2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when ALC is generally manufactured,
Water is added to raw materials such as silica stone powder, quick lime powder, and cement, and the slurry is mixed with a foaming agent such as aluminum powder.
Pour into the mold with the reinforced mat set to foam. Then, after solidifying into a semi-plastic state after a lapse of a predetermined time, the semi-plastic material is taken out of the mold, cut into a desired size, placed in an autoclave, and steam-cured at high temperature and high pressure to obtain a product. When charging this semi-plastic material into the autoclave, as shown in FIG. 2, the semi-plastic material 1 placed on the frame-shaped wagon frame 3 sandwiching the sludge-shaped receiving plate 2 is stacked in multiple stages. It is charged in the state. Then, in the process of steam curing at high temperature and high pressure in an autoclave, condensed water is generated from the semi-plastic material 1. When this condensed water is dropped into the lower semi-plastic materials 1a and 1b, the water content, iron content, oil content, salts Semi-plastic material 1a or 1b
However, there is a problem in that it deteriorates the appearance of the product. In addition, since the condensed water flows downward in sequence, it is significantly contaminated in the lower stage.

As measures against this, when stacking the wagon frames 3, an iron plate 4 is attached to the lower surface thereof, or the upper surface of the semi-plastic body 1 is covered with a heat-resistant stainless steel sheet, Teflon sheet, or the like. However, in all of these methods, curing is completed, and after removing from the autoclave, it is removed and conveyed to the previous step for repeated use, there is a problem in that attachment and detachment and conveyance are troublesome. If heat-fusible resin sheets such as polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, or polyvinyl chloride are used to save this trouble, corrosive harmful gas may be generated during curing, or the molten residue may adhere to the cured product. There were problems such as deterioration in quality and adverse effects by mixing with recycled raw materials.

[Function] Before charging the concrete material into the autoclave, the entire upper surface of the concrete material other than the topmost layer is covered with a sheet of hydrolyzable resin having an ester bond or an ether bond which is powdered during steam curing treatment. As a result, the condensed water generated during the first half of curing does not become contaminated even if it is dropped on the concrete material in the lower stage. In the latter half of curing, water and the like in the condensed water are vaporized and the solid content and the sheet are pulverized, so that the product is not affected. In addition, no harmful gas is generated, and there is no need to remove the seat or repeat.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a situation before charging a semi-plastic material into an autoclave when steam curing a semi-plastic material in the method of the present invention. Drain-shaped receiving plate 2
The semi-plastic bodies 1 placed on the frame-shaped wagon frame 3 sandwiching them are stacked in three stages, and before stacking, the entire upper surfaces of the middle and lower semi-plastic bodies 1a and 1b other than the uppermost stage. Was covered with a polyethylene terephthalate sheet 5 (trade name: Lumirror, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) having a thickness of 16 mμ. Then, in this state, insert it into the autoclave and
Steam curing was carried out at 10 ° C. for 12 hours. As a result of taking out the product from the autoclave after the curing and investigating the contamination state of the product, no product co-contamination at each stage occurred. Further, the sheet 5 is almost completely pulverized, and the traces are slightly stopped, and the traces naturally disappear during the handling of the product, and the removal work is unnecessary. Same material and thickness 38
The same was true when the mμ and 75 mμ sheets were used.

The purpose of covering the upper surface of the semi-plastic material with the sheet is to prevent contamination due to the intrusion of condensed water dropped from the upper stage, and the evaporated water itself does not pose a problem.
Also, some water that has accumulated on the surface of the sheet will evaporate in the latter half of the curing, so if there is no large depression on the surface of the sheet, there will be a slope on the surface of the sheet or a special gap between the semi-plastic material and the sheet. do not have to. On the other hand,
When the sheet was not covered, the upper product was not contaminated, but the middle product was contaminated by 12% and the lower product was 78%, which shows that the method of the present invention is highly effective. Although this example is an example of steam curing of a semi-plastic material of ALC, it can be applied to a case where a concrete material such as an asbestos cement board or a PC concrete board is steam-cured by an autoclave. It is effective when applied to products that cause problems.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, before the concrete material is charged into the autoclave, the entire upper surface of the concrete material other than the uppermost layer is subjected to ester bond or ether bond which is powdered during steam curing treatment. Since the sheet of the hydrolyzable resin is used to cover, the condensed water generated in the early curing stage is covered with the sheet even if it is dropped onto the concrete material in the lower stage, and the quality is not deteriorated. In the latter half of curing, the condensed water is vaporized and the sheet is pulverized, which does not affect the product. In addition, no harmful gas is generated, and it is possible to obtain a practically remarkable effect such as removing the sheet and eliminating the trouble of repeating.
