Abstract
Description
(1)亜リン酸と金属Mの亜リン酸水素塩を反応物として水に溶解し、濃度が85wt%以上の濃リン酸(H3PO4)を反応物の1重量%~5重量%で添加し、均一に攪拌して、80~90℃で反応させる工程において、Mは、Ca、Mg、Al、Zn、Fe、SnまたはTiである、工程と、
(2)工程(1)の反応で得られた材料を、0.3wt%以下の含水率にまで乾燥させ、前記乾燥温度を150℃以下に制御する工程と、
(3)工程(2)で乾燥して得られた生成物に対し、不活性雰囲気または真空条件下で200~300℃で脱水反応を行い、生成物の熱重量損失が2wt%で、対応する温度が400℃を超えると、脱水反応を終了し、室温まで温度を下げて固形物を得る工程と、
(4)工程(3)で得られた固形物を水で洗浄し、洗浄水の導電率が50μS/cm未満になるまで洗浄を終了し、洗浄された生成物を、0.3wt%未満の含水率にまで乾燥して、前記ポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物を得る工程と、を含む。
ポリマーマトリックス55%~99.9%、
ポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物0.1%~45%、
充填剤および/または補強材0~44.9%、
その他の添加剤0~44.9%を含む。
ポリマーマトリックス55%~99.9%、
難燃剤システム0.1%~45%、
充填剤および/または補強材0~44.9%、
その他の添加剤0~44.9%を含み、
前記難燃剤システムの総重量を100%とし、前記難燃剤システムは、
ポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物0.1%~50%、
難燃剤50%~99.9%を含む。
1.調製した化合物に対し、元素分析を実行して、各元素の比率を決定し、P含有量を取得する。
2.吸水率の測定:材料50gを秤量し、85℃、湿度85%の恒温恒湿器に入れて、7日間保持し、材料の重量増加を測定し、重量増加の比率が、材料の吸水率である。
3.10gの粉末材料を100gの水に分散させ、25℃の一定温度に保ち、2hr保持した後、溶液のpH値を測定するように、調製した化合物の酸性度を測定する。
モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素アルミニウムの縮合物の分子構造は、次の式で示され、
実施例2 二亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素アルミニウムの縮合物の調製
実施例1と同じで、反応物を反応のために水に入れず、固体反応物を直接混合し、高温オーブンに入れて脱水させ、材料を取得し、吸水率とpH値を測定する。結果は、表3に示されている。
2molの亜リン酸水素アルミニウムを2molの亜リン酸に置き換えたことを除いて、実施例1と同じであるが、得られた材料について、その吸水率およびpH値を測定する。結果は、表3に示されている。
比較例3
実施例3
一般規則に従い、50wt%のナイロン66、30wt%のガラス繊維、3.8wt%の実施例1によるモノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素アルミニウムの縮合物および16.2wt%のジエチル次亜リン酸アルミニウム(LFR8003、江蘇利思徳新材料有限公司)を使用して、難燃性ガラス繊維強化ナイロン66を製造し、サンプルを用意して、その難燃性を測定したが、材料の難燃性がUL94 V0(0.8mm)に達した。
一般規則に従い、52wt%のナイロン66、30wt%のガラス繊維、3wt%の実施例2による二亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素アルミニウムの縮合物および15wt%のジエチル次亜リン酸アルミニウム(LFR8003、江蘇利思徳新材料有限公司)を使用して、難燃性ガラス繊維強化ナイロン66を製造し、サンプルを用意して難燃性を測定し、材料の難燃性がUL94 V0(0.8mm)に達した。
一般規則に従い、50wt%のナイロン66、30wt%のガラス繊維、20wt%のジエチル次亜リン酸アルミニウム(LFR8003、江蘇利思徳新材料有限公司)を使用して、難燃性ガラス繊維強化ナイロン66を調製し、サンプルを用意してその難燃性を測定したが、材料の難燃性がUL94 V2(0.8mm)に達した。(UL94の難燃性分類基準によると、V2グレードの難燃効果はV0グレードより劣っている)。
Claims (10)
- Mは、AlまたはCaで、pは、1または2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物。
- 粒径は0.1~1000μmで、水への溶解度は0.01~10g/Lで、かさ密度は80~800g/Lで、含水率は5wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物。
- (1)亜リン酸と金属Mの亜リン酸水素塩を反応物として水に溶解し、濃度が85wt%以上の濃リン酸を反応物質量の1%~5%で添加し、均一に攪拌し、80~90℃で反応させる工程において、Mは、Ca、Mg、Al、Zn、Fe、SnまたはTiである、工程と、
(2)工程(1)の反応で得られた材料を、0.3wt%以下の含水率にまで乾燥させ、前記乾燥温度を150℃以下に制御する工程と、
(3)工程(2)で乾燥して得られた生成物に対し、不活性雰囲気または真空条件下で200~300℃で脱水反応を行い、生成物の熱重量損失が2wt%で、対応する温度が400℃を超えると、脱水反応を終了し、室温まで温度を下げて固形物を得る工程と、
(4)工程(3)で得られた固形物を水で洗浄し、洗浄水の導電率が50μS/cm未満になるまで洗浄を終了し、洗浄された生成物を、0.3wt%未満の含水率にまで乾燥させ、前記ポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物を得る工程と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物の調製方法。 - 工程(1)では、前記水に対する前記反応物の質量比は20%~50%であり、前記反応の時間は2~3hであり、
工程(3)では、前記脱水反応の時間は1~10hであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の調製方法。 - 難燃剤または難燃相乗剤としての、またはそれらの製造のための、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物の使用。
- 前記難燃剤または難燃相乗剤は、ワニスまたは発泡コーティングの難燃、または木材またはセルロース含有製品の難燃に使用されるか、または難燃性ポリマー成形材料、難燃性ポリマーフィルム、および難燃性ポリマー繊維の調製に使用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の使用。
- 前記難燃性ポリマー成形材料、難燃性ポリマーフィルム、難燃性ポリマー繊維は、原料の総重量を100%とし、原料の組成が、
ポリマーマトリックス55%~99.9%、
ポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物0.1%~45%、
充填剤および/または補強材0~44.9%、
その他の添加剤0~44.9%を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の使用。 - 前記難燃性ポリマー成形材料、難燃性ポリマーフィルム、難燃性ポリマー繊維は、原料の総重量を100%とし、原料の組成が、
ポリマーマトリックス 55%~99.9%、
難燃剤システム0.1%~45%、
充填剤および/または補強材 0~44.9%、
その他の添加剤0~44.9%を含み、
前記難燃剤システムの総重量を100%とし、前記難燃剤システムが、
ポリ/モノ亜リン酸と二亜リン酸水素塩の縮合物0.1%~50%、
難燃剤50%~99.9%を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の使用。 - 前記ポリマーマトリックスは、ナイロン、ポリエステル、POKの少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の使用。
