Although each material segment has its advantages and disadvantages, the wood segment has the advantages of being lightweight, easy to handle, and capable of being constructed by human power, but is weak against buckling in the longitudinal direction, and requires thrust. It is difficult to apply to construction methods that must be performed. Cast iron segments are expensive to manufacture,
It is heavy and requires heavy equipment to handle, making construction difficult. The steel segment has high rigidity against earth pressure and a small cross section, but has a disadvantage that it is weak against deformation in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, in recent years, reinforced concrete segments are often used.
In the case of reinforced concrete segments, a curved, highly accurate formwork must be assembled when the segments are manufactured, and a process must be performed in which the reinforcing steel is installed inside and concrete is cast. did. According to the present invention, an outer frame is made of glulam, concrete is poured, and the concrete is used as a segment. Glued lumber has higher strength than wood, and it is easy to use for wood. It is easy to protect the global environment. It eliminates the need for formwork assembly and removal procedures. It has been devised to make handling easier.

Means for solving the problems Along a cylindrical surface obtained by dividing the cylindrical shape into several parts in the axial direction, the outer surface of the cylinder having a predetermined thickness is opened to form a concave portion, and one circumferential cut is formed in the axial direction. In the outer frame of the laminated wood formed by the other circumferential cut and the axially depressed side surface, a reinforcing bar is arranged and concrete is poured into the outer frame to form a composite segment. And the concave side face is fitted to the axial cut. In the case of a segment that is long in the axial direction, it is also possible to divide the outer frame of the laminated wood into several parts and bind them with long bolts. The concrete to be poured into the outer frame made of glulam may be ordinary concrete, or it is possible to mix rice husks and small pieces of waste plastic.

According to the segment of the present invention, the advantages of both the wood segment and the concrete segment can be utilized. That is, since the outer frame is made of laminated wood, the concrete is cast and used as it is, so that the procedure of assembling and removing the mold as in the case of the conventional concrete product is not required. In addition, since rice husks and small pieces of plastic waste are mixed with concrete, the weight is reduced and the handling is facilitated. On the other hand, the rigidity of a conventional concrete product is left as it is, and it is resistant to earth pressure and deformation.
