材を床下や壁
面に取付けたうえその表面を仕上材(3)で表装しても
よいが、ポリウレタンエラストマーよりなる主体(1)
はアロハネート架橋とビュレット架橋によって高い制振
性を有するから、階上の床を人が歩き回ったり子供が飛
び跳ねたりする際に生じる衝撃振動は極めて効果的に吸
収されることとなり、また、ステレオやピアノあるいは
会話などの空気伝搬音はポリウレタンエラストマーより
なる主体(1)に混在される遮音用細粒(2)によって
吸収されるから、生活騒音の源である固体伝搬音と空気
伝搬音とを確実に吸収することができるものである。な
お、前記説明は主体(1)をアロハネート架橋とビュレ
ット架橋が形成された制振性の液状のポリウレタンエラ
ストマーよりなるものとした下地材についてであるが、
前記のようなポリウレタンエラストマーをこれと同等の
制振性のあるポリノルボーネン系合成ゴムに代替させた
ものとしてもよいし、第3図に第2の実施例として示し
た壁面のように、仕上材の片面または両面或いは中間に

料費および施工費を著しく低減できる利点があり、中空
または多孔質の遮音用細粒により全体重量が軽量化され
るうえにポリウレタンエラストマーまたはポリノルボー
ネン系合成ゴムよりなる主体は自身の弾性によって硬い
床面や壁面と仕上材間を気密に埋めて両者間に生じ勝ち
な隙間をなくす利点と相俟ち、業界にもたらす益極めて
大きなものである。
