Conventionally, in the shaft excavation of this type, drilling is performed by a rock drill such as a shaft jumbo, and the removal of the shear generated by the blast is performed by a shear loader suspended by a scaffold and a lifting bucket by a snubber kibble.

In the above, a rock drill such as a shaft jumbo is to be carried in from the outside of a mine before starting drilling work and to be taken out of the mine after the completion of drilling work through an entrance opening such as a kibble provided in a scaffold at every drilling work. In the series of shaft excavation processes, the work of loading and unloading the rock drill is not only extremely troublesome but also extremely time-consuming. Also, even when trying to adopt a large rock drill to perform drilling work in a short time, the above-mentioned kibble opening and closing opening is usually equipped with a suspended type shear loading machine etc. under the scaffold However, the size of the rock drill is inevitably limited, and the passage of a large rock drill does not mean that an opening having a size necessary for the rock drill can be freely provided. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention mounts a rock drill on a scaffold such that the rock drill can be moved between a working position and a non-working position. This eliminates the need for carrying in and out of the mine, and also makes it possible to equip large rock drills, thereby enabling efficient shaft excavation work.

The shaft excavator according to the present invention makes it possible to move the rock drill D to a working position below the scaffold A and a non-working position above the scaffold A that moves up and down the shaft 3. In particular, in the case of a two-bed scaffold, a configuration is preferable in which the rock drill D is mounted so as to be movable between a work position below the lower floor and a non-work position between the upper and lower floors. In order to move the rock drill D between the working position and the non-working position, a movable frame B vertically moved by an actuator such as a hydraulic cylinder 5 or an electric motor is vertically moved by an actuator such as a hoist 11 or a chain block. It is preferable to mount the moving carriage C and equip the carriage C with the rock drill D because the configuration is simple and the operation is reliable.

When drilling, move the rock drill to the lower working position of Scaffold A and freely perform the required drilling, and place the rock drill in the non-working position above Scaffold A in shearing work etc. While moving, the work can be performed smoothly. That is, unlike the related art, it is not necessary to repeatedly carry in and out the rock drill through the access opening such as the kibble of the scaffold every time the drilling work is performed. Therefore, it is extremely effective in improving the efficiency of the excavation work. In addition, a desired large rock drill can be equipped regardless of the size of the opening for entrance such as a kibble, and the excavation efficiency can be improved thereby.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. A is a two-bed scaffold consisting of an upper floor 1 and a lower floor 2, and this scaffold A is raised and lowered by a scaffold hoisting winch (not shown) installed outside the shaft 3. B is a movable frame that moves up and down along required guides 4 at required opposing positions of the upper and lower floors 1 and 2, and 5 is a hydraulic cylinder installed on the lower floor 2, and the upper end of a rod 6 is mounted on a bracket 7.
The movable frame B can be moved up and down by the expansion and contraction of the rod 6. C is a carriage equipped with a rock drill D at the lower end. The carriage C loosely fits four rollers 8 at upper, lower, left and right sides into concave rails 9 on the left and right inner sides of the movable frame B, and the movable frame B Chain of hoist 11 suspended on the upper horizontal rod 10
By connecting the lower end of 12, the hoist 11 can be operated to move the carriage C up and down with respect to the movable frame B. Reference numeral 13 denotes a hydraulic cylinder for locking attached to the carriage C. When the carriage C reaches a lowering position, that is, a later-described working position (FIGS. 1 and 2), a rod 14 thereof is attached to the movable frame B. The carriage C is fixed to its working position by engaging the engagement hole 15 (FIG. 7). Reference numeral 16 denotes an auxiliary rail provided at a required position on the lower floor 2. The carriage C at the above-mentioned working position engages with a locking roller 17 which is mounted on the upper left and right sides thereof, whereby the carriage C is securely placed at the working position. It can be fixed. In the apparatus of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the rock drill D is lowered to the position below the lower floor 2, that is, the working position when performing the drilling operation (FIGS. 1 and 2). At the time of processing, etc., the rock drill D is raised and stored between the lower floor 2 and the upper floor 1, that is, at the non-working position (FIG. 3). The movement of the rock drill D from the non-working position in FIG. 3 to the working position in FIGS. 1 and 2 is performed as follows. When the rod 6 of the hydraulic cylinder 5 is contracted to lower the movable frame B along the guide 4 to its stroke end, the chain 12 of the hoist 11 is extended, and the carriage C is lowered along the movable frame B. C engages with a stopper (not shown) installed at a required position of the movable frame B and stops after fitting the locking roller 17 to the auxiliary rail 16 in the last step of the lowering. When the rod 14 of the locking hydraulic cylinder 13 is engaged with the engagement hole of the movable frame B
15, the carriage C reaches the position below the lower floor 2, and the equipped rock drill D is set to the drilling operation position. Therefore, required drilling such as downward drilling can be freely performed using the rock drill D. The movement of the rock drill D from the working position to the non-working position is as follows.
It is clear that the operation by the hydraulic cylinder 5 and the hoist 11 and the like may be reversed, so that the rock drill D and the movable frame B for moving the rock drill D up and down, the carriage C, and the hydraulic cylinder 5 are all moved up and down. Stored between floors 1 and 2. Therefore, the work of loading the shears into the lifting buckets by the shear loader suspended on the scaffold, or the work of carrying the lifting buckets into and out of the mine, is hindered by the rock drill D and the vertical moving device. This is the case even when the rock drill D is enlarged.

As is apparent from the above description, the shaft excavator of the present invention can move a rock drill to a working position below the scaffold and a non-working position above the scaffold that moves up and down the shaft. When drilling work, the rock drill is moved to the above-mentioned working position to freely perform the required drilling, and the rock drill is not used in shearing work and the like. By moving to the work position, required excavation work can be performed. That is, unlike the related art, it is not necessary to repeatedly carry in and out the rock drill through the access opening such as the kibble of the scaffold every time the drilling work is performed. Therefore, it is extremely effective in improving the efficiency of the excavation work. In addition, it is possible to equip a desired large rock drilling machine regardless of the size of the opening for entrance such as kibble, thereby improving the excavation efficiency. It is typical.
