[Prior Art] Conventionally, as a diaphragm of an optical device such as a camera, a film obtained by applying a black paint on a metal film has been used.
Recently, a lightweight plastic film has been used because of easy driving. As the aperture of such a plastic film material, a polyester film containing a black pigment is coated with a thermosetting matting paint and an antistatic agent is adhered thereon (JP-A-57-118226). There is known a plastic film in which carbon black is mixed in a concentration, which is roughened by sandblasting, and a conductive agent of an electronic conductivity type is applied thereon (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-12503).

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, of the above-mentioned conventional materials, the former requires the application of a matting agent and the application of an antistatic agent twice, which is a double coating. There is a problem that the adhesion to the substrate film is poor, and these films are liable to fall off during use as a diaphragm.

On the other hand, since the latter has fine irregularities formed on the substrate by sandblasting, there is a problem that the mat shape is easily crushed when the members are rubbed with each other, and the gloss is increased after long-term use. Also, like the former, because the dynamic friction is large,
There is a drawback that power is required for driving the aperture.

In addition, all of these conventional materials use the polyester film itself, which is the base material, to have the light-shielding properties required as a diaphragm, and carbon black is mixed into the base material to the limit of mixing, so the physical properties of the base film However, there are difficulties such as changes in cost and an increase in cost.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and has sufficient light-shielding properties and slipperiness as a light-shielding member of an optical device, and has the characteristics (light weight, It is an object of the present invention to provide a light-shielding member for an optical device while maintaining low cost.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A light-shielding member for an optical device of the present invention that achieves the above objects comprises a base made of a synthetic resin film, and light-shielding films formed on both surfaces of the base, The light shielding film contains carbon black and a lubricant in a thermosetting resin or a room temperature setting resin.

Here, as the substrate, a synthetic resin film such as a polyester film, a polyimide film, a polystyrene film, and a polycarbonate film is used, and a polyester film is particularly preferable. However, when light condensed by a lens or the like is reflected and adversely affects the synthetic resin film portion at the end of the member when used as a light shielding member, a synthetic resin containing a black pigment such as carbon black is used. It is desirable to use a film. In this case, it is sufficient that the black pigment is contained so that the film looks black visually and the optical density is about 3. The thickness of the film varies depending on the application, but is 50 μm to 125 μm for a light shielding member of a general camera.

[Function] The carbon black contained in the light-shielding film imparts light-shielding properties to the light-shielding film and also imparts conductivity to prevent charging of the light-shielding member. Further, the lubricating material has a matting effect as a mat material, provides a slipperiness as a diaphragm, is easy to drive, and has no unevenness or gloss change due to abrasion.
