Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a yarn winder.
When the plurality of running yarns are respectively hung on the plurality of fulcrum guides, the operator causes the plurality of yarns to be separated and held by a pair of mutually adjacent yarn holding portions. With the one guide rail engaged and the other thread holding portion engaged with the other guide rail, the support portion is moved in the arranging direction. As a result, the pair of yarn holding portions move along the pair of guide rails while being separated from each other, and the plurality of yarns are successively hooked on the plurality of fulcrum guides of the pair of winding portions. As described above, a plurality of yarns are simultaneously wound on the pair of winding portions.
When threading a plurality of fulcrum guides using the configuration described above, the time required to complete the threading may vary greatly depending on the operator's skill level. If threading takes too much time, problems such as increased production loss occur. Incidentally, if a plurality of thread guides arranged side by side in the arrangement direction are provided in addition to the fulcrum guide, the same problem may occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of threading when threading a plurality of thread guides of a pair of winding sections.
A yarn winding machine of a first invention comprises a pair of winding units arranged to face each other in a predetermined opposing direction, and each of the pair of winding units rotates a plurality of bobbins perpendicular to the opposing direction. In the yarn winding machine configured to be rotatably held side by side in an arrangement direction, each of the pair of winding units is provided corresponding to a plurality of yarns respectively wound on the plurality of bobbins, and a plurality of yarn guides arranged side by side in the arrangement direction, and a yarn hooking mechanism configured to perform yarn hooking to the plurality of yarn guides respectively provided on both of the pair of winding units; The yarn hooking mechanism includes a pair of holding portions attached to the pair of winding portions, respectively, for holding the plurality of yarns separately, and a driving mechanism for moving and driving the pair of holding portions. The driving mechanism moves the first holding portion, which is one of the pair of holding portions, and the second holding portion, which is the other of the pair of holding portions, between the pair of winding portions in the facing direction. from a catching position where the plurality of yarns can be caught to a yarn hooking start position on one side of the catching position in the arranging direction; The plurality of yarns held by the pair of holding portions are respectively hung on the plurality of yarn guides by moving to the hooking completion position.
When threading the plurality of thread guides respectively possessed by the pair of winding sections, the plurality of threads are captured and held by each of the pair of holding sections at the catching position, and then the threading is started by these holding sections. It is necessary to move it to the position and then move it to the thread hooking completion position. In the present invention, after the yarn is captured by the pair of holding portions, the pair of holding portions can be moved by the drive mechanism without manual intervention. As a result, the accuracy of threading can be improved regardless of the skill level of the operator. Therefore, it is possible to improve the efficiency of threading when threading the plurality of thread guides of the pair of winding sections.
A yarn winding machine according to a second invention is the yarn winding machine according to the first invention, wherein the plurality of yarn guides provided in each of the pair of winding sections are arranged at a predetermined spaced position and in the arrangement relative to the spaced position. It is characterized by being configured to be movable between adjacent positions that are close to each other in a direction.
In the present invention, by locating the plurality of yarn guides at the close positions during yarn hooking, the moving distance of the pair of holding portions can be shortened. Therefore, problems such as an increase in size of the drive mechanism can be suppressed as compared with the case where the pair of holding portions move a long distance.
A yarn winding machine according to a third invention is the yarn winding machine according to the first or second invention, wherein the driving mechanism includes a first driving section configured to move the first holding section and a second holding section that moves the second holding section. a second drive unit configured to cause the first drive unit and the second drive unit to operate independently of each other.
In the present invention, the first holding portion and the second holding portion can be independently moved. Therefore, it is possible to increase the options of how to control the operations of the first holding part and the second holding part.
A yarn winding machine according to a fourth aspect of the invention is the yarn winding machine according to the third aspect of the invention, further comprising a first control section configured to control the drive mechanism, wherein the first control section controls the first drive section. The timing and the timing for controlling the second driving section are made different from each other.
In the present invention, one of the pair of holding parts can start moving before the other. Therefore, the present invention is effective when trying to start moving the pair of holding portions at the same time causes some kind of adverse effect.
A yarn winding machine according to a fifth invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the first to fourth inventions, wherein when at least one of the pair of holding portions is positioned at the yarn hooking start position, the plurality of yarns travels. A first yarn feed roller arranged upstream of at least one of the pair of holding portions in the yarn running direction, and arranged on the other side in the arrangement direction than at least one of the pair of holding portions. and, when the at least one of the pair of holding portions is positioned at the yarn hooking start position, the yarn feed roller is arranged between the first yarn feed roller and the at least one of the pair of holding portions in the yarn running direction. and a second yarn feed roller disposed on the one side in the arrangement direction of the first yarn feed roller, and the second yarn feed roller is used to thread the yarn onto the second yarn feed roller. a roller moving mechanism configured to move between a roller thread hooking position when the roller thread hooking position is set and a position on the one side in the arrangement direction from the roller thread hooking position; and a second control unit configured to control the roller moving mechanism, wherein the first control unit is configured such that the second control unit controls the second yarn feed roller from the roller threading position to the one side position, at least one of the pair of holding portions starts to move from the threading start position to the threading completion position.
In the present invention, when the second yarn feed roller is positioned at the one side position, the winding angles of the plurality of yarns on the second yarn feed roller are adjusted to It becomes larger than the angle of winding when the belt is in place (details will be described later in the embodiment). As the winding angle increases, the holding force of the plurality of yarns by the second yarn feed roller increases. Therefore, when at least one of the pair of holding portions holding a plurality of yarns is moved, yarn swinging can be suppressed as compared with the case where the second yarn feed roller is positioned at the roller yarn hooking position.
A yarn winding machine according to a sixth invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the first to fifth inventions, wherein the drive mechanism includes a first guide rail that guides the first holding portion at least in the arrangement direction; a first holding portion driving portion for moving the first holding portion along a guide rail; a second guide rail for guiding the second holding portion at least in the arrangement direction; and a second holding portion driving portion for moving the second holding portion.
For example, in a configuration in which a pair of holding parts are attached to the distal ends of a pair of articulated arms and the pair of holding parts are moved by driving the pair of arms, precise control is required, and the time and effort required for teaching, etc. is enormous. may become According to the present invention, the pair of holding portions can be moved with high precision with a simple configuration.
A yarn winding machine according to a seventh invention is the yarn winding machine according to the sixth invention, wherein the driving mechanism includes a first rail driving section configured to move the first guide rail and a second rail driving section configured to move the second guide rail. and a second rail drive unit configured as follows.
In general, when moving the pair of holding parts from the catching position to the thread hooking start position, it is necessary to prevent the plurality of threads from interfering with the plurality of thread guides. On the other hand, when moving the pair of holding portions from the thread hooking start position to the thread hooking completion position, it is necessary to hook a plurality of threads to the plurality of thread guides. In other words, the trajectory to be drawn by the pair of holding portions when moving the pair of holding portions from the catching position to the threading start position and when moving the pair of holding portions from the threading start position to the threading completion position. Different (details will be described in the embodiments below). In the present invention, the trajectory drawn by the pair of holding portions can be appropriately changed while simplifying the shapes of the first guide rail and the second guide rail.
A yarn winding machine according to an eighth invention is the yarn winding machine according to the seventh invention, wherein the first rail drive section is configured to swing the first guide rail, and the second rail drive section is configured to swing the second rail drive section. It is characterized in that it is configured to swing the guide rail.
According to the present invention, compared to a configuration in which the first guide rail and the second guide rail move in parallel as a whole, the moving regions of the first guide rail and the second guide rail can be kept narrow. Therefore, it is possible to easily avoid interference between the first guide rail and the second guide rail with other members.
A yarn winding machine according to a ninth invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the sixth to eighth inventions, wherein the pair of winding parts includes a first supporting member that supports the first holding part driving part; a second supporting member that supports the holding portion driving portion, the first holding portion driving portion having a first main body provided integrally with the first supporting member, and the second holding portion The drive part has a second body integrally provided with the second support member.
"Integrally provided" means that a plurality of members are fixed together by fasteners or can be handled as one member by welding or the like. In the present invention, since the first main body and the first support member are integrally provided, high rigidity can be ensured. Therefore, it is possible to suppress adverse effects on the first holding portion driving portion due to vibration during operation of the yarn winding machine, so that durability of the first holding portion driving portion can be enhanced. The same applies to the second holding section driving section.
A yarn winding machine according to a tenth invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the first to ninth inventions, wherein the pair of holding portions can be moved from a predetermined holding portion retraction position to the catching position. It is characterized by
The present invention is effective in the case where the pair of holding portions are in the way when the pair of holding portions are positioned at the catching position from the beginning when threading is performed.
A yarn winding machine according to an eleventh invention is characterized in that, in the tenth invention, the holding portion retracted position is the same position as the yarn hooking completion position.
According to the present invention, it is not necessary to return the pair of holding sections to the holding section retracted position after the pair of holding sections have moved to the threading completion position (that is, after the completion of threading). Therefore, complication of the structure and operation of the thread hooking mechanism can be suppressed.
A yarn winding machine of a twelfth invention is the yarn winding machine according to the tenth or eleventh invention, wherein a first catching position that is the catching position of the first holding portion and a second catching position that is the catching position of the second holding portion The distance in the facing direction from the catching position is the first holding portion retracted position, which is the holding portion retracted position of the first holding portion, and the second holding portion retracted position, which is the holding portion retracted position of the second holding portion. The first catching position and the second catching position are different from each other in a direction perpendicular to both the facing direction and the arranging direction.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the first holding part and the second holding part from interfering with each other when the first holding part and the second holding part are simultaneously moved to the catching position.
A yarn winding machine according to a thirteenth aspect of the invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the tenth to twelfth aspects, wherein the yarn hooking mechanism moves the pair of holding portions from the holding portion retracted position to a predetermined catching preparation. By operating the pair of holding parts after the pair of holding parts are positioned at the catching preparation positions, the pair of holding parts are moved within an adjustment area including the catching preparation position and the catching position. and an adjustment part configured to adjust the position of the holding part.
According to the present invention, the operator can finely adjust the positions of the pair of holding portions when the plurality of yarns are respectively caught by the pair of holding portions. Thereby, the yarn can be reliably captured by the pair of holding portions. Therefore, the efficiency of threading can be further improved.
A yarn winding machine according to a fourteenth invention is the yarn winding machine according to the thirteenth invention, wherein the catching preparation position is a position on the other side in the arranging direction relative to the catching position, and the adjusting section comprises the pair of holding sections. is slidably supported at least in the arrangement direction.
According to the present invention, it is possible to adjust the position of the pair of holding portions in the arrangement direction with a simple structure.
A yarn winding machine according to a fifteenth aspect of the present invention is the yarn winding machine according to the fourteenth aspect, wherein the drive mechanism is arranged on a track along which the pair of holding portions move, and the pair of holding portions is moved from the holding portion retracted position. a guide portion that guides the portion to at least the other side in the arrangement direction, and the slide portion moves to a predetermined first slide position when the pair of holding portions is positioned at the holding portion retracted position; and the pair of holding portions are guided to the other side in the arrangement direction by the guide portion, thereby moving from the first slide position to a second slide position on the other side in the arrangement direction. and moving the pair of holding parts to the capture preparation position.
When the pair of holding parts move from the holding part retracted position to the vicinity of the catching position, if the pair of holding parts unintentionally come into contact with a plurality of yarns, the yarn may swing or the like. In the present invention, the guide portion (and the slide portion) can guide the pair of holding portions that are moving from the holding portion retracted position to the other side in the arrangement direction. Therefore, it is possible to reliably avoid unintentional contact with a plurality of threads when the pair of holding parts move to the catching preparation position.
A yarn winding machine according to a sixteenth invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the first to eleventh inventions, wherein the pair of holding parts are configured to face each other in the facing direction when moved to the catching position, and The hooking mechanism has a stopper portion disposed between the pair of holding portions in the facing direction and for restricting movement of the pair of holding portions in the facing direction, and the stopper portion extends at least in the facing direction. It is characterized in that the catching position can be adjusted by adjusting the position.
According to the present invention, by properly adjusting the position of the stopper in advance, a plurality of yarns can be captured by the pair of holding portions without the operator having to manually move the holding portions.
A yarn winding machine of a seventeenth invention is a yarn winding machine according to any one of the first to sixteenth inventions, in which the plurality of yarns wound by the pair of winding units are arranged in the facing direction and held, and a regulating guide that regulates the spacing of the yarns in the facing direction to a predetermined interval, and the yarn hooking mechanism is configured to regulate the regulating guide in the yarn running direction in which the plurality of yarns run when the yarn hooking is performed. A separating roller that can be arranged downstream and is rotatable, the separating roller has a peripheral surface that can come into contact with the plurality of yarns, and divides the intervals between the plurality of yarns. It is characterized in that it is configured to be able to expand in the opposing direction along the peripheral surface.
During threading, a plurality of threads are generally held by suction using, for example, a suction gun. At this time, since the space between the plurality of yarns is narrowed near the suction port of the suction gun, it may become difficult to separate and hold the plurality of yarns. In this regard, in the present invention, the separating roller can widen the interval between the plurality of yarns running downstream of the regulation guide in the yarn running direction in the opposing direction. Thereby, each of the pair of holding portions can separate and easily catch a plurality of yarns. Therefore, the efficiency of threading can be further improved.
A yarn winding machine according to an eighteenth aspect of the invention comprises a pair of winding sections arranged to face each other in a predetermined facing direction, and each of the pair of winding sections winds a plurality of bobbins perpendicular to the facing direction. In the yarn winding machine configured to be rotatably held side by side in an arrangement direction, each of the pair of winding units is provided corresponding to a plurality of yarns respectively wound on the plurality of bobbins, and a plurality of yarn guides arranged side by side in the arranging direction, holding the plurality of yarns wound by the pair of winding parts side by side in the facing direction, and holding the plurality of yarns in the facing direction and a yarn hooking mechanism configured to hook the yarn to the plurality of yarn guides provided on the pair of winding parts, wherein the yarn hooking mechanism are attached to the pair of winding portions, respectively, and hold the plurality of yarns separately from each other; a separating roller configured to be rotatable and arranged downstream of the regulation guide, the separating roller having a peripheral surface capable of contacting the plurality of yarns; It is characterized in that it is configured such that the interval between the threads can be widened in the facing direction along the peripheral surface.
In the present invention, the spacing between a plurality of yarns can be widened in the opposing direction by the separating roller. Thereby, each of the pair of holding portions can separate and easily catch a plurality of yarns. Therefore, according to the present invention, similarly to the first invention, it is possible to improve the efficiency of threading when threading the plurality of thread guides respectively provided to the pair of winding sections.
A yarn winding machine of a nineteenth invention is characterized in that, in the seventeenth or eighteenth invention, the rotating shaft of the separating roller extends along the opposing direction.
In the present invention, the direction in which the axis of rotation of the separating roller extends (the direction of axis of rotation) is substantially parallel to the direction in which the plurality of yarns are arranged by the regulating guide. Therefore, compared to a configuration in which the rotation axis direction is inclined with respect to the opposing direction (in other words, when the rotation axis direction and the direction in which the plurality of yarns are arranged do not match), the separation roller in the rotation axis direction It is possible to suppress an increase in size.
A yarn winding machine according to a twentieth aspect of the invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the seventeenth to nineteenth aspects, wherein each of the pair of holding portions comprises a plurality of holding portions arranged side by side so as to respectively hold the plurality of yarns. A groove is provided, and the interval between the entrances of the plurality of holding grooves in the direction in which the plurality of holding grooves are arranged is equal to the predetermined interval in the facing direction.
In the present invention, the interval between the entrances of the plurality of holding grooves is as wide as the predetermined interval. Thereby, a plurality of threads can be easily separated and captured by the pair of holding portions. Therefore, the efficiency of threading can be effectively improved.
A yarn winding machine according to a twenty-first invention is the yarn winding machine according to any one of the seventeenth to twentieth inventions, wherein the separating roller is disposed between a predetermined roller retracted position and a roller contact position capable of contacting the plurality of yarns. characterized in that it is configured to be movable with
The present invention is effective in the case where the separating roller is in the way when the separating roller is positioned at the roller contact position except when the intervals between the plural yarns are widened.
A yarn winding machine according to a twenty-second aspect of the invention is the yarn winding machine according to the twenty-first aspect, wherein the yarn hooking mechanism has a roller supporting portion that rotatably supports the separating roller, and the roller supporting portion rotates at a predetermined speed. It is characterized in that the separating roller can be moved between the roller retracted position and the roller contact position by rotating about the shaft.
In order to allow the separating roller to move between the roller retracted position and the roller contact position, the roller support may be configured to be linearly movable, for example. However, in general, a device for linearly moving a member has a long movable part that slides and a fixed part whose position is fixed. A gap is formed. Therefore, when a plurality of running yarns come into contact with the separating roller, the angle of the movable portion with respect to the fixed portion may change slightly. Since the movable part is long, even if the angle changes only slightly, the positions of the roller support part and the separating roller can change greatly. As a result, the position of the separating roller may be greatly deviated from the target position. For this reason, the relative positions of the plurality of threads and the pair of holding portions are largely displaced, which may cause a problem that the plurality of threads cannot be normally held by the pair of holding portions.
In this regard, in the present invention, the roller support portion is configured to be rotatable around the rotation shaft. That is, the separating roller can be moved by integrally rotating the roller supporting portion with the rotating shaft. For this reason, compared with a configuration in which the roller support portion is linearly moved, it is possible to suppress positional fluctuations of the roller support portion and the separating roller as described above. Therefore, the positional accuracy of the separating roller can be improved.
A yarn winding machine according to a twenty-third aspect of the invention is characterized in that, in the twenty-second aspect of the invention, the rotating shaft extends along the direction in which the rotating shaft of the separating roller extends.
In the present invention, when viewed from the direction in which the pivot shaft extends, the separating roller looks like a circle (that is, the separating roller looks compact). Therefore, compared to the case where the direction in which the rotating shaft extends and the direction in which the rotating shaft of the separating roller extends are not aligned, the movement area of the separating roller can be made compact. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the separating roller from interfering with other members.

A more detailed configuration of the pair of winding
The
In this embodiment, each of the pair of winding
Furthermore, each of the pair of winding
The plurality of guide units 15 (that is, the plurality of fulcrum guides 20) are positioned closer to each other in the front-rear direction than the winding position (separate position; see FIG. 2) when the yarn Y is wound on the bobbin B and the separated position. It is configured to be movable between the adjacent position (see FIG. 3). More specifically, for example, guide
A plurality of traverse guides 16 are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction. Each of the plurality of traverse guides 16 is driven by, for example, a traverse motor (not shown) to traverse the corresponding yarn Y in the front-rear direction. The
In each of the pair of winding

図4(a)に示すように、保持部31A(本発明の第1保持部)と保持部31B(本発明の第2保持部)は、互いにほぼ左右対称に構成されている。

The holding
As shown in FIG. 5A, the holding

(drive mechanism)
The
図4(a)に示すように、駆動部32Aは、支持アーム61Aと、案内レール62A(本発明の第1案内レール)と、揺動アーム63Aと、リニアスライダ64A(本発明の第1保持部駆動部)と、エアシリンダ65A(本発明の第1レール駆動部)とを有する。
The
The
The
The

シリンダ本体81A(本発明の第1本体)は、前後方向に延びている。

(Increased thread spacing)
The yarn
The
The

The outline of threading described in this embodiment is as follows. First, the yarn Y is passed over the
Details of threading will be described below. Before threading is started, the
When starting threading, the operator performs a predetermined input operation on the input section (not shown) of the
Next, the operator operates the
Next, the operator uses a suction gun SG (see FIG. 9A) configured to be capable of sucking and holding a plurality of yarns Y to pick up a plurality of yarns Y (specifically, 32 yarns YA and YB). all) are aspirated and held. The operator operates the suction gun SG to hook a plurality of yarns Y on the
Next, the operator operates the suction gun SG to move the tip of the suction gun SG to the lower side and right side of the fiber separating roller 93 (see FIGS. 9(b) and 9(c)). The yarn Y is moved immediately behind the separating roller 93 (see FIG. 9(d)). At this time, the distance between the plurality of yarns Y traveling from the regulating
Next, the operator moves the tip of the suction gun SG forward to bring the plurality of yarns Y into contact with the

First, the
Next, the operator operates the adjusting
As described above, the
Here, the holding portion retracted position of the holding
After the plurality of yarns Y are captured by the holding
Next, the
Next, the
Here, referring to FIG. 16A, the
Further, the
When the holding
After that, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, after the yarn Y is caught by the pair of holding
Also, the plurality of fulcrum guides 20 are movable between the distant position and the close position. Accordingly, by positioning the plurality of fulcrum guides 20 at the close positions during threading, the moving distance of the pair of holding
Moreover, in this embodiment, the holding
Further, in the present embodiment, when the
The
The
Further, since the cylinder
Also, the pair of holding
Further, the holding portion retracted position is the same position as the yarn hooking completion position. Therefore, it is not necessary to return the pair of holding
Also, the first catching position and the second catching position are different from each other in the vertical direction. This prevents the holding
In addition, the
Further, the
Further, the guide portion 55 (and the slide portion) can guide the pair of holding
The
Further, the rotating shaft of the separating
Also, in each of the pair of holding
Further, the separating
Further, by rotating the
Further, the rotating
Next, a modification in which the above embodiment is modified will be described. However, components having the same configurations as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
(1) In the above embodiment, the
(2) In the above-described embodiment, the vertical position of the
(3) In the above-described embodiments, after the pair of holding
The
A pair of holding portions 131 (see FIGS. 20A and 20B) has the following configuration. As shown in FIG. 20(a), the
In the above configuration, when the pair of holding
In the configuration provided with the
(4) In the modified example of (3) described above, the
(5) In the above-described embodiments, the
(6) In the above embodiments, the
(7) In the above embodiments, the

(9) In the above-described embodiments, the plurality of fulcrum guides 20 are movable between the distant position and the close position. However, it is not limited to this. The plurality of fulcrum guides 20 may be immovable. However, in this case, the
(10) In the above-described embodiments, the
(11) In the above-described embodiments, the pair of holding
(12) In the above-described embodiments, the spacing between the entrances of the plurality of holding
(13) In the above-described embodiments, the
(14) In the above-described embodiments, the yarn
(15) In the above embodiments, the separating
Further, in this modified example, the
(16) In the above embodiments, the separating
(17) In the above-described embodiments, the rotating shaft of the separating
(18) For example, the
The configuration for discharging compressed air from both the
(19) A component corresponding to the slide portion of the present invention may not necessarily be provided.
(20) In the above-described embodiments, the
(21) The paths connecting the
(22) In the above-described embodiments, the
(23) In the above embodiments, the
(24) In the above-described embodiments, the
(25) In the above embodiments, the

Each of the pair of winding units 5 (winding
シリンダ本体81A(本発明の第1本体)は、前後方向に延びている。
The
The
First, the
