Claims (20)
- 患者の血行動態パラメータを調節する方法であって:

前記星状神経節又は前記鎖骨下ワナの一方に、前記第1の電極によって刺激を送ること
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1の電極によって刺激を送ることは、前記患者の血圧を上昇させるための第1の組の刺激パラメータをもった刺激を送ることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の電極によって刺激を送ることは、前記患者の血圧を下げるための第2の組の刺激パラメータをもった刺激を送ることを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記星状神経節又は前記鎖骨下ワナの一方の近位に前記機器を固定することをさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記機器を固定することは:
前記機器の一部分を、前記星状神経節若しくは前記鎖骨下ワナの一方にねじ込むこと、
前記機器の一部分を、前記星状神経節若しくは前記鎖骨下ワナの一方の近位の組織にねじ込むこと、
前記星状神経節若しくは前記鎖骨下ワナの一方の近位に、バーブによって、前記機器を固定すること、
前記星状神経節若しくは前記鎖骨下ワナの一方の近位に、フックによって、前記機器を固定すること、又は
前記機器の一部分を、前記星状神経節若しくは前記鎖骨下ワナの一方の周りにクランプすること
のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記機器の近位部分を刺激発生器に結合することをさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
