[1] Rubber composition The rubber composition of the present invention (hereinafter also simply referred to as "composition of the present invention") is
Contains 100 parts by mass of diene rubber and 1 to 60 parts by mass of polyurethane oligomer,
The above polyurethane oligomer (hereinafter also referred to as “specific oligomer”)
A diene polymer having a hydroxy group, a polyisocyanate, and a polyamine are polymerized in a ratio such that the molar ratio of the isocyanate group to the active hydrogen group is 0.3 to 1.0,
The weight average molecular weight is 3,000 to 50,000,
The rubber composition has a urethane bond and a urea bond, and the molar ratio of the urea bond to the urethane bond is 0.1 to 3.0.
Since the composition of the present invention has such a configuration, it is considered that the above-mentioned problems can be solved. Although the reason is not clear, it is thought to be approximately as follows.
The specific oligomer contained in the composition of the present invention is obtained by polymerizing a diene polymer having a hydroxyl group, a polyisocyanate, and a polyamine. Therefore, the specific oligomer has a soft portion (soft segment) derived from the diene polymer and a hard portion (hard segment) derived from the polyisocyanate and polyamine. It is thought that the soft segment contributes to affinity with diene rubber, and the hard segment contributes to mechanical properties (strength at break, elongation at break). Furthermore, the above hydroxy group reacts with the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate to form a urethane bond (-NH-COO-), and the amino group of the polyamine reacts with the isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate to form a urea bond (-NH-CO- NH-) is formed. Urethane bonds and urea bonds are thought to form aggregates through hydrogen bonds. Aggregates are also believed to contribute to mechanical properties.
Since the composition of the present invention contains such a specific oligomer, it is considered to have excellent mechanical properties.
Further, it is thought that the effect of hydrogen bonding of the specific oligomer leads to an increase in tan δ (0° C.) (excellent wet properties). On the other hand, since the soft segment of the specific oligomer has a high affinity with the diene rubber, it is considered that the specific oligomer has high dispersibility in the diene rubber in the composition of the present invention. Therefore, it is thought that there is less energy loss due to the hard segment (low fuel efficiency can be maintained).

[Isocyanate group/active hydrogen group]
The specific oligomer is one that is polymerized at a molar ratio of isocyanate groups to active hydrogen groups (hereinafter also referred to as "isocyanate groups/active hydrogen groups") of 0.3 to 1.0.
Here, the active hydrogen group refers to the hydroxy group of the above-mentioned specific diene polymer and the amino group of the above-mentioned polyamine. Further, the isocyanate group refers to the isocyanate group of the above-mentioned polyisocyanate.
The reason why the isocyanate group/active hydrogen group is limited to 1.0 or less is to ensure that the specific oligomer has almost no isocyanate groups. If isocyanate is present, it may deactivate the vulcanization accelerator and vulcanization may not proceed sufficiently.
The isocyanate group/active hydrogen group is preferably from 0.5 to 0.8, more preferably from 0.6 to 0.7, because the effects of the present invention are better.

[Weight average molecular weight]

The specific oligomer has a urethane bond and a urea bond, and the molar ratio of the urea bond to the urethane bond (hereinafter also referred to as "urea bond/urethane bond") is from 0.1 to 3.0. As mentioned above, urethane bonds and urea bonds are thought to form aggregates through hydrogen bonds. Since the specific oligomer has a urea bond/urethane bond within the above range, it is considered to have an excellent balance between mechanical properties and dispersibility in diene rubber. More specifically, it is considered that the larger the urea bond/urethane bond is, the more aggregates are formed, and on the other hand, if the urea bond/urethane bond is too large, the dispersibility is reduced.
The urea bond/urethane bond is preferably from 0.2 to 2.7, more preferably from 0.3 to 2.3, and more preferably from 0.4 to 2.7, because the effect of the present invention is better.
[Wet performance and fuel efficiency performance]
The obtained rubber composition was vulcanized at 170° C. for 15 minutes using a mold of a predetermined shape (inner dimensions: length 150 mm, width 150 mm, thickness 2 mm) to produce a vulcanized rubber sheet.
The obtained vulcanized rubber sheet was measured using a viscoelastic spectrometer (manufactured by Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.) in accordance with JIS K6394:2007, at a tensile deformation strain rate of 10% ± 2%, a frequency of 20 Hz, a temperature of 0°C, and Tan δ was measured at 60°C. Wet performance was evaluated from tan δ at 0°C, and fuel efficiency performance was evaluated from tan δ at 60°C.
Wet performance is shown in Table 1 as an index with the value of Standard Example 1 as 100. The larger the index, the better the wet performance.
The fuel efficiency performance is shown in Table 1 as an index using the reciprocal of the measured value and setting the value of Standard Example 1 as 100. The larger the index, the better the fuel efficiency performance.

Comparison of Example 1, Example 4, Example 5, Example 7, and Example 8 (The content of the specific oligomer is 5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber, and it is used for the production of the specific oligomer. Comparison of embodiments in which the specific diene polymer is polyisoprene polyol and the polyamine used for producing the specific oligomer is dimethylthiotoluenediamine), Example 1 in which the hard segment amount is 6 to 40% by mass, Example 4 and Examples 7 to 8 exhibited better elongation at break and better fuel efficiency. Among them, Examples 1 and 7 to 8, in which the urea bond/urethane bond was 0.1 to 2.0, showed even better fuel efficiency. Among them, Examples 1 and 7 in which the urea bond/urethane bond was 0.2 or more and less than 1.0 showed even better elongation at break and better fuel efficiency. Among them, Example 1 in which the urea bond/urethane bond was 0.4 to 0.8 showed even better breaking strength, wet performance, and fuel efficiency.
In addition, from a comparison between Example 1 and Example 9 (a comparison between embodiments that differ only in the content of the specific oligomer with respect to 100 parts by mass of diene rubber), it is found that the content of the specific oligomer with respect to 100 parts by mass of diene rubber is 3 to 3. Example 1, which contained 20 parts by mass, showed better elongation at break and better fuel efficiency.
