TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for laying a rubber sheet in a marine waste disposal site.

In Japan, the population is concentrated in some coastal areas, and in the metropolitan areas of the coastal areas, the ocean has come to be used as a waste disposal site.

Therefore, when it is used as such a waste treatment plant, the condition of the seabed becomes a problem in addition to the environmental protection and secondary pollution prevention treatment problems. In other words, when the seabed is strong and there is an impermeable layer, the one where the waste disposal site is surrounded by concrete walls or the caisson is set down is used because the seabed is hard and tight.

As mentioned above, if the seabed is strong and has an impermeable layer, the above structure may be used, but if there is no impermeable layer on the seabed, a bottom part made of impermeable material will be constructed at the waste disposal site as a measure against sewage leakage. There must be. However, it is extremely difficult to construct a concrete bottom over such a wide area on the sea floor, and it requires a huge amount of money for the foundation work. Therefore, there are places that cannot be used as a waste disposal site. However, even in a very sick place, the ground was hard and the place where the impermeable layer existed was searched for as a disposal site.

Long sides of the rubber sheet are laid in the width direction of the laying ground, and both sides of the rubber sheet are continuously supported laterally by guide ropes that serve as partition walls. The rubber sheet in this state is spread over the sea to the full width and the two rubber sheets are connected. Dispose by connecting all together with a rope, making manhole holes at predetermined places and circulating the seawater on the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber sheet, removing the whole from the guide rope toward the outer circumference from the center and immersing it in the sea. The sheet can be laid along the terrain without causing the phenomenon of hanging in the air even if the seabed has undulations, and even if the seabed is soft ground such as sludge, it can be laid without disturbing the seabed, Underwater concrete is struck at the joint between the composite material and the outer peripheral partition wall to form a fully integrated structure.

According to the present invention described above, a long rubber sheet in the width direction of a waste disposal site is continuously supported laterally by guide ropes on both sides of the rubber sheet, and the rubber sheet in this state is treated as waste. The rubber sheets are spread on the sea at the disposal site, and the rubber sheets are connected together by connecting ropes, and while the seawater on the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber sheets is circulated through the holes in the manholes drilled at the specified locations, the entire circumference is rippled from the center. By removing it from the guide rope and immersing it in the sea, the rubber sheet can be laid along the terrain without causing the hanging phenomenon even if the seabed of the disposal site has undulations. By placing underwater concrete in the section to make it an all-in-one structure, it can be laid regardless of the topography of the seabed at the disposal site and is easy even on the seabed of soft ground such as sludge. Those that can be laid.

In addition, when the manhole has sludge on the seabed and needs to be gasified or liquefied for its treatment, the manhole must be raised from the rubber sheet to make it into a gaseous or liquid seabed soil. The pressure can be released.
