As shown in FIG. 4, the expression level of p-mTOR protein when the composition of the present invention using HMBCa and corosolic acid was administered was significantly higher than that of each material alone. The amount of expression that could not be obtained was shown. In addition, p-mTOR protein expression was high even when compared with the expression level when HMBCa alone was administered at a high concentration (dosage: 320 mg/kg, protein expression level relative value: 0.87). Therefore, it can be seen that the composition of the present invention has an excellent muscle-enhancing effect.
