(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】負圧ブースタ(B)の板金製ブースタシェ
ル(1)に形成されたボルト孔(34)に、そのブース
タシェル(1)の内側からボルト頭(28)を有する連
結ボルト(22,25)のねじ軸(27)を挿通させ
て、そのねじ軸(27)のねじ形成部(29)よりも大
径で、且つ前記ボルト頭(28)に連設されたねじ軸基
端部(30)を前記ボルト孔(34)を貫通する位置に
保持し、次いで前記ねじ軸基端部(30)を前記ねじ形
成部(29)側の一端からかしめることにより挟圧フラ
ンジ(40)を形成して、その挟圧フランジ(40)と
前記ボルト頭(28)とにより前記ブースタシェル
(1)のボルト孔周縁領域(R1 )を挟圧し、また前記
連結ボルト(22,25)とブースタシェル(1)との
間にその連結ボルト(22,25)の回止めを施すに当
り、前記ボルト孔周縁領域(R1 )の内縁部(c1
を、前記挟圧フランジ(40)の内周部(b1 )と前記
ボルト頭(28)に在って前記ねじ軸基端部(30)に
連なる環状段部(31)の端面(41)とによって挟圧
すると共に前記ボルト孔周縁領域(R1 )の外縁部(c
2 )を、前記挟圧フランジ(40)の外周部(b2 )に
より、前記環状段部(31)の外周面に添わせることに
よって、前記内、外縁部(c1 ,c2 )の連設部分
(d)を前記端面(41)の外周縁(e)に密着させ、
また前記ボルト頭(28)において前記環状段部(3
1)の外周に配設された複数の回止め凸部(35)を前
