Description
口部閉塞方法に関するものであり、特に加熱することな
く、合成樹脂製口栓、使用時漏液防止用ゴム栓および前
記容器口部を一体化し、前記容器の口部を溶着閉塞する
合成樹脂製輸液容器の口部閉塞方法に関するものであ
る。
材には、本件発明者の発明に係る特公平3−28944
号公報があるが、輸液用合成樹脂製容器の口部と密封用
合成樹脂製口栓との上部が筒状に形成されていた。
合成樹脂製口栓との上部に、口部成形用金属製キャップ
を被せ、溶着用ヒーターで金属製キャップを加熱し、押
圧して熱溶着していた。
は、本件発明者の発明に係る特開昭63−252152
号および実開平3−129146号の各公報にも開示さ
れている。
液用合成樹脂製容器の口部閉塞装置とその方法が記載さ
れ、口部を加熱・溶融して内側に湾曲し、口栓と一体化
して口部を閉塞する技術は開示されているが、前記口栓
と前記容器口部上部を、容器成形時の余熱のみで、溶着
できるような熱伝導効率の良い形状にすることについて
は記載されていない。
容器の口部閉塞装置、詳細には、ゴム栓の上面に連続環
状溝を設け、その下面には密封用口栓底板上面の環状凸
部と同径の、不連続部を有する断続環状溝を設け、該ゴ
ム栓の下面の断続環状溝を密封用口栓底板上面の環状凸
部に挿嵌して押付け、口部と口栓の上部を加熱溶着した
輸液容器の口部閉塞装置が記載されている。しかしこの
公報にも前記公報におけると同様に、前記口栓等を、容
器成形時の余熱のみで溶着できるような、熱伝導効率を
向上させるための何らの記載もされていない。
本発明の楔型等の断面形状の凸部に相当する溶着リブの
記載はあるが、これは液体用紙容器に備えつけられた注
出口栓に関するものであり、またこの溶着リブは、一旦
形成された後、超音波溶着などの手段によって、改めて
加熱して溶着されることが記載されており、容器成形時
の余熱のみで、容器口部と口栓等を溶着することについ
てはなんら記載されていない。

わたって薄肉に形成し、この口栓を成形直後の前記容器
の口部に挿嵌し、更に前記口栓内に使用時漏液防止用ゴ
ム栓を挿嵌し、前記容器の口部と前記口栓の上部に口部
成形用キャップを被せて内向きに押圧し、前記容器成形
時の余熱のみで口栓を溶着し、閉塞することを特徴とし
たものである。

Claims (2)
- 【請求項1】 合成樹脂製輸液容器の口部を、密封用合
成樹脂製口栓と一体化して閉塞する、合成樹脂製輸液容
器の口部閉塞方法において、 上部に開口部を有する前記口栓の上部を、全周にわたっ
て薄肉に形成し、 この口栓を成形直後の前記容器の口部に挿嵌し、更に前
記口栓内に使用時漏液防止用ゴム栓を挿嵌し、 前記容器の口部と前記口栓の上部に口部成形用キャップ
を被せて内向きに押圧し、前記容器成形時の余熱のみで
口栓を溶着し、閉塞することを特徴とする合成樹脂製輸
