金物に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、組天井下地の施工は、図11に示
すように、階上床構造(1)のコンクリートC内に埋め
込まれたインサート部材Iに吊りボルトBの上端を差し
込み、該釣りボルトBの下端を天井下地(2)の野縁受
け21に対して調節ハンガー22を介して取付け、吊り

り、近年、デッキプレートを利用した複合床構造が採用
されるにつれて、上記ハンガーシステムの改善が図られ

ーム部を有する止め金具の一対の先端部を凹溝の断面形
状に相応する側面形状となし、かかる先端部を凹溝内部
に嵌め込み、回転させて抜け止めし、アーム部を吊りボ
ルトと競らせて回り止めして天井下地を吊り下げ施工す
ると、簡易施工の可能で安全性の高い天井構造となるこ
とが期待される。 【0006】本考案は、かかる点に着目し、デッキプレ
ートの構造を利用して階上床構造の下方に天井下地を簡
易に吊り下げ施工でき、高い安全性が確保できるように
した天井吊りハンガー用金物を提供することを課題とす
る。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】そこで、本考案に係る天
井吊りハンガー用金物は、吊りボルト部材4と組合せて
使用され、下端開口横幅が内部横幅に比して小さい係合
溝14を底部に有する階上床構造1の下方に天井下地2
を吊り下げ施工する天井吊りハンガー用金物3であっ
て、吊りボルト部材4を上下方向に螺挿しうる連結部3
3と、連結部33の両側から上方に延びかつ上端部に係
合形状部分32、32を有する一対のアーム部31、3
1とから構成され、係合形状部分32、32は、相互の
間隔が狭くかつ係合溝14の長手方向に対して平行な状
態において係合溝14に挿入可能でかつ係合溝14内で
回転可能であるとともに、係合溝14内で係合溝14の
幅方向に平行でかつ相互の間隔が広い状態において係合
溝14に係合しかつ係合溝14内で回り止めされる形状

より天井吊りハンガー用金物3を係合溝14に固定でき

示す添付図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本考案に係る
天井吊りハンガー用金物を示す正面図、図2はその側面
及び押圧状態を示す図、図3ないし図7は上記天井吊り
ハンガー用金物を用いた天井吊り作業の過程を示す斜視
図である。 【0012】図1に示すように、天井吊りハンガー用金
物3では連結部33の両側に一対のアーム部31、31
が正面コ字状に連結され、該アーム部31、31の先端
にはデッキプレートの谷部条片13に長手方向に延びて
形成された断面略逆台形状の係合溝14に嵌合しうる側
面形状を有する係合部(係合形状部分)32が正面外拡
がり状に形成されている。その拡がり角度は押圧時に先
端係合部32同士がぴったりと合掌する角度(図2参
照)が適当で、天井吊りハンガー用金物3の回転を行い
易くかつ吊りボルト部材4の介在による回り止めと脱落

がる首部の幅は係合溝14の下端開口部横幅以下である

ム部31、31を内方に押圧して合掌形態となし、図3

回転させて上記先端係合部32、32を係合溝14に直
