Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a container for aligning and storing capacitors. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a large number of manufactured capacitors have been packed in bags and transported to a shipping process, a component assembling process, or the like. However, the aluminum lead terminals of the capacitor are easily bent when the bag is packed. As a result, in the automatic assembly process of the capacitor, the bent lead terminals are properly inserted into the mounting holes of the wiring board. Insertion may not be possible. [0004] In addition, if the bags are randomly packed, the volume increases and a remarkable space is required for storing the capacitors. Therefore, there is a demand for a container capable of storing the capacitors in a regular array. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a capacitor container capable of preventing bending of a lead terminal of a capacitor and saving a minimum space for storing the capacitor. [0006] In order to achieve the above object,
The capacitor container of the present invention is formed by forming a plurality of ribs having a mountain cross section at equal intervals in the horizontal direction on a rectangular plate made of a plastic sheet, and a trough-shaped recessed part is formed in a valley between the partition walls. A large number of recesses are arranged at equal intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions of the plate, and a shallow step is formed near one partition in each recess, and the axial length of this step is inserted into the recess. The length of the pair of lead terminals at one end of the cylindrical capacitor to be formed is longer than the length of the pair of lead terminals, and the width of one side edge of the plate parallel to the axis of the recess is half the arrangement pitch of the recesses arranged side by side. Is formed by forming a flat surplus portion. According to the present invention, the capacitors are neatly accommodated in the recesses one by one. A shallow step is formed near one partition in each recess, and the length of the step in the axial direction is determined by the capacitor. Is formed longer than the length of the lead terminal, the accommodated capacitor is held by the stepped portion, and there is no possibility that the lead terminal is bent. In addition, as a result of forming a trough-shaped recess in a dish plate made of a plastic sheet, the shape of each of the recesses arranged side by side becomes the backside shape of the container as it is, and the capacitor is accommodated in this container. When the capacitors are stacked vertically, the shape of the back surface of the upper container and the shape of the upper surface of the lower capacitor are fitted and closely contacted, so that the space required for storing the capacitors can be minimized. Further, since a surplus portion having a width which is half the arrangement pitch of the recesses is provided at one side edge of the plate parallel to the axis of the recesses, the containers accommodating the capacitors are turned upside down. When stacked, the outer edges of the rectangular container align correctly up and down. Therefore, even when the container is taken out by an automatic transport device or the like, uniform handling is possible irrespective of the direction of the container, and one kind of container is sufficient. In addition, when containers stacked in this manner are packed in an outer box, the outer box holds the outer edges of each container evenly, so there is no risk that each container will rise during transportation and the arrangement of the capacitors will be disturbed, which is safe. Can be transported to An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a container for a capacitor according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is a square plate plate 14 made of a plastic sheet.
In addition, partition walls 5, 5 having a mountain-shaped cross section are formed in the lateral direction,
In the valleys of the partition walls 5, 5, a large number of concave portions 2, 2... On which capacitors are to be placed one by one are formed side by side. As shown in FIG. 2, the recess 2 has a gutter shape so as to correspond to the outer shape of the cylindrical capacitor body 11, and both ends in the axial direction are closed by partition walls 5, 5. .
A step portion 4 shallower than the bottom surface 3 of the concave portion 2 is formed near one partition of the concave portion 2. The axial length of this step is
It is formed longer than the lead terminal 13 of the capacitor 12. The distance between the side surface 4a of the step portion 4 and the other partition wall 5 is equal to the axial length of the capacitor body 11. The partition wall 5 is formed in a mountain shape in cross section from the slopes 7 and 8, and the lower ends of the slopes 7 and 8 are widened to form openings 9. FIG. 3 shows B of the container 1 for a capacitor of the present embodiment.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B. As shown in FIG. 3, the trough-shaped recesses 2, 2,... Are connected to the recesses 2 adjacent to each other to form a continuous bottom surface. A flat surplus portion 6 is formed in the portion. The width D of the surplus portion 6 is a half of the arrangement pitch C of the concave portions 2. As the material of the plate 14 of this embodiment, a synthetic resin material such as polypropylene is suitable, and the synthetic resin material sheet is manufactured by a vacuum molding technique of heating and suctioning on a mold. Therefore, the back surface 10 of the condenser container 1
The shape of FIG. 1 (see FIG. 1) is a shape in which each of the horizontally-arranged recessed portions 2 and 2 projects downward as it is. The container 1 for a capacitor constructed as described above.
How to use is explained. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 20 denotes a product take-out port of the capacitor manufacturing apparatus 23, and a conveyor 21 to which the container 1 is to be conveyed is disposed below its discharge end. Now, when the container 1 is conveyed by the conveyor 21 and comes directly below the product outlet 20, the gate 22 of the product outlet is opened accordingly, and the condensers 12 are sequentially supplied to the container 1. As a result, the condenser 12 fits into each of the recesses 2 and 2 of the container 1 and is arranged at regular intervals according to the arrangement of these recesses 2. Since the capacitor body 11 is held by the end face 4a of the step portion 4 and the partition wall 5, the supplied capacitor 12 does not move in the axial direction without any displacement (see FIG. 2). Here, in this embodiment, the axial length of the step portion 4 is formed longer than the length of the lead terminal 13 of the capacitor 12, so that the capacitor body 11 can be moved even when the container shakes or tilts during transportation. Therefore, there is no possibility that the lead terminal 13 is bent. Next, the containers 1, 1 containing the condensers 12 are stacked one on top of the other in the opposite direction (see FIG. 5). In this case, in the present embodiment, the shape formed by the recesses 2 and 2 arranged side by side becomes the shape of the back surface 10 of the container 1 as it is, and as shown in FIG.
And the shape of the upper surface of the lower capacitor are fitted to each other, and the upper and lower capacitors 12, 12 are in close contact with each other. Therefore, useless air gaps between the capacitors 12 and 12 are minimized, so that the space required for storing the capacitors 12 can be largely reduced as a whole. Further, since the capacitors 12 accommodated in the lower recess 2 are pressed by the back surface of the upper container 1 without using a lid for each container 1, the capacitors can be safely held and accommodated with a simple configuration. . Further, since the surplus portion 6 having a width half the arrangement pitch of the concave portions 2 is provided, when the containers 1, 1... The outer edges 13, 13 are vertically aligned. Therefore, even when the container 1 is taken out by an automatic transport device or the like, uniform handling is possible regardless of the direction of the container 1, and one kind of container is sufficient. Also, when the containers 1 stacked in this manner are packed in an outer box (not shown), the outer box holds the outer edge of each container 1 evenly. There is no risk that the arrangement will be disturbed, and it can be transported safely. Further, since a plurality of partitions 5 are provided in the lateral direction (longitudinal direction) of the container 1, the structure is extremely strong in spite of its simple structure. Is less likely to deform the container 1.
In addition, the distance between the lower ends of the slopes 7 and 8 of the partition walls 5 is increased to form the openings 9, so that when the containers 1 are not used, a large number of containers 1 are vertically fitted to each other and closely stacked. Therefore, there is an advantage that the storage space of the container 1 itself can be minimized. In summary, according to the present invention, a step is provided in the recess to prevent the capacitor from moving in the axial direction, while the step is formed to be longer than the lead terminal. The lead terminals can be safely transported without any risk of bending, and the parts assembling process can be ensured. Further, as a result of forming a gutter-shaped recess in a dish plate made of a plastic sheet, the shape formed by the side-by-side recesses becomes the back surface of the container as it is, and the capacitor is stored in the container. When the capacitors are stacked vertically, the shape of the back surface of the upper container and the shape of the upper surface of the lower capacitor are fitted and closely contacted, so that the space required for storing the capacitors can be minimized. Further, since a surplus portion having a width of half the arrangement pitch of the recesses is provided at one side edge of the plate parallel to the axis of the recesses, the containers accommodating the condensers are turned upside down with respect to each other. The various effects that can be conveyed are exhibited.
