着層を積層するときはハニカム状フイルターの最大の特
徴である小さい気体通過抵抗が著しく大きくなる欠陥が
ある。更に塵埃を除去するハニカム状ガスフイルターと
ハニカム状活性炭フイルターとを積層すると、それぞれ
の小透孔を一致させることが困難で、これも気体通過抵
抗が著しく大きくなる欠陥がある。

2重量部に分散させた懸濁液を塗布し、図中3,3に示
す如く深さ0.5〜10mm程度に達するまで吸着剤微
粒子をシートの繊維に固着してなる脱臭集塵フイルター
である。

臭集塵フイルターである。尚毛羽立つたシートを得るに
はシートの表面を適宜固さのブラシ等により摺擦する。
