2. Description of the Related Art At present, impact vibration sounds from the upper floor of an apartment house or the like, specifically footsteps of a person directly stimulating the floor surface, give vibrations and impacts to solids such as flooring materials, and bending due to the vibrations. Waves are said to propagate through the solid and emit in rooms downstairs. In order to improve such an impact vibration sound, there is a method of reducing the impact force applied to the floor with a soft finishing material, or a method of increasing the bending rigidity and mass of the floor to make the floor structure hard to vibrate. The former method is effective for lightweight impact sound, for example, there is a method of laying a carpet or a cushion sheet on a concrete base material, and the latter method is effective for heavy impact sound, for example, concrete The thickness of the slab is being studied.

On the other hand, attempts have been made to improve the layer structure of the flooring material and the material constituting the flooring material. Among them, as the buffer material, inorganic fiber boards such as glass wool and rock wool, and organic foams such as polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyurethane, and polyethylene are used. However, the cushioning material has the effect of preventing floor impact noise as its hardness decreases, but on the other hand, when a load is applied from above the floor, the compressive deformation increases, and in some cases, it cannot be used in practice, In order to maintain compression resistance and shock absorption, a thickness of at least 10 mm or more was required.

However, sound-insulating flooring made of decorative plywood exhibits a certain degree of sound insulation effect. However, it is desired that the sound-insulating floor material be used throughout the entire frequency range, and particularly exhibit a sound insulation effect in the low frequency range. It is rare. At present, there is no floor material that satisfies this. On the other hand, in order for the cushioning material to satisfy both shock absorption and compression resistance, it must have a thickness of at least 10 mm or more, but this increases the total thickness of the flooring material and limits the floor height of the building. Was giving. Further, when the thickness of the cushioning material is 10 mm or more, there is also a problem that the cost increases. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a cushioning sheet which has shock resistance as well as compression resistance and has a reduced floor impact sound level over the entire frequency range, and a soundproof flooring using the same. The purpose is to:

In the present invention, the contact area ratio of the buffer sheet 6 to the lower ground 18 and the contact area ratio to the base material plywood 4 are as follows:
The area occupied by the seat portion 19 or the bonding portion 10 provided at the top of the raised portion is divided by the surface area of the base material plywood 4. Normally, the contact area ratio of the seat portion 19 is at most 10%, while the contact area ratio of the bonding portion 10 is at most 20%. Above this level, the impact noise tends to propagate from the base material plywood 4 to the ground surface 11 and lacks soundproofing. In particular, the contact area ratio of the seat 19 affects the soundproof performance. The thickness of the buffer sheet 6 is about 0.2 to 2.5 mm.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the L value becomes 43 to 49 by setting the contact area ratio of the cushioning sheet having the seat portion to the lower ground to 5 to 7%, and the sound absorbing property is excellent. ,
In particular, it can be seen that the low-frequency floor impact sound level has been reduced. However, when a cushioning sheet having a large contact area ratio without a seat portion is used, the floor impact sound level is high from low frequencies to high frequencies, the L value is increased, and the load resistance is excellent.

As described above, according to the present invention, the cushioning sheet locally contacts the base material plywood and the base surface on the inner surface side and the outer surface side, and the air existing on the inner surface side and the outer surface side communicates. First, the impact sound from the base material plywood is not easily transmitted to the ground surface, and the impact sound is improved by absorbing and attenuating part of the impact sound. Also excellent. In particular, only the protruding seat portion provided on the top of the raised portion comes into contact with the ground surface, and this state is maintained even when a load is applied, so that the impact sound from the base material plywood is difficult to directly propagate to the ground surface. As a result, the soundproofing is further improved.
