[Prior Art] Conventionally, in the case of forming a front entrance between wooden houses, a construction method as shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B) is usually employed. First, when laying the foundation of a house, the foundation 1 is formed so as to surround a portion between the entrance lands. Cut off the rising part of the slab concrete surrounded by the foundation 1, spread the chestnut stone 2 and flatten it. Concrete 3 is poured onto the stone 2 and leveled, cured for a certain period of time, and solidified. In this way, the recess 4 defined by the foundation 1 is formed. Next, the mortar 5 is uniformly applied on the concrete 3 to a thickness of about 20 to 35 mm, cured for a certain period, and solidified. A cement mortar 6 is evenly applied thereon to a thickness of about 3 mm, and various dry tiles 7 are laid one by one and attached. Finally, the joint 8 between the dry tiles is filled with a joint material and finished.

Also, as a method of constructing the entrance soil by the prefabricated construction method, a steel plate is cut and bent so as to fit into the concave portion 4,
It is also considered that a dry tile is stuck to the inside of this steel plate and a joint finish is produced in the factory, and this tiled steel plate is fitted into the recess 4 between the entrance soils at the construction site, but it has been implemented. There is no present.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, the above-mentioned construction method between the entrance lands all depends on the manual work of a specialized tiler, and there is a problem that the construction plan is influenced by the schedule of the tiler. Also,
When the tile craftsman is changed or the work time is changed, the finished state of the tile is changed, and there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to always maintain a certain quality or more. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, various attempts have been made to produce some of the components between the entrance soils at a factory in order to construct the entrance soils by a prefabricated construction method. As already described, one of these attempts is a method in which a dry tile is attached to a steel sheet and joint finishing is performed to form one member. However, this method has the disadvantage that the joint finish cracks on the way to the construction site and it is not easy to repair it at the site, and it takes extra labor instead. Not in.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following construction method between entrance lands. First, a tiled steel sheet is prepared in which a plurality of tiles are pasted inside a steel sheet which has been cut and bent to an appropriate size in advance. Next, a recess defined by the foundation is formed near the entrance of the house.
Next, the tiled steel plate is fitted into the concave portion, and a gap formed between the bottom plate portion of the tiled steel plate and the bottom surface of the concave portion is filled with a grout material to fix the tiled steel plate in the concave portion.
Finally, the joint between the tiles is finished.

[Operation] In the present invention, a tiled steel plate prepared in advance is fitted into a concave portion serving as a soil space. Therefore, when the steel plate is fitted into the concave portion, the tiling is completed. Then, the tiled steel plate is arranged at a predetermined position after fitting with the recess, and furthermore, a gap formed between the bottom plate portion of the tiled steel plate and the bottom surface of the recess is filled with a grout material so that the tiled steel plate is recessed. Therefore, even if the joint between the tiles is subsequently finished, the joint does not crack.

Next, a tiled steel plate 9 prepared in advance is prepared.
As shown in FIG. 1 (A), the tiled steel plate 9 is obtained by cutting and bending a single steel plate 16 and setting a tile 17 inside the steel plate 16. It is composed of side plates 19 to 21 extending vertically upward from the ends, and a plurality of hook-shaped engaging pieces 22, 22,... Protruding outward from the upper ends of the side plates 19 to 21. Here, the vertical and horizontal lengths of the side plate portions 19 to 21 are the same as the vertical and horizontal lengths of the corresponding side surfaces 11a to 13a, and the vertical and horizontal lengths of the bottom plate portion 18 correspond to the corresponding bottom surface 14. The tiled steel plate 9 is vertically moved from the upper side to the lower side to be fitted to the concave portion 10 so as to correspond to the bottom surface 14 of the base 11 and the side surfaces 11a to 13a of the foundations 11 to 13, respectively. At the same time, engaging piece 2
2,22,... Are respectively hooked on the top ends 11b-13b of the foundations 11-13. Next, a grout (not shown), which is a gap filler, is injected and filled into a gap formed between the bottom plate portion 18 of the tiled steel plate 9 and the bottom surface 14 of the concave portion 10. At this time, a kind of a compliment band (not shown) of a batten is applied from outside the gap to prevent the grout from flowing. After the grout has solidified, remove the compliment band.

Also, the tiled steel plate 9 is manufactured in advance at the factory,
At the construction site, the tiled steel plate 9 is fitted into the recess 10, and the gap formed between the bottom plate portion 18 of the tiled steel plate 9 and the bottom surface 14 of the recess 10 is injected and filled with a grout material as a gap filler. To fix the tiled steel plate 9 to the recess 10 and then to finish the joints between the tiles 17, so that the standardization of the tiled steel plate 9 becomes easy, and there is no possibility that the joint 23 will be cracked. Tiling work on site is greatly reduced.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides a method for fitting a tiled steel sheet having a plurality of tiles adhered in advance into a recess defined by a foundation, and then performing a joint finish between the tiles. Since the construction method is adopted, the following excellent effects can be obtained.

(B) Since the joint finish is performed after the tiled steel plate is fixed to the foundation, there is no possibility that the joint finish cracks during transportation. In addition, the grout material injected and filled in the gap between the bottom plate of the tiled steel plate and the bottom of the recess hardens, thereby suppressing deformation of the tiled steel plate. Cracks can be prevented.
