Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceiling material having a sound absorbing property. BACKGROUND ART As a ceiling material having a sound absorbing property, a material mainly made of rock wool is known. This is a plate-like material formed by combining fibers such as rock wool with a binder, or a plate-like material formed by combining a porous material. In order to further enhance the sound absorbing property, as shown in FIG. 2, a hole 11 'is formed in the substrate 1'of a rock wool plate or the like from the surface thereof. Such a sound absorbing ceiling material has excellent sound absorbing properties, but is easily soiled. If you wipe it to remove dirt, water will soak into it and it will become more dirty. In order to prevent this, as shown in FIG. 3, it is advisable to form a waterproof layer 2'by resin coating or the like on the surface of the sound absorbing substrate 1 '. However, with this, even if it can be wiped, the waterproof layer 2 '
Does not allow the sound absorption of the substrate 1 '. Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-69313 discloses a technique of forming a sound absorbing pin hole on the substrate surface and then applying a paint to the substrate surface so as not to block the pin hole to impart waterproofness. Has been done. However, in reality, part of the paint applied to the surface of the substrate falls inside the pin hole and covers the inner surface of the pin hole, or the surface tension of the paint or the film forming force is used to paint the opening of the pin hole. However, there is a drawback that the sound absorbing function due to the pin hole cannot be fully exerted. [Object of the Invention] In view of the above circumstances, a method of manufacturing a sound absorbing ceiling material according to the present invention provides a ceiling material that can be wiped on the surface, has high durability, and has a very excellent sound absorbing property. With the goal. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION A method of manufacturing a sound absorbing ceiling material according to the present invention includes a step of forming a waterproof layer made of a resin coating layer on a sound absorbing substrate, and a large number of steps reaching the inside of the substrate from the surface of the waterproof layer. A step of making a hole. Hereinafter, a detailed description will be given with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment of a method for manufacturing a sound absorbing ceiling material according to the present invention. The sound absorbing ceiling material shown in FIG. 1 includes a sound absorbing substrate 1 made of a rock wool plate or the like, and a waterproof layer made of a uniform resin coating layer 2 is formed on the surface of the substrate 1.
The resin coating layer 2 is perforated from its surface to form a large number of holes 3. Therefore, the sound reaches the substrate 1 through these holes 3 ... And is absorbed. The resin coating layer 2 prevents water from permeating inside when the surface of the ceiling material is wiped. Since the holes 3 reach the substrate 1 as shown in the figure, the sound absorption is high. [Effect of the invention] The sound absorbing ceiling material obtained by the manufacturing method according to the present invention,
Since the waterproof layer is a resin coating layer, its surface can be wiped with water. In addition, since this resin coating layer is formed on the surface of the base material by a coating method, that is, painting or spraying, it is easy to obtain a uniform thickness over the entire surface, and moreover, peeling from the surface of the substrate does not easily occur and it is strong. And its durability is high. Further, since the holes provided on the front surface are communicated so as to penetrate the resin coating layer and reach the inside of the substrate, the passage of sound is not hindered.
Moreover, since the holes are formed not only on the coating layer but also on the surface of the substrate, a very excellent sound absorbing property is exhibited. Since the sound absorbing ceiling material as described above is manufactured by forming a resin coating layer on the surface of the substrate and then performing a perforating process from the surface, the holes are sufficiently exposed from the opening to the portion reaching the substrate. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the coating or adhesion of the coating resin on the opening or the inner surface of the hole to hinder the sound absorbing property, and it is easy to manufacture the sound absorbing ceiling material.
