Description of the Related Art Usually, in washing with a pressure type spray washing machine, water, a detergent containing various surfactants in water, or a detergent containing an alkali builder added thereto is used. However, under the present circumstances, it is impossible to remove stains that can be removed immediately by rubbing lightly with the fingertip. For this reason, a strong alkaline detergent containing a large amount of an alkali builder is applied to the surface to be cleaned to raise dirt and then it is washed with a high-pressure spray, but the objects to be cleaned are adversely affected by discoloration and swelling. And a sufficient detergency is not obtained.

It becomes a big problem. In order to prevent this, a wastewater treatment facility that can be drained after neutralization is required, resulting in a large amount of equipment cost and the need to fix the washing machine. On the other hand, as another cleaning method, an inorganic substance, a resin, or other powder that is not soluble in water is mixed in the cleaning agent of the pressure type spray cleaning machine, and sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned so that the particles have a physical effect. It is known that the cleaning power can be remarkably enhanced by such a method, but there is a high possibility of damaging the object to be cleaned, and powder that does not dissolve in water after cleaning adheres to and accumulates on and near the surface to be cleaned. Since it is impossible to treat wastewater, the problems of pollution, aesthetics, and drainage have not been widely used.

It is a thing. According to the present invention, by moistening the surface to be cleaned with the pre-cleaning agent, the pre-cleaning agent component becomes compatible with the dirt components on the surface to be cleaned, and then the cleaning liquid containing the surfactant is applied to the cleaning surface. A cleaning method that contains a carbon dioxide gas when it arrives and is capable of obtaining a more effective detergency when a post-cleaning agent that is in a foaming state due to the action of a surfactant and carbon dioxide gas is sprayed under high pressure in a jet shape. is there.

It is a cleaning agent whose pH is adjusted to 6.0 to 9.0 as necessary so as not to adversely affect the cleaning product. The surfactant is a known anion, nonion, cation, or an amphoteric surfactant, and the hydrogen carbonate is sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, or ammonium hydrogen carbonate,
Preferred are anions, nonions, amphoteric surfactants and sodium hydrogen carbonate. In addition, salts, chelating agents, alkali builders, acids, water-soluble solvents, water-soluble polymers and the like may be included as other components.

る。The post-cleaning agent in the present invention means carbon dioxide gas at the time of reaching the surface to be cleaned in a neutral cleaning solution containing a general and well-known surfactant when cleaning the object to be cleaned by high pressure spraying. It is dissolved or contained, and as its method, hydrogen carbonate such as sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate and the like, inorganic acid such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, citric acid, oxalic acid, gluconic acid, malic acid, etc. There are a method of dissolving or containing carbon dioxide gas generated in the neutralization reaction with the organic acid in a general cleaning liquid, and a method of dissolving or containing carbon dioxide gas from a carbon dioxide gas cylinder, dry ice or the like so as to make carbonated water.
Incidentally, when the post-cleaning agent of the present invention is sprayed in a jet shape under high pressure, even if a solution containing carbon dioxide gas in the cleaning solution is sprayed in advance, carbon dioxide gas is contained in the cleaning solution at the discharge port and sprayed. Alternatively, the carbon dioxide gas may be sprayed onto the object to be cleaned so that the cleaning liquid contains the carbon dioxide gas. In this way, unlike the air, the carbon dioxide gas dissolved or contained in the cleaning liquid is well dissolved in the cleaning liquid, so that the carbon dioxide gas can be retained until it reaches the object to be cleaned, and it works by the surfactant in the cleaning liquid. A large amount of foam can be obtained. This foam physically collides with the surface to be cleaned in a high pressure state, and the dirt is rolled up and wrapped up, whereby an effective cleaning power can be obtained.

By physically hitting the surface to be cleaned under high pressure and wrapping up dirt and wrapping it up,
The present invention provides a non-polluting cleaning agent and a cleaning method that can obtain a more effective cleaning power, are substantially neutral in terms of pH, leave no powder, and do not adversely affect the object to be cleaned.
