Abstract
Description
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is a stripping material and a stripping method for a hard coating film (inorganic glass coating film, etc.) having a hardness of 6H or more coated on the surface of a PVC floor, for example. Specifically, the pulverized abrasive becomes a sharp shape, the abrasive power is remarkably improved, and the stripping material and stripping of the hard coating film does not leave a conspicuous large scratch on the PVS surface of the coating floor. It is about the method.
Conventionally, the wax method and UV coating method have been commonly used as protection methods for PVC floors, and these methods have been widely used in various fields. I had a problem. Therefore, attention has been paid to a PVC floor maintenance method using a hard coating agent as a new construction method to replace this. This construction method maintains a high-quality state for a long time once it is constructed, and it is excellent in water resistance, alcohol resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, chemical resistance, etc., so it will always be in a beautiful state. It is an excellent construction method from an environmental point of view because it can be managed with and does not need to be peeled off. Therefore, it has been attracting attention as a new maintenance method to replace the conventional wax method and UV method, but the problem is that chemical peeling cannot be done easily. Therefore, although various companies have proposed various hard coating methods, they cannot be easily peeled off and cannot be returned to their original state, and from the viewpoint of risk management, they have not been put into practical use. It is also possible to use a diamond whetstone to remove the flooring, but this method has problems such as scraping the flooring itself and damaging it, as well as conspicuous polishing scratches. Therefore, it has been difficult to put these separation methods into practical use.
硬度6H以上のハードコーティング剤の剥離剤について;
従来、コーティングの剥離方法としてはダイヤモンド砥石かダイヤモンドブラシなどを使用して剥離を行っていたが、この方法だと塩ビタイル自体を削ってしまうのと、高額なツールが必要であったため、剥離に掛かるコストが割高になる。また、ダイヤモンドブラシに至っては剥離に時間を要することもあった。そのため、これに代わる方法として下記方法を硬質系コーティング剤の剥離用研磨材として実用化している。一般的に上記ダイヤモンド砥石やダイヤモンドブラシに代わる剥離方法として工業用研磨材、例えばコロイダルシリカパウダー及びシリカパウダー、アルミナパウダー、GC(グリーンカーバイト)パウダー、ジルコニアパウダー、B4C(ボロンカーバイト)パウダーなどが使用されるが、これらの研磨材について硬度は高いものの、硬質系コーティング剤の剥離用研磨材としては研磨力が不十分であることが分かった。理由として研磨剤の硬度や粒径が適切でないと、剥離用として不適である。そのため、硬質系コーティング剤の表面を荒らす面粗しには使用出来るが、コーティング剤の剥離に使用することは困難であった。Regarding the release agent for hard coating agents with a hardness of 6H or higher;
Traditionally, the coating was removed using a diamond whetstone or diamond brush. The cost will be higher. Moreover, the diamond brush may require a long time for peeling. Therefore, as an alternative method, the following method has been put into practical use as an abrasive for removing hard coating agents. In general, industrial abrasives such as colloidal silica powder, silica powder, alumina powder, GC (green carbide) powder, zirconia powder, B4C (boron carbide) powder, etc. are used as a peeling method instead of the above-mentioned diamond whetstone and diamond brush. Although these abrasives have high hardness, they have been found to have insufficient abrasive power as abrasives for removing hard coating agents. If the hardness and particle size of the abrasive are not suitable for the reason, it is not suitable for peeling. Therefore, although it can be used to roughen the surface of hard coating agents, it is difficult to use it to remove coating agents.
In addition, it was speculated that the use of a high-hardness abrasive such as the one described above usually improves the abrasive power and can be used as an abrasive with excellent releasability. As a result, the abrasive power of the spherical abrasive was weak, and it was found that the abrasive power was not as strong as expected.

Peeling with a conventional diamond grindstone or diamond brush has the problems of easily damaging PVC itself and requiring an expensive peeling tool. In the present invention, the peeling of the hard coating agent can be easily performed by using an inorganic material whose Viscars hardness (HV), particle size, and specific gravity are appropriately controlled, and the substrate bed itself can be easily peeled off. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hard coating film stripping material, a liquid stripping material, and a stripping method capable of completely stripping a hard coating layer without adding a hard coating layer and improving the abrasive power of these abrasives.
The invention of claim 1 is made of one type of inorganic powder or a mixture thereof, and has a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more. It provides materials.
In the present invention, the abrasive using powder having a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more is finely broken and crushed by pressure during crushing. The fine and sharp crushed granules improve the peelability of the hard coating film, and the stripping efficiency is significantly improved. do not have. Even if the hardness of the hard coating film is relatively low, it will not damage the PVS surface of the coating floor. If the Vickers hardness (HV) is less than 3, the coating layer is only slightly scratched, and the coating layer is not completely peeled off. If it exceeds 20, the abrasive will be difficult to pulverize, and the coating layer will only get deep scratches and will not come off. If the particle size is less than 30 μm, the powder is too fine and even if it is pulverized, it does not result in peeling and is close to polishing. If it exceeds 300 μm, the crushed abrasive becomes large, and it takes time to improve the releasability. If the specific gravity is less than 0.1, it is likely to scatter and difficult to intervene between the coating layer and the polisher during polishing.
The invention of claim 2 provides a stripping material for a hard coating film according to claim 1, wherein the stripping material has a hollow shape.
In the present invention, since the inside of the particles is hollow, they are easily crushed even with a relatively weak pressure during crushing. It has a sharp shape and can improve the peeling action.

In the present invention, since the inside of the particles has a solid shape, it is easily crushed by a relatively high pressure during crushing, is suitable for peeling of a hard coating film having a higher hardness than a hollow shape, and is crushed during polishing. The abrasive has a sharp shape, and the peeling action can be improved.
According to the invention of claim 4, the powder or powder is made of one type of inorganic powder or a mixture thereof, and has a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more. Provided is a stripping material for a hard coating film containing a solution containing 10 to 40% by weight of calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
In the present invention, the abrasive using powder having a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more is finely broken and crushed by pressure during crushing. The fine crushed granules have a sharp shape, which improves the stripping efficiency when stripping the hard coating film. do not have. It is possible to provide a stripping material that does not damage the PVS surface of the coating floor even if the hardness of the hard coating film is relatively low.
A fifth aspect of the present invention is an abrasive or abrasive comprising one kind of inorganic powder agent or a mixture thereof and having a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more. is dispersed on the hard coating film surface, and the film surface is peeled off by crushing the release agent while applying pressure to the film surface. It provides.
In the present invention, since an abrasive containing soft powder is more likely to be pulverized during polishing, it is possible to improve the abrasive power by using this pulverized sharp-shaped abrasive. Since the particles have a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more, the particles are finely broken by the pressure during crushing, and the crushed fine sharp crushed grains. Since the hard coating is removed, the removal efficiency is improved, and the finely pulverized abrasive further improves the polishing power. In addition, since the crushed particles are very fine, they do not leave conspicuous large scratches on the PVS surface of the coating floor. It is possible to provide a method for stripping a hard coating film that does not damage the PVS surface of the coating floor even if the hardness of the hard coating film is relatively low.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below. There are two methods for removing the hard coating agent: (1) a method using a diamond brush and (2) a method using a diamond grindstone. The peeling method (1) using a diamond brush is a specification in which 5 to 8 diamond brushes are attached to a floor cleaning polisher to scrape the hard coating agent. Although this method can peel off the hard coating layer without scraping the PVC tile, it takes a long time to peel off, and the tool is expensive, which increases the cost. By the way, it was a problem that it was difficult to use. On the other hand, the peeling method (2) using a diamond whetstone has a high polishing power, but it is not a recommended peeling specification because the PVC itself is scraped and polishing scratches are conspicuous. Furthermore, chemical peeling is difficult for peeling of an intangible coating agent (glass coating agent). Therefore, once it is applied, it is difficult to use it for general purposes from the viewpoint of risk management because it is not easy to peel off compared to the conventional wax application.

In the past, abrasives such as green carbonite (SiC) and boron carbide (B4C) with relatively high Vickers hardness were used as abrasives for removing hard coating agents, but polishing with high Vickers hardness was used. If the material is used, the hard coating layer will be deeply scratched, and the releasability is low, and the PVC floor itself will be damaged. On the other hand, when an abrasive such as silica (SiO2) with a low Vickers hardness is used, when it is finely crushed, the crushed particles bite into the coating surface, scraping off the coating layer and becoming even finer particles. It was found to improve significantly. It was found that the reason for this is that the abrasive is pulverized during the peeling operation and has a sharp shape, increasing the polishing force necessary for peeling. Photo 1 is a photograph of solid-shaped abrasive before peeling treatment, Photo 2 is a photograph of solid-shaped abrasive after peeling treatment, and Photo 3 is a photograph of hollow-shaped abrasive before peeling treatment. , Photo 4 shows hollow-shaped abrasive after peeling treatment. After peeling treatment, the peeling agent is finer and sharper. In addition, as the coating surface is scraped off by the abrasive during peeling, the PVC floor itself is less likely to be damaged because it is further finely pulverized. It can be inferred that during the stripping operation, a compressive load and a shear load are applied to the abrasive between the polisher and the coating surface, and the abrasive is pulverized, and the pulverized sharp shape improves the polishing power. In addition, it is believed that the finely pulverized abrasive further improves the polishing power. As a result, it has become possible to relatively easily peel off the hard coating agent, which has been difficult until now. Therefore, Table 2 shows the results of a peel test using a high-hardness abrasive such as green carbonite (GC) and the results of a peel test using a low-hardness abrasive such as SiO2. Clearly, it is clear that using a low-hardness abrasive such as SiO2 is superior in releasability.
The results in [Table 2] show that green carbonite and boron carbonite have deep scratches in the coating, but the coating itself is not thinned, and the peelability tends to be poor. It was found that even after a long period of time, deep scratches were formed, and the PVC itself was also scratched, indicating that the peelability was poor. On the other hand, the coating layers of silica, zirconia, silicon nitrogen, and white alundum are thinned with fine scratches. Partly because of its low Vickers hardness, it was crushed while being scratched when rubbed against the coating layer, and it was found that fine particles reduced the film thickness of the coating layer.
From the results in Table 3, it was found that even when abrasives of the same composition were used, the more the particle size was too small or too large, the more the releasability tended to be inferior. If the particle size is fine and less than 30 μm, it will be further fined by pulverization by pressure, and the surface layer of the high-humidity coating will be scratched, and it will take a long time to peel off. In addition, when the particle size is large and larger than 300 μm, the hardness increases not a little as the particle size increases, so it becomes difficult to be pulverized by the pressure with the hard coating layer. Therefore, it was found that the larger the particle size, the longer the peeling time, and the lower the peeling efficiency.
However, because of its low Vickers hardness, it was inferior to the solid shape in terms of polishability. These results are described in [Table 5] below.
By mixing 10 to 40% by weight of calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, or potassium hydroxide with these powders or dispersed solutions, it is possible to further improve the releasability. Table 6 below shows the results of comparison between silica and silica mixed with calcium hydroxide at a concentration of 10 to 40% by weight. Although it is possible to remove silica by itself, the peelability is improved by mixing calcium hydroxide or the like. It is presumed that this is because calcium hydroxide, an alkaline component, penetrates into the scratches caused by the pulverized abrasive and softens the coating layer, thereby further improving the abrasiveness. Moreover, when the concentration of calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide exceeds 40%, the releasability deteriorates. It is thought that this is because the ratio of the abrasive is reduced and the coating layer is less likely to be scratched. These formulations are listed in Table 6 and the results in Table 7 below.
In the present invention, abrasives having a Vickers hardness (HV) of 3 to 20 (GPa), a particle size of 30 μm to 300 μm, and a specific gravity of 0.1 or more are finely broken and crushed by pressure during crushing. Since the crushed particles have a sharp shape, they bite into the coating surface and scrape off the coating layer while becoming even finer particles. I have nothing left. Even if the hardness of the hard coating film is relatively low, it will not damage the PVS surface of the coating floor.
In the present invention, the particles having a hollow interior are easily crushed even under a relatively weak pressure during crushing, so they are suitable for peeling off a hard coating film having a low hardness, and are crushed during polishing. has a sharp shape and can improve the polishing power.

When crushed, the crushed particles bite into the coating surface, scrape off the coating layer and become even finer particles, which improves the stripping efficiency. It doesn't leave a big scar.
