Conventionally, to clean the surface of the surface of an amusement board, the surface is removed from the framework and the cover, and the surface is cleaned by hand using various cleaning agents. Here, the surface portion indicates a portion excluding the frame portion and the cover portion from the game board, and the surface of the surface portion is referred to as a surface.

Furthermore, there are a large number of nails on the surface of an amusement board, and these nails are delicately adjusted and arranged. Therefore, it is not preferable to apply a mechanical impact to the nails during cleaning. Thus, mechanical impacts on the nails were unavoidable, and the nails had to be readjusted after cleaning.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a result of repeated studies to solve the above-mentioned problems by the conventional cleaning method, the present inventors have found that a specific cleaning agent is used and a specific cleaning method including ultrasonic treatment is performed. By adopting the process, it has been found that extremely good cleaning can be performed without damaging the surface material, and the present invention has been achieved. That is, the gist of the present invention resides in a method of cleaning a ball game amusement table, wherein the surface of the ball game amusement table is sequentially processed according to the following steps (a) to (d).

Examples of the nonionic surfactant include well-known nonionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene alkyl allyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl ester, polyoxyethylene alkylamine, sorbitan ester, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester. It is generally appropriate to use about 0.2 to 20% by weight of the total amount of the aqueous cleaning solution. Examples of the anionic surfactant include well-known anionic surfactants such as higher alcohol sulfates, higher alkyl ether sulfates, higher fatty acid salts, alkylbenzene sulfonates, α-olefin sulfonates, and higher alcohol phosphates. Examples of the salt include an alkali metal salt and an organic amine salt. The amount of the anionic surfactant is suitably about 0.2 to 20% by weight based on the total aqueous washing liquid. Furthermore, as alkali, caustic soda,
Examples thereof include caustic potash, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, and sodium phosphate, and about 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the total aqueous washing liquid is used. In addition, well-known cleaning additives can also be used in addition to the above-mentioned cleaning components.

In the step (a) of the present invention, it is necessary to spray the aqueous cleaning solution containing the above three types of detergent components onto the surface of the surface of the game console, which is favorable in the ultrasonic treatment described below. A great cleaning effect is exhibited. The spraying of the aqueous cleaning liquid is generally desirably carried out at room temperature by using various sprayers and as uniformly as possible over the entire surface. An appropriate spray amount is about 0.02 to 1 ml per 1 cm 2 of the surface.
In addition, since the parts other than the surface of the surface part are often made of a material which is easily affected by the contact with the aqueous cleaning liquid, it is desirable to take care that the liquid does not come into contact with the parts other than the surface. This is also necessary in the subsequent steps of the present invention.

The surface sprayed with the aqueous cleaning liquid is then subjected to an ultrasonic cleaning treatment. For the ultrasonic cleaning process, a known ultrasonic cleaner of a single tank type or a multi-tank type equipped with an ultrasonic generator at a lower portion and containing an aqueous medium for cleaning (aqueous solution containing water or a water-soluble organic solvent) is used. It is carried out batchwise or continuously.
For example, the ultrasonic cleaning process is performed by bringing the surface of the surface portion into contact with the surface layer of the aqueous medium for cleaning so as to face the ultrasonic generator installed in the lower part of the water tank for cleaning. At this time, care must be taken so that parts other than the surface of the game table are not immersed in the aqueous cleaning liquid.

The ultrasonic frequency is usually 20 to 150 KHz (wavelength λ 2.64 to 1
0.56), the irradiation treatment time is 5 seconds to 5 minutes, the treatment temperature is about room temperature is sufficient, it is desirable to keep the liquid in the tank clean during the treatment operation, for example, always supply a new aqueous medium, It is preferable to carry out the process while overflowing the aqueous medium in the tank. The synergistic action of the physical peeling force due to the cavitation generated by the irradiation of the ultrasonic wave and the emulsifying action of the aqueous liquid for cleaning promotes the removal of the stubborn and hard-to-fall dirt attached to the surface. The surface subjected to the ultrasonic cleaning treatment is then subjected to a water washing treatment. Washing is carried out by spraying normal-temperature water on the surface in the form of a shower.

Examples of the oxidizing agent include water-soluble oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, ammonium persulfate, and sodium hypochlorite, and examples of the mineral acid include sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid. Is done. The concentration of the oxidizing agent is suitably about 5 to 30% by weight based on the total amount of the aqueous solution, and the concentration of the mineral acid is suitably about 1 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of the aqueous solution. In addition, various additives such as a surfactant and a stabilizer can be appropriately added to the aqueous solution for washing. In the contact treatment, for example, only the surface of the aqueous solution containing the oxidizing agent and the mineral acid is immersed or the aqueous solution is uniformly sprayed or sprayed on this surface so that the portion other than the surface does not come into contact with the liquid surface. It is easy to spray. The contact treatment is preferably performed at room temperature or at a temperature rise of about 30 to 50 ° C. for about 5 seconds to 3 minutes. The water washing treatment after the contact treatment is carried out by spraying normal-temperature water on the surface in a shower like the water washing treatment in the step (a).

As the rust inhibitor, for example, petroleum sulfonate, dialkylnaphthalene sulfonate, oleate, alkenyl succinate, naphthenate, sorbitan monooleate,
Well-known rust preventives such as pentaerythritol monooleate and 1,2,3-benzotriazole are exemplified. The concentration of the rust inhibitor in the aqueous solution is suitably about 0.1 to 5% by weight. Also, a hydrophilic organic solvent such as methanol is added to the rust inhibitor aqueous solution for 5 hours.
Addition of about 20% by weight is preferable because the rust preventive can be well adapted to the surface of the game console. The contact treatment between the rust inhibitor aqueous solution and the game console surface is performed by uniformly spraying or spraying the rust inhibitor solution on the game console surface, and the spray amount is about 0.01 to 0.5 ml per 1 cm 2 of the game console surface. Appropriate.
