2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the dismantling work of a boiler / steel-frame building, etc., from a low-rise boiler / steel-frame building, etc. to a high-rise boiler / steel-frame building, etc., has been started from the top of a steel frame building, and an underground foundation, etc. At the bottom of the However, in the above-mentioned conventional dismantling method, it is necessary to install a large-scale dismantling device on an upper part of a steel frame building, and this installation work is extremely difficult. In addition, it is necessary to sequentially move the large-scale dismantling device from the upper portion to the lower portion, which requires a separate device for this movement, and the moving operation has also caused an increase in the number of steps and the period of work. In addition, there was a problem of scattering of dust and dust generated by dismantling work at the upper part of the steel building, and falling objects.

As an example of the above countermeasures, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-244
There is a dismantling method disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 55 (hereinafter referred to as Prior Document 1). As shown in FIG. 9, a temporary foundation 2 is provided around the building 1, and a plurality of detachable trusses 4 are erected on the temporary foundation 2 via a plurality of jacks 3. The building 1 is fixed at a plurality of locations, and each time the lower part of the building 1 is dismantled, the lower part of the truss 4 is removed by jacking down, and this is repeated to lower the upper part of the building 1 from the lower part. This is a demolishing method for buildings that are being demolished.

The dismantling method disclosed in the prior art 1 is expected to have effects such as installation of a dismantling device, prevention of scattering of dust and dust, and prevention of falling objects in a high-rise steel frame building. However, in the above-mentioned dismantling method, the truss 4 needs to be erected on the peripheral surface of the building 1, and in the case of the high-rise building 1, a huge number of trusses 4 is required, and assembling and removing the truss 4 are complicated. Further, at the time of dismantling, it is necessary to remove the support member of the truss 4 for each dismantling portion of the building 1, and it takes time for dismantling work. For this reason, there is a problem that the dismantling operation becomes more complicated as the building 1 becomes higher, and the number of steps and the construction period are likely to increase.

According to the present invention, there is provided a divided temporary frame having a temporary beam at an upper end in a space of a steel frame building, and a first group of jacks is attached to the temporary beam. This is a method for dismantling a steel frame building, comprising installing a temporary frame at an upper end, attaching a second group of jacks to the temporary frame, and dismantling the steel frame building in the following steps. (A) A step of cutting the steel building from the lower end while hanging the steel building with the first group of jacks, (b) a step of removing the cut block and jacking down the steel building, (c) Next, a step of removing the temporary frame block on the lower end side of the split temporary frame while suspending the split temporary frame with the jacks of the second group, (d) removing the removed temporary frame block, and Jacking down, and (e) disassembling the steel building from the lower end to the upper end while alternately repeating the steps (a) to (d). In the present invention, since the configuration is as described above, first,
If the steel frame building is suspended with the first group of jacks and the divided temporary frame is suspended with the second group of jacks, the jack down is repeated alternately in the same suspended state, and the steel frame building is continuously lowered to the lower end. Can be dismantled from side to top.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. Since the steel building is jacked down by alternate operation of the two jack groups, the dismantling work can be performed very quickly, and the construction period can be shortened. Since the steel building is dismantled from the lower part to the upper part, the work of cutting and removing can always be performed at a predetermined position on the floor surface, and the work efficiency is high and the man-hour can be reduced. In addition, since the dismantling operation is performed at a low position, there is little scattering of dust and the like, and there is no danger of falling objects.
