d. Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the problems of the above-described conventional technology, in the present invention, the rain force attached to the hood panel and the hood insulator provided on the back surface of the hood panel correspond to each other. In the mounting structure of the hood insulator for mounting the hood insulator to the reinforce by pressing a clip into each of the plurality of mounting holes at the positions and press-fitting the clips into these mounting holes, the cross-sectional shape of the hood panel in the vehicle width direction is determined. The intermediate portion is formed in a gate shape protruding upward, and the reinforce is formed shorter than the width of the hood panel, and four opening portions formed in a triangular shape are opposed to the reinforce in front, rear, left and right. On the other hand, the hood insulator is extended in the vehicle width direction so as to extend from the width of the reinforcement. A pair of locking claws formed by cutting and raising a part thereof at the front end of the hood insulator are provided at intervals in the width direction, and the locking claws are formed through a front opening. The extension of the hood insulator is fixed to both side surfaces of the hood panel in a state where the clip is inserted into the gap formed between the hood panel and the reinforcement and the clip is pressed into the mounting hole. The hood insulator is attached to substantially the entire surface of the hood panel in the vehicle width direction by being fixed through means.

e. Embodiment Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment. FIGS. 1 to 8 show an embodiment of a mounting structure of a hood insulator according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an engine hood that covers an upper part of an engine room, and 2 denotes a hood panel that constitutes the engine hood 1. The hood panel 2 has a gate-shaped cross-section in a vehicle width direction with an intermediate portion projecting upward. On the back surface, a plate-shaped reinforce 3 for fixing the front and rear end portions by spot welding is attached with a gap 4 therebetween. The reinforce 3 is formed to be shorter than the width of the hood panel 2, and is provided only in an intermediate portion of the hood panel 2 that requires reinforcement. For this reason, both side portions of the rain force 3 are disposed more inward than the left and right end portions of the hood panel 2, and the left and right side surfaces of the engine hood 1 are constituted by a single hood panel 2. In the middle of the reinforcement 3, four openings 5 formed in a triangular shape are provided facing front, rear, left and right. The gap 4 is filled with a thermosetting adhesive 6.
Also, the hood panel 2 and the reinforcement 3 are fixed to each other.

For example, in the embodiment described above, the separate mail hooks 14 and the female hooks 15 are used as fixing means for fixing the extension 7a of the hood insulator 7, but as shown in FIG. The mail hook 32 is formed integrally with the mail hook 32 when the extension portion 7a is fixed.
May be folded back and fitted to the female hook 32. Also, as shown in FIG. 10, both extension portions 7a of the hood insulator 7 are formed so as to be elastically deformed upward, and the extension portions 7a are pressed against the panel surface of the hood panel 2 by using the return reaction force. Double-sided adhesive tape in condition
It may be fixed at 33. Further, instead of the mail hook 14 and the female hook 15, a hood insulator 7 is provided by using a snap spring 35 and a pin-shaped member 36 having an engagement hole 34 shown in FIG. 11 or a velvet type fastener 37 shown in FIG. May be fixed to both side surfaces of the hood panel 2.

f. Effects of the Invention As described above, the mounting structure of the hood insulator according to the present invention is configured such that the cross-sectional shape of the hood panel in the vehicle width direction is formed in a gate shape with an intermediate portion protruding upward, and a reinforcement is formed on the hood panel. Since the hood insulator is formed to be shorter than the width, and the hood insulator is extended in the vehicle width direction and formed to be larger than the width of the reinforce, the cross-sectional shape of the hood panel is smaller than that of a flat surface from an engine or the like. The generated vibrations and noises are transmitted to the hood panel, and the vehicle easily comes out of the vehicle. Moreover, since the hood insulator is attached to substantially the entire surface of the hood panel in the vehicle width direction, vibration and noise can be effectively absorbed. In addition, it is possible to take measures against vibration and noise on both sides of the engine hood composed of only the hood panel, and it is possible to enhance the soundproofing effect of the hood insulator.

Further, in the mounting structure of the present invention, a pair of triangular openings formed at the front and rear portions of the hood insulator are provided at the front and rear of the hood insulator. Locking pawls are provided at intervals in the width direction, and the locking pawls are inserted and clamped into a gap formed between the hood panel and the reinforce through a front opening, Since the extended portions of the hood insulator are fixed to both side surfaces of the hood panel via fixing means in a state where the clip is pressed into the mounting hole, the hood insulator can be temporarily fixed and positioned. By fixing other parts by the fixing means, the mounting work of the hood insulator becomes easy, and the mounting workability can be improved.

1. A plurality of mounting holes are respectively formed at corresponding positions of a rain force mounted on a hood panel and a hood insulator provided on a back surface of the hood panel, and a clip is pressed into these mounting holes. By
In the hood insulator mounting structure for mounting the hood insulator to the reinforce, a cross-sectional shape in a vehicle width direction of the hood panel is formed in a gate shape in which an intermediate portion protrudes upward, and the reinforce is set to be smaller than a width of the hood panel. And the hood insulator is provided with four openings formed in a triangular shape so as to face the front, rear, left and right, and the hood insulator is extended in the vehicle width direction to be smaller than the width of the reinforcement. At the front end of the hood insulator, a pair of locking claws formed by cutting and raising a part thereof are provided at intervals in the width direction, and the locking claws are provided through the front opening through the opening of the hood. Insert the clip into the gap formed between the panel and the reinforce and pinch it, and press-fit the clip into the mounting hole. A hood insulator mounting structure, wherein the hood insulator is mounted on substantially the entire width of the hood panel in the vehicle width direction by fixing extension portions of the hood insulator to both side surfaces of the hood panel via fixing means. .
