[Operation] As described above, a large number of cut grooves 3 are provided on the bottom surface side of a hard-wood-like hard substrate 1 having a finished wheat surface. The rigid substrate 1 is blocked by the kerf 3 and loses the rigidity of the rigid substrate 1.
To the flexible substrate, greatly suppresses the propagation of vibrations, enhances the usability even though it is a hard substrate 1 made of wood, and has a higher density on the bottom surface of the hard substrate 1 than the density of the hard substrate 1. Are stacked while being shifted from each other in a plan view, and the high-density soft sheet 4 is extended outward from two adjacent sides of the hard substrate 1 to form fitting projections 10. By forming the fitting recesses 11 in which the high-density soft sheet 4 does not exist on two sides, it is possible to suppress the widening of the kerf 3 while giving sufficient rigidity to the hard substrate 1, and to increase the number of kerfs 3. Deformation of the floor material due to this provision is suppressed, and the high-density soft sheet 4 is well adapted to the unevenness of the floor substrate such as a concrete slab. Blocks the movement of flooring by adjusting to the ground Stopping and nailing work can be omitted, and the workability can be greatly increased. Such a high-density soft sheet 4 is effectively used to form the fitting protrusion 10 and the fitting. The recess 11 is formed so that the floor materials can be connected to each other without gaps.

A woody decorative board 2 such as a veneer (a sliced veneer) having a wood grain obtained by thinly slicing wood is laminated on the surface layer of the hard substrate 1 with a soft damping sheet 5 absorbing vibrations interposed therebetween. The vibration damping sheet 5 may not be provided. The hard substrate 1 is made of plywood, and the plywood is made of 3 plies, 5 plies or 7 plies.
A ply or the like is used. Such a plywood-made hard substrate 1 having a thickness of about 2.5 mm to 15 mm can be used. On the bottom surface of the hard substrate 1, cut grooves 3 are juxtaposed by a saw blade so as to be substantially parallel. The cut grooves 3 have a groove width of about 1.6 mm to 3.2 mm, and the interval between the cut grooves 3 is about 5.0 mm to 30 mm. And about 10 mm is most preferable. That is,
The interval between the cut grooves 3 is set to about twice the thickness of the hard substrate 1. A soft sheet 4 having a high sound insulation function is laminated on such a hard substrate 1, and the opening of the kerf 3 in the soft sheet 4 is suppressed. The soft sheet 4 is preferably a solid sheet or a low foamed sheet having a rubber hardness of about 10 ° to 90 °. A rubber sheet having a rubber hardness of about 20 ° to 70 ° is preferable, and the soft sheet 4 is as soft as possible.
A material having a small elongation with respect to tension is preferred. That is, the rigid substrate 1 is fixed by the soft sheet 4 so that the cut groove 3 of the rigid substrate 1 is not opened even though the vibration damping sheet 5 is interposed and pressed by the stepping load or the like. Thus, the warpage of the flooring material A is prevented by the large number of kerfs 3, and the interval D between the kerfs 3 is made approximately twice as thick as the thickness T of the wooden substrate 1, so that the rigidity of the wooden substrate 1 is reduced. This eliminates the stiffness of the floor material, rather imparts flexibility to the rigid substrate 1, and greatly suppresses the propagation of vibration. In this way, the soft substrate 4 is laminated on the bottom surface of the hard substrate 1 to enhance the feeling of use while suppressing the opening of the kerf 3 on the bottom surface of the hard substrate 1. While the kerf 3 is prevented from being widened, the deformation of the flooring material caused by arranging a large number of kerfs 3 is suppressed.

By the way, the soft sheet 4 is made of a high specific gravity material, for example, barium sulfate, calcium bicarbonate, lead powder, copper powder, etc.
For example, it is a mixed sheet mixed with a base material such as polyethylene, EVA, urethane, and natural rubber, and preferably has a specific gravity of 1.0 or more, that is, about 1.5 to 3.0, which is smaller than the specific gravity of the hard board 1 made of plywood. High specific gravity ones are used. The sheet thickness is about 1 mm to 5 mm, but usually about 2 to 3 mm is used. However, by using such a soft sheet 4 having a high specific gravity, the soft sheet 4 is laid in a manner familiar with a floor base such as a concrete slab, and the coefficient of friction with the floor base is increased without nailing. Laying work is possible without using nailing or adhesive.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the case of a floor material configuration in which the soft sheet 4 is laminated on the entire back surface of the hard substrate 1, the floor materials are butt-connected. In such a case, the floor material is brought to the center using a wedge or the like, and the baseboard 7 is inserted between the wall 6 and the floor material. A recess 8 is formed in the baseboard 7, and the end of the floor material is inserted into the recess 8 to finish the end of the floor material. A soft sound insulation sheet 9 is laminated on the inner wall of the recess 8 so that the impact sound and vibration of the floor material side constructed as a floor can be transmitted to the baseboard 7 and transmitted to the wall 6 side. The soft sound insulating sheet 9 has a rubber hardness of about 10 ° to 60 ° and a thickness of about 1 to 5 mm, and the soft sound insulating sheet 9 and the recess 8 absorb expansion and contraction on the floor material side. You can do it. The material of the baseboard 7 may be any material such as solid wood, plywood, and medium specific gravity board (MPF). The baseboard 7 preferably has a thickness of about 5.0 to 15.0 mm. Further, the connection between the floor materials may be a real connection of unevenness as shown in FIG. The shape of the baseboard 7 can be variously changed as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the floor material is displaced from the soft sheet 4 and the hard substrate 1 so that the fitting projection 10 and the fitting recess 11 are displaced.
And, as shown in FIG.
May be formed to form a fitting projection 10 and a fitting recess 11, and these may be fitted and recessed and connected, and as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to use a towel 12 and insert it into the recess 13 of the hard substrate 1 so that the floor materials are arranged one after another.

[Effects of the Invention] In summary, the present invention provides a hard substrate, such as a wood-based hard substrate, whose surface is decoratively provided with a large number of kerfs on the bottom surface side. Blocked by a large number of kerfs, eliminate the rigidity of the rigid board, rather impart flexibility to the rigid board, greatly suppress the propagation of vibration, and enhance the usability even though it is a hard board like wood In addition, a flexible sheet having a higher density than the density of the rigid substrate is laminated on the bottom surface of the rigid substrate while being shifted in plan view, and the flexible sheet having a high density is extended outward from two adjacent sides of the rigid substrate and fitted. Since the convex portion is formed and the fitting concave portion where the high-density soft sheet does not exist is formed on the remaining two sides of the hard substrate, the kerf can be expanded while imparting sufficient flexibility to the hard substrate. Suppressed floor material by providing many kerfs By suppressing the deformation of the soft sheet and the high-density soft sheet, it adapts well to the unevenness of the floor base such as concrete slab, and the soft sheet with high density and weight fits the floor base exactly like this, There is an advantage that the movement of the floor material is prevented and the nailing work becomes unnecessary, and the workability can be greatly increased. There is an advantage that the fitting protrusions and the fitting recesses are formed, and the floor materials can be connected to each other without gaps.
