2. Description of the Related Art The performance of a shield room depends on how to completely connect a plated steel plate on the surface of a shield panel and a connecting member for connecting the panels. As shown in FIG. 15A , a connecting member between shield panels constituting a conventional shield room is a shield panel P in which a plated steel plate s is applied to a core material m as shown in FIG. As for the member a and the corner, a connecting member c as shown in FIG. Other connection methods include
As shown in FIG. 16 , a method is used in which the holding plates e and f are used for a plane portion and a corner portion, respectively. However, according to the connection method shown in FIG. 15, the contact is almost limited to the screw due to the change in shape as shown in FIG. 17 , and according to the connection method shown in FIG. Due to the structure change in which contact is incomplete due to the addition of the change in the shape of the sandwiching plates e and f, technical difficulties have arisen. Also, for example, when fixing panels to the ceiling surface, the adjacent panels must be supported and fixed to the ceiling surface at the same time, and when removing, both panels must be removed at the same time, inconvenience in construction, and two-person work There are drawbacks that require. Furthermore, since thin materials such as aluminum, brass, zinc, and iron plates are used for the material, even if they are flat plates, they tend to physically generate distortions and waveforms due to changes in shape, and the contact between the contact surfaces and joint surfaces There is a disadvantage that the shielding effect is lost due to lack of properties.

First, the shield panel P shown in FIG. 5 comes into shape contact with the connecting member via the pressing plate of FIG. 6 , but the pressing plate is fitted into the insertion groove of the connecting member, and the degree of fitting is theoretically X. = Y, but in the case of a long insertion piece, in a practical implementation, the parallel insertion fitting is broken due to a slight change in the shape and the insertion becomes impossible. Thus poor contact problem between the shield panel P as shown in FIG. 7 when the construction constitutes a design Y> X occurs. 8 the presser plate therefor
An L-shaped plate having a forming surface of <90 ° as shown in (a),
Even if the parallel insertion fitting of the holding plate is broken, the same relationship of α = B as that of the parallel insertion fitting as shown in FIG. 8B is formed. The structural and technical features of the present invention are that the connecting structure between the insertion groove of the connecting member, the holding plate and the shield panel according to the present invention is formed as shown in FIG. And the shield panel are connected in parallel. If the contact fulcrum does not merely hold the holding plate in parallel, but also makes contact only at the point C and the point X (the screw fastening portion) as shown in FIG. 10 , the connection between the shield panel and the connecting member is limited to the point contact. So, S,
A strong downward pressure is exerted on the holding plate by the close contact action with S as a power point, and perfect close contact bonding is achieved. Also, as shown in FIG. 11 , the protruding ridge has a function of making the watertight contact with the shield panel uniform and complete by cutting into the shield plate or being crushed M by the lower pressure of the press plate. It goes without saying that this theory is also applied to the pressing plate of the corner connecting member of claim 2 as the same structural and technical basis. Reference numeral 24 denotes a flat guide plate inserted for connecting the connecting members.

As shown in FIG. 2, the corner connecting member 18 constituting the corner of the shield wall plate comprises a right-angled square portion 20 and an L-shaped pressing plate 19, and Are provided with insertion grooves 21, 21 of the shield panel connected to the inside of the L-shaped portion formed at right angles. Protrusions 22 and 23 are provided on the square portion 20 and the holding plate 19, respectively. Assembling to connect the wall of the shield panel composed of these two members to the corners is performed by the pressing plate 19 fitted in the insertion groove 21 as shown in FIG.
The shield panels P, P are sandwiched and supported by the rectangular portion 20 of the rectangular member and the rectangular portion of the electromagnetic shielding chamber is integrally assembled by a connecting member. An L-shaped guide plate 25 is inserted when connecting the connecting members.

The flat connecting member of claim 1 and the corner connecting member of claim 2 are structurally and technically solving the problems of the conventional connecting member, respectively.
Protrusions are provided on the surface in close contact with the shield panel wall surface, so the unevenness of the surface changes due to planar contact with the connecting member, and the adhesion of the deformed surface is greatly increased by line contact with several protrusions. effective. In addition, since the holding plates 11 and 19 are angle plates having an angle smaller than the substantially right angle formed between the insertion groove and the shield wall plate, the crimping effect by the supporting fulcrum S of the connecting member to the shield wall surface is enhanced. This is effective for maintaining watertight contact with the shield panel without shifting or loosening due to external pressure or impact. As shown in the graph of FIG. 14, the shielding effect of the conventional single-panel shield room is 70 DB or less at a low frequency, that is, 400 MHZ, and a high frequency, that is, 400 MHZ to 1000 MHZ.
Was less than 50DB and was almost ineffective, but the shielding effect of the structure of the present invention was 1000 MH
In Z (1GHZ), it is remarkably improved to 80 DB or more. Furthermore, since the screw fastening is also a fastening location for avoiding a portion that hinders the contact effect due to the attachment of chips generated at the time of construction, the conventional difficulty is solved and the structural and technical advantages of the connecting member of the present invention are remarkable.
