(Prior Art) Conventionally, a conjugate fiber mainly has a circular cross section, but recently, a conjugate fiber having an irregular cross section has been increasing. Such a modified cross-section composite fiber spinneret rectifies the polymer composite flow obtained by the composite plate at the circular cross-section hole of the nozzle plate, and discharges it from the deformed cross-section orifice. Sometimes I did.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the case of a modified cross-section composite fiber, it is very difficult to discharge the polymer from the orifice of the nozzle plate without disturbing the composite shape of the composite flow formation in the composite plate. Generally, as a method, a composite flow in which a nozzle plate has a circular cross section and an orifice has a deformed cross section is often greatly disturbed in the process of deformation from a circular shape to a deformed shape. It is a major obstacle. Also, as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-43606, some attempts have been made to make the nozzle plate straightening hole a modified cross section close to the shape of the orifice.
The irregular rectification hole often causes a composite turbulence at a composite flow forming portion with the composite plate. Further, the irregular cross-section hole having a larger area and a longer length than the orifice also has a drawback in that the machining cost by electric discharge machining or the like becomes considerably high.

In the figure, (1) is a distribution plate, (2) is a composite plate,
(3) is a nozzle plate. The two types of molten polymers A and B are channel-distributed in a plane by the distribution plate. In the case of FIGS. 1 to 4, the sea-forming polymer A is divided into a central part and two side walls,
On the other hand, the island-forming polymer B is distributed in the middle of the polymer A channel. Next, both polymers enter the composite plate (2), and the polymer A is filled in the central reservoir (4), the annular groove (5) and the bypass groove (6), and the center of the groove is located at both ends of the arc-shaped groove (7). Enter the complex flow formation section. On the other hand, the polymer B is discharged from the fine holes (9) through the flow regulating holes (8) and forms a composite flow with the polymer A flowing from the arc-shaped grooves. The composite stream is composed of an arc-shaped groove (7) and a fine hole (9). After exiting each of the independent discharge holes (10), a tip spinning hole arranged corresponding to the discharge hole (10). It flows through the circular cross-section rectification hole (12) formed in the nozzle plate (3) so as to incline in the direction of focusing toward (11), and discharges from the circular cross-section spinning hole (11) in which three holes are arranged in close proximity. Is done. The three composite streams discharged from the three-hole spinning hole are fused to one immediately after the discharge due to the fact that the rectifying holes (12) are inclined toward one point and the ballast effect. Form.

After passing through a straightening hole (12) directed to one point, a spinning hole (11)
In order to stably fuse the composite flows that collide with each other, it is preferable that the inclination angles of the right and left rectification holes (12) are equal. Therefore, the discharge holes (10) are preferably arranged symmetrically. 1
Select the number and position of 0). The cross section of the spinning hole (11) and the straightening hole (12) has a circular cross-section so that the shape is substantially the same even if the size changes along the hole path in order to stabilize the spinning.
