Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 搬送されることになる液体のための流入部を有し、搬送された液体のための流出部を有し、該液体を搬送するための1又は複数のギアが存在するポンプチャンバを有するハウジングを有し、少なくとも1つの軸受位置が該ハウジングに存在し、この軸受位置に少なくとも1つのギアが回転可能に受け入れられるギアポンプであって、
前記流入部は、前記流出部とは異なる平面にあり、
前記軸受位置まで延びる少なくとも1つの第1の洗浄通路が、前記流入部との及び/又は前記流出部との直接又は間接流体連通状態にある、
ことを特徴とするギアポンプ。 - 搬送されることになる液体のための流入部を有し、搬送された液体のための流出部を有し、該液体を搬送するための1又は複数のギアが存在するポンプチャンバを有するハウジングを有し、少なくとも1つの軸受位置が該ハウジングに存在し、この軸受位置に該ギアのうちの少なくとも1つが回転可能に受け入れられ、該1又は複数のギアを駆動するための磁石が該ハウジングに位置付けられるギアポンプであって、
前記磁石まで延びる第2の洗浄通路が、前記ギアの圧力側に位置付けられる、
ことを特徴とするギアポンプ。 - 前記ギアポンプは、請求項2の特徴を用いて設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアポンプ。
- 前記流入部は、前記流出部よりも高く配置され、
前記流入部と前記流出部の間のレベル差にわたって又はその一部にわたって延びる降水管が設けられ、該降水管は、前記1又は複数の洗浄通路と流体連通している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプ。 - 前記軸受位置は、滑り軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、複数の個々の層から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプ。
- 1つの層が、ベースハウジング本体を形成し、1つの層が、カバー又はカバー層を形成し、前記流入部、前記ポンプチャンバ、及び前記流出部は、該ベースハウジング本体に配置され、前記1又は複数のギアを駆動するための磁石が、該カバー層に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のギアポンプ。
- 前記ポンプチャンバは、前記流入部のレベルに位置付けられ、前記流出部は、このレベルの下方に位置付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプ。
- 前記第1及び第2の洗浄通路は、互いに流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項3から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプ。
- 体液又は医療流体を搬送する、特に透析液を調製するために液体を搬送する、又は透析液を搬送するための請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプの使用。
- 血液治療デバイス、特に透析機での請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプの使用。
- 前記ギアポンプは、脱気ポンプとして機能することを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の使用。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のギアポンプを有する血液治療デバイス、特に透析機。
