Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施例の高圧タンク製造装置10は、高圧タンク100を製造する際に用いられる。
最初に、図4を参照して高圧タンク100を説明する。高圧タンク100は、燃料電池自動車に搭載され、天然ガス、水素ガス等の燃料ガスを貯蔵する。高圧タンク100は、ライナ102と、樹脂が含浸されている繊維束104と、環状部材106と、を備える。ライナ102は、ガスバリア性の樹脂材料で作製されている。ライナ102は、中央部分102aにおいて円筒形状を有している。ライナ102の先端部分102bは、中央部分102aから離間してライナ102の端に向かうのに従って、徐々に細くなっている。
図1及び図2に示すように、高圧タンク製造装置10は、金型11と、昇圧機構50と、注入機構60と、を備える。金型11は、上型12と下型14とを備える。上型12と下型14とが閉じられると、金型11内にキャビティ40が形成される。キャビティ40には、中間体200が配置される。キャビティ40は、中間体200の外形よりも若干大きな空間を有する。このため、キャビティ40に中間体200が配置されている状態では、キャビティ40と中間体200との間に、溶融樹脂が流れる程度の小さな隙間が形成される。なお、図1では、見易さを優先して、キャビティ40と中間体200との隙間が大きく描かれている。
次いで、図5、図6を参照して、高圧タンク100の製造方法を説明する。この製造方法では、まず、ライナ102に繊維束104を配置して環状部材106で保持することによって、中間体200が作製される。次いで、繊維束104に樹脂を含浸させる樹脂含浸処理が実行される。樹脂含浸処理では、設備300(例えばプレス装置)に取り付けられた金型11に、中間体200が配置されているキャビティ40に樹脂を注入し、加圧することによって、繊維束104に樹脂を含浸させる、いわゆるRTM(Resin Tranfer Moldingの略)成形が実行される。
次いで、図6を参照して、金型11に溶融樹脂が注入されてから溶融樹脂が硬化するまでの工程における中間体200の内圧202とキャビティ40内の溶融樹脂の圧力204とについて説明する。なお、図6では、内圧202及び圧力204は、圧力変化の傾向を説明するために、実際の中間体200の内圧及び溶融樹脂の圧力を模式的に表している。
本実施例では、溶融樹脂の昇圧中に、キャビティ40内に配置された中間体200の内圧が昇圧される。この構成によれば、中間体200の初期内圧を予め高く設定しなくて済む。これにより、内圧によってライナ102が変形して繊維束104がずれることを抑制することができる。また、溶融樹脂の昇圧の際に、中間体200の内圧を上昇させることによって、溶融樹脂の昇圧によって中間体200が変形することを抑制することができる。
本実施例では、制御装置80は、コンピュータプログラムに従って、サーボモータ74とともに、弁装置56を制御する。具体的には、制御装置80は、タイミングT2において、弁装置56を開弁し、タイミングT3において、弁装置56を閉弁する。タイミングT2~T3の期間では、制御装置80は、弁装置56の開度を一定に維持する。次いで、タイミングT3以降の期間では、制御装置80は、弁装置56を閉弁する。なお、変形例では、制御装置80は、タイミングT2~T3の期間において、溶融樹脂の圧力に合わせて、弁装置56の開度を変化させてもよい。
Claims (13)
- 高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
金型のキャビティ内にライナに繊維束が巻回されている中間体を配置する配置工程と、
前記キャビティに注入される溶融樹脂を昇圧して、前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂を、前記繊維束に含浸させる含浸工程と、を備え、
前記含浸工程は、前記溶融樹脂の昇圧の際に、前記中間体の内圧を上昇させる昇圧工程を含む、高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記含浸工程は、前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の昇圧を制御する圧力制御工程を含み、
前記昇圧工程では、制御される前記溶融樹脂の昇圧に応じて、前記中間体の前記内圧が上昇される、請求項1に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記圧力制御工程では、前記溶融樹脂を押圧する力と、前記キャビティに流入する前記溶融樹脂の単位時間当たりの流量と、の少なくとも一方を制御する、請求項2に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記配置工程では、前記中間体の前記内圧は、初期内圧を有し、
前記含浸工程では、前記溶融樹脂が硬化するまでの間、前記中間体の前記内圧と前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の圧力との差圧が前記初期内圧以上である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 前記含浸工程では、前記溶融樹脂が硬化するまでの間、前記中間体の前記内圧と前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の圧力との差圧が2MPa以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 前記金型の前記キャビティ以外の貯留空間であって、前記キャビティに連通する前記貯留空間に、前記溶融樹脂を貯留する貯留工程を、さらに備え、
前記含浸工程では、前記貯留空間内に貯留される前記溶融樹脂を押し出して、前記キャビティに注入する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の高圧タンクの製造方法。 - ライナに繊維束が巻回されている中間体を配置するキャビティを有する金型と、
前記キャビティ内に溶融樹脂を注入して昇圧する注入機構と、
前記溶融樹脂の昇圧の際に、前記キャビティ内に配置された前記中間体の内圧を昇圧する昇圧機構と、を備える、高圧タンク製造装置。 - 前記金型は、前記キャビティに連通する貯留空間を備え、
前記注入機構は、
前記貯留空間に貯留される前記溶融樹脂を前記キャビティに押し出すピストンと、
前記ピストンを移動させるアクチュエータと、を備える、請求項7に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、サーボモータを備える、請求項8に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。
- 前記注入機構は、前記キャビティに前記溶融樹脂を注入する力と、前記キャビティに流入する前記溶融樹脂の単位時間当たりの流量と、の少なくとも一方を制御する制御部を備える、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。
- 高圧タンク製造装置のためのコンピュータブログラムであって、
前記高圧タンク製造装置は、
ライナに繊維束が巻回されている中間体を配置するキャビティを有する金型と、
前記キャビティ内に溶融樹脂を注入して昇圧する注入機構と、
前記溶融樹脂の昇圧中に、前記キャビティ内に配置された前記中間体の内圧を昇圧する昇圧機構と、
前記注入機構と昇圧機構との少なくとも一方を制御するコンピュータと、を備え、
前記コンピュータに、
前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の昇圧の際に、前記中間体の前記内圧と前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の圧力との少なくとも一方の昇圧を制御させる、コンピュータプログラム。 - 前記コンピュータプログラムは、前記コンピュータに、
前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の昇圧の際に、前記溶融樹脂を押圧する力と、前記キャビティに流入する前記溶融樹脂の単位時間当たりの流量と、の少なくとも一方を制御することによって、前記溶融樹脂の圧力を制御させる、請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記コンピュータプログラムは、前記コンピュータに、
前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂の昇圧中に、0.5秒以下の間隔で、前記キャビティ内の前記溶融樹脂を押圧する力と、前記キャビティに流入する前記溶融樹脂の単位時間当たりの流量と、の少なくとも一方を制御することによって、前記溶融樹脂の圧力を制御させる、請求項12に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
