Description
Claims (9)
- 鉄筋を長さ方向に相互連結して固定する鉄筋カプラーにおいて、
内部が貫通した筒体の形態で形成され、一側に鉄筋が挿入される入口が形成され、内側の貫通した通路上には前記入口側に傾斜した固定片接触面が形成される一対のカプラー本体と、
前記一対のカプラー本体の間に配置され、それぞれの前記カプラー本体の入口反対側終端を相互結合するコネクタ部と、
前記カプラー本体の内側に放射状に配置され、外側面の周囲に一定の間隔で前記入口側方向に傾斜した複数の傾斜面が形成され、前記外側面が前記固定片接触面に接触するように設けられ、前記入口を介して内側に挿入される鉄筋を固定するものの、内側面の一側部に前記固定される鉄筋の歪みに対応するように前記鉄筋の外周面に水平方向に線接触される複数の水平係合突起が形成され、内側面の他側部に前記固定される鉄筋の離脱を防止するように前記鉄筋の外周面に垂直方向に線接触される複数の垂直係合突起が形成される複数の固定片と、
前記カプラー本体の内側に備えられて前記複数の固定片を前記入口側に加圧する弾性部材と、
を含む、鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記カプラー本体の内側には、
前記入口と前記固定片接触面との間の通路に所定の長さの引込通路が形成され、前記入口と前記引込通路には、鉄筋の外周面に形成されたリブが挿入されるリブ挿入溝が形成される、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記複数の固定片は一組をなす一対の固定片からなり、
前記一組をなす一対の固定片は、外側面の周囲に一定の間隔で前記入口側に傾斜した四つの傾斜面が形成され、外側面の形状が一端が四角形状であり他端が円形に形成され、
前記カプラー本体内側の固定片接触面は、前記一対の固定片の外側面と対応するように形成される、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記弾性部材は、
同軸を成し、二重に配置された一対のばねを含む、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記一対のばねは、
前記複数の固定片を加圧する第1ばねと、
前記第1ばねの内側に配置され、前記カプラー本体の入口及び前記固定片を通過して挿入される鉄筋を弾性支持し、前記鉄筋を固定する前記複数の固定片を加圧する第2ばねと、
を含む、請求項4に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記カプラー本体は、
外側面に節とリブとが形成される、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記カプラー本体は、
円筒形、楕円筒形、又は多角筒形の何れか一つからなる、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記コネクタ部には、
前記カプラー本体内側に備えられる前記弾性部材を支持する支持板が形成され、
前記支持板には一定間隔でピン穴が形成される、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。 - 前記カプラー本体の入口は、
入口の周囲が20°~45°の角度でテーパして形成される、請求項1に記載の鉄筋カプラー。
