広州のある三甲病院において、医療研究を行うときには、本願の医療機器を採用して9名の患者に腎結石治療を行った。本願の医療機器自体は、穿刺針を備えるから、体の側面から孔をあけて穿刺針を筋肉層に通過し、腎内の病巣に到達する。その後、医者は、カメラにより、直視しながら結石をレーザーにより打ち砕き、結石の残留があるかどうかを観察する。打ち砕かれた結石は、管路を介して排出されることができる。本願の医療機器を採用して腎結石治療を行う時間がとても短く、傷口がとても小さく、手術後の回復期が90%短縮し、且つ結石の残留が殆どない。これと比べて、通常の腎結石治療方式を採用する場合に、回復期が少なくとも一週間以上であり、そして、結石の残留の程度を制御し難く、残留があることは多い。また、通常の腎結石治療方式を採用して治療を行うときに、患者が腎結石治療時に死亡したケースが複数回発生した。
腫瘍治療
上海のある腫瘍専門病院において、ある劉主任は、臨床科学研究に本医療機器の初期の試作機を協力して使用して7名の男性の前立腺腫瘍患者に医療研究を行った。本願の医療機器自体は、穿刺針を備えるから、肛門から巧妙に進入し最短穿刺経路で腫瘍の病巣に到達する。その後、医者は、カメラにより提供された視野を利用して腫瘍の拡張傾向を比較的に正確に判断した。無線周波数融除機器を利用して本医療機器を介して腫瘍を融除し、腫瘍寄りの組織の残留があるかどうかを観察する。本願の医療機器を採用して前立腺腫瘍治療を行う時間がとても短く、傷口がとても小さく隠れ、手術後の回復期が元の時間の10%に短縮し、腫瘍寄りの組織の処置が完全である。
一.手術前の穿刺の過程中、当該医療機器は、撮像及び穿刺の機能を備え、特に超音波ナビゲーションと組み合わせて、超音波ナビゲーションによる全体的なおおよその位置及び周辺の環境の全体の観察及び穿刺針による針ヘッドの周辺の微環境の細かい観察という二つの利点を組み合わせて、穿刺の過程中の詳細は、カメラのようにモニターに直感的に反映され、直視下で病巣に穿刺することができ、穿刺の過程は、全体としてビジュアルであり、誤って穿刺することを回避することができ、超音波又は放射等のみを使用する間接なイメージ位置決めの穿刺と異なっている。穿刺の過程は、直感性及びリアルタイム性という特点を有する。当該医療機器は、4.0 Frと小さな穿刺針を使用し、直視下で病巣に穿刺し到達でき、レーザー、無線周波数、マイクロ波等の器具が穿刺針の内部を介して進入する様々な介入治療を実施できる。ワンステップの穿刺後、4.0 Fr穿刺針を拡張チューブに交換して拡張する必要はなく、直接に治療モードに入る。
Claims (18)
- ビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器であって、前記ビジュアル穿刺装置が穿刺アセンブリー、画像アセンブリー及び表示装置を備え、前記穿刺アセンブリーは、穿刺針及び穿刺チューブを含み、前記穿刺チューブは、前記穿刺針の外囲に着脱可能に被せられ、前記穿刺針の遠端は、穿刺ヘッドを有し、前記穿刺針の内部と前記穿刺チューブの内部にいずれもワーキングチャネルを有し、前記画像アセンブリーは、画像の取得、転送及び処理を行うことができるように設置され、その少なくとも一部が前記ワーキングチャネル内に配置され、且つ前記表示装置は、前記画像アセンブリーからの画像を表示するためのものであり、
前記ワーキングチャネルは、その内部に前記画像アセンブリーの少なくとも一部及び付加の器具の少なくとも一部を同時に配置することができ、前記器具は、レーザー、無線周波数装置、マイクロ波装置、超音波砕石除石システム、エア弾道砕石システム、振動装置、ドリル、ガイドワイヤ、サンプル取得装置、及び洗浄装置という工具のうちの少なくとも1つから選択され、
前記穿刺針と前記穿刺チューブの外径は、0.35mm~3.2mmであることを特徴とするビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。 - 前記ワーキングチャネルは、内部に区切りがない単一のチャネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ワーキングチャネルは、その内部に前記画像アセンブリーの少なくとも一部を配置すると共に前記ワーキングチャネルを介して注入投薬、吸引又は洗浄ができるように設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記穿刺針は、前記画像アセンブリーに着脱可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ビジュアル穿刺装置は、マルチポート接続具をさらに含み、前記マルチポート接続具は、前記穿刺針の近端に配置され、且つ前記穿刺針に連通されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ビジュアル穿刺装置は、光源をさらに含み、前記医療機器の画像アセンブリーは、結像及び照明光ファイバーを含み、前記結像及び照明光ファイバーは、前記穿刺針又は前記穿刺チューブに延びて前記穿刺針又は前記穿刺チューブを通過し、前記光源に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記結像及び照明光ファイバーの外面は、消毒操作に耐えることができ、且つ再使用に影響しないように処理されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ビジュアル穿刺装置は、位置移動器をさらに含み、前記位置移動器は、前記結像及び照明光ファイバーと前記穿刺針又は前記穿刺チューブとの間の相対な位置を調整することができるように設置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記結像及び照明光ファイバーの遠端に、透明保護カバーが覆われていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記結像及び照明光ファイバーの遠端に、レンズアセンブリーが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記結像及び照明光ファイバーの遠端に、モース硬さが7.5よりも高い宝石からなるレンズが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記レンズが魚眼レンズであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ビジュアル穿刺装置は、接眼レンズをさらに含み、前記接眼レンズは、前記画像アセンブリーからの画像情報を受けることができるように前記画像アセンブリーに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記画像アセンブリーは、レンズアセンブリーをさらに含み、前記レンズアセンブリーは、前記穿刺針の遠端の内部に位置し、又は、前記画像アセンブリーは、信号転送ケーブル及び画像センサを含み、前記画像センサは、前記穿刺針又は穿刺チューブの遠端に設置され、且つ前記穿刺針又は前記穿刺チューブの内部に延びて前記穿刺針又は前記穿刺チューブの内部を通過する前記信号転送ケーブルを介して前記表示装置に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記医療機器は、結石、嚢腫、腫瘍、神経疾患、小関節疾患、脊柱疾患、正確な位置決めの細胞治療、整骨治療、神経剥離治療、及び正確な定点麻酔という病気或いは治療に用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ビジュアル穿刺装置は、超音波プローブをさらに含み、且つ前記表示装置は、さらに前記超音波プローブからの画像情報を表示することを特徴とする請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記ビジュアル穿刺装置は、位置決め器をさらに含み、前記位置決め器は、前記超音波プローブにより検出されることができ、前記表示装置に前記超音波プローブにより検出された前記位置決め器に関連する画像を表示させるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
- 前記位置決め器は、前記穿刺針の運動軌跡を前記表示装置に表示させるために前記穿刺針に配置された磁気センサであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のビジュアル穿刺装置付き医療機器。
