Abstract
Description
・1〜60重量部の少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する少なくとも1種の材料と、
・1〜24重量部の少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤と、
・16〜60重量部の少なくとも1種のバインダーと、
・50〜200重量部の水とを含んでいる。
a)少なくとも布地を準備する工程と、
b)本発明による水性ペースト組成物で布地の少なくとも一部をコーティングする工程と、
c)工程b)で得られた布地を乾燥させて、この布地にコーティングを固定する工程とを含む方法に関する。
・1〜60重量部の少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する少なくとも1種の材料と、
・1〜24重量部の少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤と、
・16〜60重量部の少なくとも1種のバインダーと、
・50〜200重量部の水とを含んでいる。
・7.5〜15重量%の少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する少なくとも1種の材料と、
・1.5〜2.5重量%の少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤と、
・20〜30重量%の少なくとも1種のバインダーと、
・60〜70重量%の水と、
・必要に応じて、2〜3%の少なくとも1種の湿潤剤と、
・必要に応じて、0.1〜0.3%の少なくとも1種の消泡剤とを含んでいる。
・75g〜150gの少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する少なくとも1種の材料と、
・15〜25gの少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤と、
・200g〜300gの少なくとも1種のバインダーと、
・600g〜700gの水と、
・必要に応じて、20g〜30gの少なくとも1種の湿潤剤と、
・必要に応じて、1g〜3gの少なくとも1種の消泡剤とを含むことができる。
− 50〜200重量部の水を準備し、必要に応じて、0.1〜10重量部の湿潤剤を添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る工程と、
− 1〜60重量部の引張弾性率が、少なくとも2000MPaである少なくとも1種の材料(例えば、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF))を添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る工程と、
− 16〜60重量部のバインダー、1〜24重量部の帯電防止剤、および必要に応じて、0.1〜4重量部の消泡剤を混合物に添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る工程と、
− 必要に応じて、適切な粘度の水性ペースト組成物を得るために、適切な量の増粘剤を添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る工程とを含むことができる。

b)この布地の少なくとも一部を、水性ペースト組成物でコーティングする工程と、
c)工程b)で得られた布地を乾燥させて、コーティングをこの布地に固定する工程とを含んでいる。

実験の項
例示的な実施形態として、本発明の水性ペースト組成物は、次のようにして製造することができる。
− 50〜200重量部の水を、0.1〜10重量部の湿潤剤と混合して、均一な混合物を得る。
− この混合物に、1〜60重量部のポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)を添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る。
− この混合物に、16〜60重量部のバインダー、1〜24重量部の帯電防止剤、および0.1〜4重量部の消泡剤を添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る。
− 適切な粘度を有する組成物を得るために、適切な量の増粘剤を添加し、混合して、均一な混合物を得る。
例示的な実施形態として、本発明のコーティングされた織布は、次のようにして製造することができる。
− 実施例1で製造した水性ペースト組成物を、ナイフコーティングにより、布地1平方メートル当たり35g〜100gを、織布(例えば、デニム生地)に塗布する。
− 130℃で2分間加熱し、この組成物を乾燥させる。
− 180℃で1分間加熱し、コーティングをこの織布に固定する。
− 硬い構成要素の存在下において、洗濯機でコーティングされた織布を洗濯する(ボール洗濯)。
73.15重量%のケブラー(登録商標)繊維と、26.85重量%の綿繊維とを含み、重量が538.33g/m2で、経糸密度が58.6本/cm、緯糸密度が17本/cmである2重経糸織布のサンプルを、コーティングされた(乾燥)織布を得るために、本発明の水性ペースト組成物で処理した。このコーティングは、約31重量%のPVDF、約62重量%のバインダー(ポリマーマトリックスの形態)、および約7重量%の帯電防止剤からなる組成を有していた。
Claims (23)
- 繊維コーティング用の水性ペースト組成物であって、
・1〜60重量部の少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する少なくとも1種の材料と、
・1〜24重量部の少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤と、
・16〜60重量部の少なくとも1種のバインダーと、
・50〜200重量部の水とを含んでいることを特徴とする水性ペースト組成物。 - 少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する前記少なくとも1種の材料から得られる粒子、および/または短繊維を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 1〜40重量部、好ましくは20〜40重量部の少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する前記少なくとも1種の材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する前記少なくとも1種の材料は、少なくとも部分的に粉末形態をしており、好ましくはフルオロポリマー、ガラス繊維、およびこれらの混合物からなるグループから選択され、好ましくはポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ガラス繊維、およびこれらの混合物からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する前記少なくとも1種の材料は、フルオロポリマー、好ましくはポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)であり、前記引張弾性率は、ISO527−1およびISO527−2によって測定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する前記少なくとも1種の材料は、ガラス繊維であり、前記引張弾性率は、ASTM C1557−14によって測定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 5〜24重量部、好ましくは5〜20重量部の前記少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤を含んでおり、前記少なくとも1種の帯電防止剤は、好ましくはリン酸エステル、ポリエチレングリコールエステル、ポリオール、第4級アンモニウム化合物、ポリシロキサン、ポリオールアミン、塩化ポリビニル誘導体、複素環式添加剤、およびこれらの混合物からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 16〜50重量部、好ましくは20〜50重量部の前記少なくとも1種のバインダーを含んでおり、前記少なくとも1種のバインダーは、酢酸ビニル、アクリル、スチレン/アクリル、ビニル/バーサチック酸、ビニル/アクリル共重合体、およびこれらの混合物からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- さらに、好ましくは0.1〜10重量部、より好ましくは1〜10重量部の少なくとも1種の湿潤剤を含んでおり、前記少なくとも1種の湿潤剤は、好ましくは陰イオン湿潤剤、陽イオン湿潤剤、非イオン湿潤剤、両性湿潤剤、およびこれらの混合物からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- さらに、好ましくは0.1〜5重量部、より好ましくは1〜4重量部の少なくとも1種の消泡剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- さらに、染料、好ましくはインジゴを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- 前記水性ペースト組成物は、ほぼ無色であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物。
- a)少なくとも布地を準備する工程と、
b)請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の水性ペースト組成物で、布地の少なくとも一部をコーティングする工程と、
c)工程b)で得られた布地を乾燥させて、この布地にコーティングを固定する工程とを含むことを特徴とするコーティングされた布地の製造方法。 - 前記工程c)は、工程b)で得られた布地を加熱すること、好ましくは前記布地を第1の温度、次に第2の温度で加熱することを含んでおり、前記第2の温度は、好ましくは前記第1の温度よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコーティングされた布地の製造方法。
- 工程b)は、布地1平方メートル当たり少なくとも1g、好ましくは、布地1平方メートル当たり35g〜100g、より好ましくは、布地1平方メートル当たり50g〜75g、さらにより好ましくは、布地1平方メートル当たり55g〜70gの水性ペースト組成物を塗布する工程を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載のコーティングされた布地の製造方法。
- 工程c)で得られた前記布地が機械的応力を受けて前記布地の剛性を低下させる、軟化工程d)をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13から15のいずれか1項に記載のコーティングされた布地の製造方法。
- 前記機械的応力は、工程c)で得られた前記布地を、硬い構成要素の存在下で洗濯することによって、前記布地に加えられることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコーティングされた布地の製造方法。
- 布地およびコーティングを含み、請求項13から17のいずれか1項に記載のコーティングされた布地の製造方法によって得ることができる、コーティングされた布地。
- 前記コーティングは、布地1平方メートルあたり少なくとも0.5g、好ましくは布地1平方メートル当たり10g〜40g、好ましくは布地1平方メートル当たり20g〜30g、より好ましくは布地1平方メートル当たり22g〜28gの量であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のコーティングされた布地。
- 前記コーティングは、少なくとも2000MPaの引張弾性率を有する材料を24重量%〜38重量%、好ましくは28重量%〜34重量%、より好ましくは30重量%〜32重量%含んでいること、バインダーを48重量%〜75重量%、好ましくは55重量%〜70重量%、より好ましくは60重量%〜65重量%含んでいること、帯電防止剤を5.5重量%〜8.5重量%、好ましくは6重量%〜8重量%含んでいることを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載のコーティングされた布地。
- 前記布地は、少なくとも1重量%、好ましくは少なくとも10重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも25重量%、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも50重量%の高強度高性能糸および/または高強度高性能繊維を含んでおり、前記高強度高性能糸および/または前記高強度高性能繊維は、好ましくは、ケブラー(登録商標)、ダイニーマ(登録商標)、スペクトラ(登録商標)、アラミド、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ポリベンゾオキサゾール、ポリアリレート、炭素、ポリオレフィン、およびこれらの混合物からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項18から20のいずれか1項に記載のコーティングされた布地。
- 前記コーティングされた布地は、少なくとも3.5秒、好ましくは少なくとも4.5秒、より好ましくは少なくとも5.5秒の耐衝撃・耐摩耗性を有しており、前記耐衝撃・耐摩耗性は、EN13595−2によって測定されることを特徴とする請求項18から21のいずれか1項に記載のコーティングされた布地。
- 請求項18から22のいずれか1項に記載のコーティングされた布地を含んでいることを特徴とする衣服。
