以上の冷間加工を施しておくと、その後の曲げ加工のさ
いの加工度が20%以上および20%未満のいずれの場
合にも、ろう付時の加熱によるろう材の再結晶粒の粗大
化およびこれに起因する溶融ろうの流動性の低下を防止
できる。ところが、曲げ加工を施す前の冷間加工の加工
度が20%未満であると、このような効果は得られな
い。したがって、曲げ加工を施す前の冷間加工の加工度
は20%以上に限定すべきである。
