Claims (6)
- 車両を駆動するための駆動用モータと、
前記駆動用モータに連結された駆動軸と、
前記駆動軸に固定されたパーキングギヤと、
前記パーキングギヤに噛合するパーキングポールと、
パーキングロック用操作子の操作により、前記パーキングポールを前記パーキングギヤに噛み合うことで前記駆動軸をロックするロック位置とロック解除位置とに移動させるアクチュエータと、
車両の勾配を検出する勾配検出手段と、
前記駆動用モータの回転角を検出する回転角検出手段と、
前記アクチュエータが作動した後に、前記駆動用モータを前記勾配検出手段により検出された勾配に応じた所定角度分回転させるモータ角度制御手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記所定角度は、前記パーキングギヤが前記パーキングポールに噛合するまで回転する最大角度である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記モータ角度制御手段は、前記パーキングギヤを前記所定角度回転させるために必要なモータトルクを算出してこれを目標トルクとし、所定時間で前記目標トルクに到達するように前記モータトルクを加算していく
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記モータ角度制御手段は、前記モータトルクの増加に対して一定時間前記駆動用モータの回転角度の増加が無い場合、前記パーキングギヤが前記パーキングポールに噛合したと判定して制御を終了する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記パーキングロック用操作子の操作が行われた後に車速を検出し、検出された車速に基づいて前記アクチュエータの作動を許可するか否かの判定を行うパーキング動作許可判定手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記パーキング動作許可判定手段によりパーキング動作が許可され、前記アクチュエータが作動した後に、前記勾配検出手段により検出された勾配に基づいて前記モータ角度制御手段によるモータ角度制御を実行するか否かの判定を行うモータ角度制御実行判定手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両制御装置。
