酸化物基準でAmOn(Aはカチオンを表し、Oは酸素を表し、mおよびnは化学量論的に定まる整数である。)
[Optical glass]
In the present invention and this specification, the content and total content of cationic components shall be expressed as cation% unless otherwise specified, and the content and total content of anionic components shall be expressed as anion% unless otherwise specified. .
Here, "cation %" is a value calculated by "(number of cations of interest/total number of cations of glass components) x 100", and is the molar percentage of the amount of cations of interest to the total amount of cation components. means.
In addition, "anion %" is a value calculated by "(number of anions of interest/total number of anions of glass components) x 100", and means the molar percentage of the amount of anions of interest to the total amount of anion components. do.
The molar ratio of the contents of the cationic components is equal to the ratio of the contents expressed in cation percentage of the cationic components of interest.
The content of each component can be determined by known methods such as inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and ion chromatography.
For example, cationic components are expressed as Al 3+ and P 5+ , but the valences of cationic components (for example, Al 3+ has a valence of +3 and P 5+ has a valence of +5) are values determined by convention. This is the same as writing Al, P, etc. as Al 2 O 3 , P 2 O 5 , etc. on an oxide basis. Regarding the component expressed as A m O n (A represents a cation, O represents oxygen, and m and n are stoichiometrically determined integers) on an oxide basis, the cation A is expressed as A s+ . be done. Here, s=2n/m. Therefore, for example, when analyzing and quantifying the glass composition, it is not necessary to analyze the valence of the cation component. The above points also apply to the anion component, and when analyzing and quantifying the glass composition, it is not necessary to analyze the valence of the anion component.
In addition, in the present invention and this specification, the content of a component of 0.0% or 0.00%, or not containing or not introducing this component means that this component is not substantially included. It means that the content of the component is below the impurity level. The term "below the impurity level" means, for example, less than 0.01%.
In the present invention and this specification, "thermal stability" refers to the difficulty of crystal precipitation when glass in a molten state solidifies.
In the following, the glass transition temperature may be expressed as Tg.

<Glass physical properties>
(Abbe number νd)
The Abbe number νd, which is an index of dispersibility, is expressed as νd=(nd-1)/(nF-nC) using the refractive indexes nd, nF, and nC at the d-line, F-line, and C-line. From the viewpoint of usefulness as a material for optical elements, the Abbe number νd of the optical glass is preferably 50.00 or more, more preferably 55.00 or more, 60.00 or more, 62.50 or more. Further, the Abbe number νd of the optical glass can be, for example, 82.00 or less. In an imaging optical system or a projection optical system such as a projector, by combining lenses with different dispersibility to form a cemented lens, it is possible to make the optical system more compact while correcting chromatic aberration.
<Physical property evaluation>
The various physical properties of each optical glass shown in the table below were measured by the following method.
(1) Refractive index nd Abbe number νd
For each optical glass, the refractive index nd and Abbe number νd were measured by the refractive index measurement method specified by the Japan Optical Glass Industry Association. Regarding Comparative Example A, the refractive index nd and Abbe number νd could not be measured because the glass was devitrified.
(2) Glass transition temperature Tg
The glass transition was determined by sufficiently crushing glass in a mortar and using a platinum cell as the sample container using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC3300SA) manufactured by NETZSCH JAPAN at a heating rate of 10°C/min. The temperature Tg was measured.
(3) Specific gravity Specific gravity was measured by the Archimedes method.
(4) Transmittance characteristics A test piece was cut out from the obtained glass, mirror-polished on both sides, and processed to have parallel and optically polished planes to a thickness of 10.0 mm. External transmittance at ~1000 nm was measured using a spectrophotometer.
Sample No. It was confirmed that for both Comparative Examples A and B, the external transmittance at a wavelength of 500 nm to 1000 nm was 80% or more and 100% or less at a thickness of 10.0 mm.
A、B、Cについては、C→B→Aの順に熱的安定性が高く、Aが最も熱的安定性が高い。
<Evaluation of thermal stability>
Sample No. 1 to 63, for Comparative Example A and Comparative Example B, respectively, the corresponding phosphates, fluorides, nitrates, and sulfates were used as raw materials for introducing each component so that the glass composition was as shown in the table below. , carbonates, hydroxides, oxides, boric acid, etc., the raw materials were weighed and thoroughly mixed to obtain a blended raw material.
This mixed raw material was placed in a platinum crucible, heated in a furnace set at 700 to 1100°C, and melted for 90 minutes. After stirring the molten glass to homogenize it, the molten glass was cast into a mold and shaped, and then slowly cooled to obtain a block-shaped glass sample.
Regarding the obtained glass sample, crystals in the glass were observed using an optical microscope. The magnification of the optical microscope was 40 to 100 times. A if no crystals were found in the glass block, B if 1 to 15 crystals were found per 1 cm3 , C if 16 to 40 crystals were found per 1 cm3 , when more than 40 crystals were confirmed per 1 cm3 , it was determined as D. Regarding A, B, and C, the thermal stability is high in the order of C→B→A, and A has the highest thermal stability. If it is A, B, or C, the result is an acceptable internal quality based on the number of crystals included in the glass during manufacturing. Glass with determination result D is a glass with poor thermal stability and inferior internal quality in manufacturing.
As shown in the table below, sample no. It was confirmed that the glasses No. 1 to 63 had excellent thermal stability (determination results A, B, or C).
