(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】出力軸と、入力軸と、中間軸とを用いた平
行歯車機構列を収容しうる減速機用のケースであって、
前壁にこの前壁から後方にのびる筒部を一体に設けた有
底筒状をなす出力側ケース、および後壁に、前記出力側
ケースの前記筒部の後縁に取り換え可能に嵌着する取付
け部を形成した第1の入力側ケースと、この第1の入力
側ケースに比して前記取付け部の前後長さが大きい第2
の入力側ケースとを含む入力側ケース群からなり、前記
出力側ケースは、前記前壁に、前記出力軸を出力側で支
持するための出力軸出側軸受座と、中間軸を出力側で支
持するための少なくとも2つの中間軸出側軸受座とが設
けられるとともに、前記第1の入力側ケースは、後壁
に、入力軸の一端を支持するための入力軸軸受座と、前
記中間軸を入力側で支持するための1以上の中間軸入側
軸受座とを有し、かつ第2の入力側ケースは、前記入力
軸を支持するための入力軸軸受座と、前記第1のケース
の中間軸入側軸受座の個数よりも多い中間軸入側軸受座
とを有し、前記入力側ケース群の前記ケースはその1つ
が、出力側ケースに選択的に取付けられることを特徴と
する減速機用のケース。
