Description
[産業上の利用分野] 本発明は竹塩に関し、特にその効能の卓越な核砒素が
含まれた竹塩とその製造方法に関する。 [従来の技術とその問題点] 従来、民間療法で竹塩を消火器系統等の疾病治療剤に
使用していた。しかし、本発明は従来使用されて来た竹
塩をもっとも有用に使用するための、特殊的方法で核砒
素が含有された竹塩を製造することを目的とする。 [問題点を解決するための手段] 前記目的に従い、本発明は生竹中に天日塩を詰め込ん
で焼成してなる核砒素含有竹塩であり、また本発明は生
竹中に天日塩を詰め込んで焼成する工程を複数回繰返し
て得られる核砒素含有竹塩の製造方法である。 ここで、“核砒素”は天日塩を生竹の筒中へ詰め入
れ、繰返し加熱の課程で、天日塩に含まれた普通の砒素
成分が特殊的に変換されたものを称す。 [作 用] 人体に害を及ぼす砒素成分を高熱処理し有害成分を除
去し終れば、最終的に残留することになる砒素成分は人
体に害を及ぼさない程度の極微量で残留することにな
り、これを核砒素と定義する。この核砒素は、砒素成分
を高熱処理しと後の残留成分であることから天日塩に含
まれた砒素及び砒素化合物などの砒素成分が酸化された
砒素酸化物(三酸化二砒素:As2O3)がほとんどであると
推測される。核砒素は人体内へ投与されれば殺菌,消炎
及び破壊された細胞の再生等の作用をなす。 [実施例] 以下、本発明の一実施例を説明することにする。 3年以上育った孟宗竹を、一方側は開穴し、他の一方
側は閉穴されるよう節の間を順次に切断の後、その生竹
筒の内へ黄海岸(韓国の西海岸)製の天日塩を密詰す
る。 山中の良質の粘土から砂を選別除去の後、好適に捏ね
られた上述の粘土で入口を塞ぎ松の薪の焔で繰返し複数
回好ましくは9回焼く。焼く方法としては少量の際釜を
利用し、多量の製造の際はドラム筒を利用すれば便利で
ある。 ドラム筒の上蓋を取り除き下側の方へ火を焚くに好適
な横30cm×縦20cm程度切欠し焚き口を製作の後、焚き口
の上方6cm程度の所へ2cmφ程度の鉄棒が挿通される穴を
通す。 上記穴へ鉄棒を十字状に掛け渡し、その上へドラムに
内挿する金網を敷いた後、塩を詰めた生竹筒を粘土処理
の部分を上向側にして2〜3層に立設し焚き口へ火をつ
ける。加工薬品松脂を、炭火の上に少しずつまきちらせ
ば火の付きが良い。 生竹が皆焼き終った後ドラム筒内の炭を取り除き、そ
の後内部の塩を選んで取り出す。この塩を塊だけをざっ
と砕き再度新たな生竹筒に詰め入れた後、捏ねられた粘
土で、上向側開口を密栓した後、ドラム筒中へ入れ、ま
た、火を付けて焼く。同じ方法で焼くことを複数回好ま
しくは8回繰返し、最終の9回目は、松脂だけで焼き灰
