受座本体2に回転可能に支持される施錠軸3と;受座本
体2の前端に突設された取付フランジ4と;施錠軸3の

と;挿入口33より連結フランジ5の後端面のハンドル
係脱溝6に作動突子8が着脱自在に挿入されるキーハン
ドル7と;取付フランジ4の前端面の凹部9に嵌め込ま
れ、前記ハンドル係脱溝6に係脱する突出部12をその
前端面に設け、前記取付フランジ4の凹部9の内壁面に
設けた受溝46に嵌め込まれ、連結フランジ5のハンド
ル係脱溝6の内壁面に設けた錠止溝45と係脱する錠止
袖部29を前記突出部12の外側に張り出して設けた錠
止部材10と;凹部9の内底部と錠止部材10の後端面
間に挿入された圧縮コイルバネ11とから成り、挿入口
33に切欠凹部15を設け、該切欠凹部15に整合する
