However, since the weight of the high-rise building is much greater than the weight of the low-rise building, if the foundation beam of the high-rise building and the foundation beam of the low-rise building are constructed integrally from the beginning, it will be near the border between the two. A large stress is generated due to the difference in own weight. For this reason, it was necessary to reinforce the foundation beam more than necessary.

According to the present invention, a foundation construction method for a high-rise building and a low-rise building according to the present invention comprises the steps of sequentially constructing a foundation slab of a high-rise building and a low-rise building, and then constructing the foundation slab on the foundation slab. Said high-rise building and a foundation beam supporting said high-rise building;
The low-rise building and a foundation beam supporting the low-rise building are constructed, and a slit having a predetermined width is provided at a boundary between the foundation beam of the high-rise building and the foundation beam of the low-rise building. And the foundation beam of the high-rise building and the foundation beam of the low-rise building are integrally and continuously connected.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a building consisting of a high-rise building and a low-rise building. In the drawing, reference numerals 1 and 2 denote a high-rise building and a low-rise building connected to one another on the same site. The base beam of the high-rise building, which is constructed at the lower end of this high-rise building 1 and supports the high-rise building 1, is built continuously with the base beam 3 of the high-rise building at the lower end of the low-rise building 2, supporting the low-rise building 2. The base beam 3 is formed continuously with the lower end of the base beam 3 of the high-rise building and the lower end of the base beam 4 of the low-rise building, and acts through the base beam 3 of the high-rise building and the base beam 4 of the low-rise building, respectively. This is a basic slab that transmits the weight of the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2 to the ground.

[0008] The foundation beam 3 of the high-rise building and the foundation beam 4 of the low-rise building
At the boundary between the two, a joint A of concrete is provided, and this joint A is formed on the foundation beam 3 of the high-rise building 1 and the high-rise building, the foundation beam 4 of the low-rise building 2 and the low-rise building, and The work is being carried out after natural settlement has sufficiently progressed and the ground has stabilized.

First, a base slab 5 is constructed. The foundation slab 5 is to be constructed continuously in both the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2, and the thickness D of the foundation slab 5 is appropriately determined according to the magnitude of the groundwater pressure.

Next, a foundation beam 3 of a high-rise building and a foundation beam 4 of a low-rise building are constructed. In this case, concrete is not cast at the boundary between the foundation beam 3 of the high-rise building and the foundation beam 4 of the low-rise building, and only reinforcing reinforcing bars 6 arranged on both sides are continuously arranged to a predetermined width. (See FIGS. 2 and 3).

A plurality of reinforcing steel bars are horizontally attached to the joint surface 3a of the base beam 3 facing the slit B and the joint surface 4a of the base beam 4 to form a force bone 7, and furthermore, A wire netting 8 such as a lath wire netting is attached thereto, and furthermore, a pier 9 made of an angle material or the like is attached to both left and right sides for curing (see FIG. 3).

Next, a high-rise building 1 and a low-rise building 2 are respectively constructed on the base beam 3 of the high-rise building and the base beam 4 of the low-rise building.

In this case, the amount of subsidence of the high-rise building 1 due to its own weight is about 20 to 50 mm at the maximum, and the relative deformation between the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2 is about 2 to 3 mm. If the structural members such as the beams of the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2 have high rigidity, the structural members of the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2 are considered to generate forced stress due to settlement. Since the structural members of the low-rise building 2 are much smaller than those of the foundation beams 3 and 4, measures such as foundation beams are not particularly necessary.

Nevertheless, when a seismic wall or the like is arranged at the boundary between the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2 and the rigidity is expected to be considerably large, the structural members of the high-rise building 1 and the structural members of the low-rise building 2 are required. Measures such as providing an expansion joint using an eatite or the like.

Next, when the grounds of the high-rise building 1 and the low-rise building 2 are sufficiently settled and stabilized, concrete is poured into the slit B between the base beam 3 of the high-rise building and the base beam 4 of the low-rise building, and the foundation beam 3 And the base beam 4 are continuously formed integrally.

According to the present invention, the foundation method for a building composed of a high-rise building and a low-rise building is constructed as described above, and a joint is formed at the boundary between the foundation beam of the high-rise building and the foundation beam of the low-rise building. After the construction of the high-rise building and the low-rise building, the ground of the high-rise building and the low-rise building have sufficiently subsided and the ground has been stabilized. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of forced stress due to land subsidence at the boundary with the beam, and therefore it is not necessary to reinforce the boundary between the foundation beam of the high-rise building and the foundation beam of the low-rise building.
Since it can be constructed in the same manner as the other parts, there is an effect that the workability can be improved.

Further, since the foundation slab of the high-rise building and the foundation slab of the low-rise building are continuously and integrally constructed, there is an effect that the spring of the groundwater can be completely shut off.
