Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a paper pressing device for a printer that can automatically set a cut sheet or the like at a predetermined printing position. [Prior Art] This type of paper pressing mechanism is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, for example, and the control means shown in FIG. 7 is adopted. The control device shown in FIGS. 5 and 7 will be described below. A paper feed roller 13 is pressed against a platen 11 rotatably supported via a paper 12. Paper retainer roller
14 is rotatably supported by a paper pressing roller shaft 19 arranged in parallel with the platen 11, and the paper pressing roller shaft 19 is rotatably supported at both ends thereof on both sides of the printer about a fulcrum 20. It is supported by lever 15. The paper pressing roller 14 is in contact with the platen 11 via the paper pressing lever 15 by the paper pressing springs 18 installed on both sides of the printer. To set the paper 12 automatically, set the leading edge of the paper at the position of the pressure contact between the paper feed roller 13 and the platen, then energize the loading solenoid 16 and pull the loading lever 17 to move the paper pressing lever 15 to the paper 12. Release to the position 15-B where it does not interfere, rotate the platen 11 to feed the leading edge of the paper 12 to 12-B, release the loading solenoid 16 and return the paper pressing lever 15 to the pressing position 15-A to set the paper. Was. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when the suction force of the loading solenoid 16 is released, the joint between the paper pressing roller shaft 19 and the paper pressing lever 15 or the joint between the paper pressing lever 15 and the loading lever 17 is There is a problem that not only the impact sound at the time of abrasion or collision is unpleasant, but also when the paper pressing roll 14 is released and then returned to the pressing position, a trace of the paper pressing roll 14 remains on the pressure-sensitive paper. Further, if a mechanical damper is attached to weaken the impact force, the device becomes complicated and large-sized. The object of the present invention is to reduce the impact force at the time of returning the paper pressing roller, to stabilize the returning operation, to make it quiet, to achieve a long life, and to prevent the transfer to the copy paper at the time of returning the paper pressing roller. There is a paper pressing device. [Means for Solving Problems] A paper pressing device for a printer according to the present invention includes a platen that feeds a sheet that is rotatably supported, a paper pressing roller that presses the paper against the platen, and a paper pressing roller that presses the paper. Between the pressing position and the release position separated from the paper, the paper pressing lever rotatably supported, the urging member for applying the urging force in the direction of pressing the paper to the pressing lever, and the urging force of the urging member. In the paper pressing device of the printer, which is provided with the drive means for moving and displacing the paper pressing lever to the pressing position, the paper pressing lever locks the urging means to one side carrying the paper pressing roller, and It is characterized in that the other side with respect to the center of motion is connected to the drive means. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention.
The voltage detection circuit 30 is an analog / digital conversion circuit (A / D) 3
Connected to the input of 1 (hereinafter referred to as A / D conversion circuit). The output line of the A / D conversion circuit 31 is an input / output interface 32 (hereinafter IOP)
, And the output of the IOP 32 is connected to the bases of the transistors Q 1 and Q 2 of the solenoid drive circuit shown in FIG. IOP32 is a microprocessor 33 (hereafter CPU) and RO
Connected with M / RAM34. A 35V voltage change is detected by the voltage detection circuit 30 and this is
The / D conversion circuit 31 converts it to a digital signal and inputs it to the IOP32. The CPU 33 detects the state of the IOP 32, changes the attraction time width t 1 of the loading solenoid 16 as an output, and turns on the transistor Q 1 . In this way, the time to drive the transistors Q 1 and Q 2 is set according to the combination of the levels of the output lines of the A / D conversion circuit 31, the count value of the time is held in the ROM / RAM 34, read by the CPU 33, and Properly control Q 1 and Q 2 . FIG. 2 shows a drive circuit for exciting the solenoid. The loading solenoid 16 is connected to the collector of the transistor Q 1 and the collector of the transistor Q 2 , and the loading solenoid is turned on by turning on the transistors Q 1 and Q 2.
A voltage of 35V is applied to 16, and a voltage of 5V is applied to the loading solenoid 16 by turning off the transistor Q 1 and turning on the transistor Q 2 . Next, the operation thereof will be described with reference to the timing chart shown in FIG. 3 and the operation charts shown in FIG. 5 and FIG.
The platen 11 is rotatably supported and generates a feeding force for the paper 12. The paper pressing roller 14 is rotatably supported by a paper pressing roller shaft 19 arranged in parallel with the platen 11, and both ends of the paper pressing roller shaft 19 are supported by paper pressing levers 15 on both sides of the printer about a fulcrum 20. Has been done. The paper pressing roller 14 is in contact with the platen 11 via the paper pressing lever 15 by the paper pressing springs 18 installed on both sides of the printer. Paper 12
If you want to set the
After setting the pressure contact positions of the platen 11 and the platen 11, the transistors Q 1 and Q 2 of FIG. 2 are turned on at the same time to energize the loading solenoid 16 and open the paper pressing lever 15 via the loading lever 17. Energizing time at that time
t 1 At the intermediate position 15-C before the rear paper pressing lever 15 reaches the release position 15-B, the transistor Q 1 in FIG.
It is F, the time after t 2, causing ON the transistor to Q 1 Figure 2 again. As described above, by appropriately setting the energization time t 1 with respect to the change of the drive voltage, it is possible to correct the unstable operation of the movement of the paper presser lever 15 due to the change of the drive voltage. Can reduce the impact when reaching the release position 15-B. Paper presser lever 15
After reaching the release position 15-B, the transistor of FIG.
Turn off Q 1 and hold the paper presser lever 15 in release state 15-B. With the above control, the loading solenoid
The suction force of 16 is released midway and the tensile force of the paper pressing lever spring 18 acts in the direction opposite to the inertial force around the paper pressing roller shaft 19 to absorb energy, so that the paper pressing roll 15 is released to the release position 15 The speed to reach -B can be reduced. Next, when the platen 11 is rotated to feed the leading end of the paper 12 to 12-B, the rotation of the platen is stopped, the transistor Q 2 in FIG. 2 is turned off, and the paper pressing lever 15 is pressed by the restoring force of the paper pressing lever spring 18. Return to position 15-A. At time t 4 after turning off the transistor Q 2 , the paper pressing lever 15 reaches the intermediate position 15-C, and then the transistors Q 1 and Q 2 in FIG.
Is turned on, the loading solenoid 16 is attracted for a minute time, the transistors Q 1 and Q 2 are turned off after a time t 5 , the paper pressing lever 15 is returned to the pressing position 15-A, and the paper setting is completed. By energizing the loading solenoid 16 before the paper pressing lever 15 returns to the pressing position 15-A, the suction force of the loading solenoid 16 is opposite to the force for the paper pressing spring 18 to return the paper pressing lever 15. Because of the action, the speed at which the paper pressing roller 15 collides with the platen 11 can be reduced, so that the impact force can be reduced and the rebound phenomenon at the time of collision can be prevented. In this embodiment, the loading solenoid 16 is energized once during the returning operation, but the same effect can be obtained even if the ON / OFF control is performed twice or more. As described above, according to the present invention, the paper pressing roller and the urging member are arranged on the same side with respect to the rotation center of the paper pressing lever, while the driving means is provided on the paper pressing lever. Since it is arranged on the other side with the center of rotation being interposed, the biasing member can be arranged within the area sandwiched by the drive means and the paper pressing lever, and as a result, the paper pressing device can be made compact and a printer using the same can be provided. It also has the effect that it can be made smaller.
