The present invention relates to a component mounting device including the image pickup device for the component mounting device.
In recent years, there has been known a component mounting device that mounts components such as integrated circuits (ICs), transistors, capacitors, and resistance elements sucked by suction nozzles at predetermined positions on a board to be mounted such as a printed circuit board. .. In such a component mounting device, an image pickup device such as a digital camera is usually provided in order to recognize the component and the mounted substrate. Such a component mounting device is disclosed in, for example,

By the way, in an image pickup device including a large number of pixels, an image pickup device including pixels (defective pixels, scratched pixels) having a defect that cannot output an electric signal according to the amount of received light may be manufactured. In such a case, an image pickup device configured to perform scratch pixel correction in which the pixel value of the defective pixel is interpolated by the pixel value of the peripheral pixel thereof is shipped. However, the defective pixels may be generated due to the influence of the environmental temperature or changes over time, and in such a case, the image pickup device is used without the defective pixels generated after the image pickup device being shipped being corrected for scratches. turn into. In particular, in a component mounting device provided with an image pickup device, the recognition accuracy of the component and the recognition accuracy of the substrate are lowered.

However, the scope of the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. It should be noted that the configurations with the same reference numerals in the respective drawings indicate the same configurations, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate. In the present specification, when they are generically referred to, they are indicated by reference numerals without subscripts, and when they refer to individual configurations, they are indicated by reference numerals with subscripts.
The component mounting device according to the embodiment is a device for mounting the component on a substrate, and is a head unit provided with a suction nozzle for sucking the component, a moving mechanism for moving the head unit, and the moving mechanism for moving the component. It is provided with a two-dimensional image pickup device that images the component sucked by the suction nozzle of the head unit. The two-dimensional image pickup device is an image pickup device for a component mounting device provided in a component mounting device for mounting a component on a substrate, with respect to a plurality of pixels arranged in a two-dimensional array and an initial first scratched pixel. A scratch pixel correction unit that corrects scratch pixels and a scratch pixel detection unit that detects a second scratch pixel different from the first scratch pixel are provided, and the scratch pixel correction unit is further detected by the scratch pixel detection unit. The scratch pixel correction is performed on the second scratch pixel. In such an image pickup device for a component mounting device and a component mounting device, a scratch generated after the start of use of the image pickup device for the component mounting device is detected at a predetermined timing after the start of use of the component mounting device. A scratch pixel processing method for an image pickup device for a component mounting device including a pixel detection step is implemented. Hereinafter, a component mounting device provided with an image pickup device for a component mounting device equipped with such a scratch pixel processing method will be described more specifically.

FIG. 2 is a partial front view of the component mounting device. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a second image pickup unit provided in the component mounting device. FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing an electrical configuration of the component mounting device. XYZ right-angled axes are shown in FIG. 1 and other drawings for clarification of directional relationships. The X direction is, for example, a direction parallel to the horizontal plane, the Y direction is a direction orthogonal to the X direction on the horizontal plane, and the Z direction is a direction (vertical direction,) orthogonal to the X direction and the Y direction, respectively. (Direction to the normal of the horizontal plane).
The component mounting device D in the embodiment mainly mounts components such as an integrated circuit (IC), a transistor, a capacitor, and a resistance element by operating each part mechanism, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. At the position MP, for example, a main
The main
The
That is, a fixed
The nuts provided on the fixed
The
The
The
In the
As a recognition means for recognizing the parts sucked by the
The first and second
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the second
イメージセンサ21は、例えば、モノクロのCMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)型等の2次元イメージセンサである。
The
The image pickup
The
The scratch
The scratch
The
あるいは、例えば、画像処理部22および撮像モード制御部23は、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)を備えて構成されてよい。
The
Next, the electrical configuration of the component mounting device D will be described. Electrically, as shown in FIG. 4, the component mounting device D in the embodiment includes a conveyor drive motor 4a, an
The
The
記憶部61は、例えば不揮発性の記憶素子であるROM(Read Only Memory)や書き換え可能な不揮発性の記憶素子であるEEPROM(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)等を備える。
The
制御処理部31は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)およびその周辺回路を備えて構成される。
The
The
The

The
When the

More specifically, in the present embodiment, in the scratch pixel detection step, a scratch pixel having a black pixel value is detected by imaging a white subject with the
For example, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel having a black pixel value in the area sensor mode, the pixel at the pixel position (0, 0) in the image sensor 21 (hereinafter, abbreviated as “pixel PX (0, 0)” as appropriate). Assuming that the target pixel for first detecting the second scratch pixel is the target pixel, in the process S1, the scratch
If the thermal strain detection mark MK is too bright, the electric charge generated by the photoelectric conversion may seep from the pixel to the adjacent pixel. Therefore, the thermal strain detection mark MK is adjusted to an intermediate brightness. It is preferable to have.
Then, in the process S2, the scratch
On the other hand, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel having a white pixel value in the area sensor mode, in the process S1, similarly, in the scratched
Then, in the process S2, the scratch
Alternatively, for example, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel having a black pixel value in the line sensor mode and using a plurality of pixels in 3 lines (3 lines) of line number; 2 or line number; 4, pixel PX ( Assuming that 2, 0) is the target pixel for which the second scratch pixel is first detected, in the process S1, the scratch
Then, in the process S2, the scratch
On the other hand, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel having a white pixel value in the line sensor mode, in the process S1, similarly, in the scratched
Then, in the process S2, the scratch
Next, when the scratch
The predetermined unit is a line unit, and the position of the scratched pixel may be represented by a line number of a line including the scratched pixel. The line unit is suitable for the line sensor mode. For example, when it is determined that the pixel PX (2, 0) is the second scratched pixel, the line number; 2 is stored as the second scratched pixel.
Next, the second
For example, in the area sensor mode, when the detection of the second scratch pixel is performed for all of a plurality of effective pixels, it is determined that the detection of the second scratch pixel is completed (Yes), and the scratch
Alternatively, for example, in the line sensor mode, when the detection of the second scratched pixel is performed for all of a plurality of effective pixels in the line used in the line sensor mode, it is determined that the detection of the second scratched pixel is completed. (Yes), the scratch
When the detection of the second scratched pixel is executed in this way and the detection of the second scratched pixel is completed, the component mounting device D resumes the production of mounting the component on the mounted substrate K. As one of the plurality of steps for mounting this component on the substrate K to be mounted, the component sucked by the
In the above description, in one execution of the processing S2, the scratched pixels of the black pixel value and the scratched pixels of the white pixel value are continuously detected, and the scratched pixels are executed by the processing S4 and the processing S5. A plurality of pixels to be detected are scanned, but for each of the plurality of pixels to detect scratched pixels, detection of scratched pixels having a black pixel value is executed while scanning, and then the scratched pixels are detected. For each of the plurality of pixels to be powered, the detection of scratched pixels having a white pixel value may be executed while scanning.
Further, in the above, when detecting a scratched pixel having a black pixel value, the white region WH of the thermal strain detection mark MK uses three pixels, and the target pixel is three pixels. However, the target pixel can be increased by further utilizing the other white region WH.
Further, in the above, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel having a white pixel value, the black region BL of the thermal strain detection mark MK is for one pixel, so that the target pixel is one pixel. However, of course, by using the larger thermal strain detection mark MK in the black region BL, the target pixel can be made into a plurality of pixels.
Further, in the above description, one thermal strain detection mark MK is used for detecting the second scratch pixel, but the second scratch pixel may be detected by using a plurality of thermal strain detection mark MKs. For example, the second scratch pixel may be detected by using the two thermal strain detecting marks MK formed by the first and second thermal strain detecting mark forming portions 18-1 and 18-2.
As described above, the component mounting device D in the embodiment, the second

In the above-described embodiment, the predetermined timing is the timing during which the production is stopped, but the present invention is not limited to this, or, for example, the component mounting device D sets the component at the predetermined timing. It may be the timing during production when the production to be mounted on the board is performed. In other words, the scratch pixel detection step is one step among a plurality of steps for the component mounting device D to mount the component on the mounted substrate K, and the predetermined timing is the one step. It may be the timing to carry out. That is, the predetermined timing (second scratch pixel inspection step) may be incorporated into the production process.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the thermal strain detection mark MK is used for detecting the second scratched pixel, but the present invention is not limited to this, or is used, for example, for detecting the second scratched pixel. A dedicated detection member may be used. Such a detection member is a member that becomes a subject at the time of detecting the second scratched pixel and has, for example, a surface having a known brightness in advance. When this detection member is used, the detection member is a plate-shaped member including the subject, and the plate-shaped member of the detection member is adsorbed before the scratch pixel detection step (process S2). Further, a suction step of sucking by the
More specifically, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel that outputs a black pixel value and a scratched pixel that outputs a white pixel value, the detection member is, for example, one having a white front surface and a black back surface. It is a plate-shaped member, the white subject is a white surface of the plate-shaped member, and the black subject is the black surface of the plate-shaped member. The detection member may be composed of two members, a first plate-shaped member having a white surface and a second plate-shaped member having a black surface.
Alternatively, for example, the detection member is one plate-shaped member having a white mark provided on the front surface and a black mark provided on the back surface, and the white subject is the surface of the plate-shaped member. The black subject is a black mark provided on the back surface of the plate-shaped member. The detection member is composed of two members, a first plate-shaped member having a white mark provided on the surface and a second plate-shaped member having a black mark provided on the surface. May be good. The mark may have any shape such as, for example, a circle, a rectangle, and an annular shape.

Alternatively, for example, the detection member is a plate-shaped member having a white surface (or a white mark provided on the surface), and the white subject is illuminated by the illumination light in the plate-shaped member. The white surface (or the white mark provided on the surface), and the black subject is the white surface (or the white provided on the surface) of the plate-shaped member which is not illuminated by the illumination light.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8A, when the lines used in the line sensor mode are four lines of line number; 2 to line number; 5 before the line change, the line number is detected by detecting the second scratch pixel; When the second scratched pixel is detected in the second line, the line used in the line sensor mode is the line number including the second scratched pixel; the line excluding the second scratched pixel, for example, as shown in FIG. 8B. It is changed to 4 lines of line number; 3 or line number; 6. Of course, the lines used in the line sensor mode after the line change may be four lines of line number; 4 to line number; 7, line number; 6 to line number; four lines of 9, and the like. good.
In the line sensor mode after the line change, in the example shown in FIG. 8B, a predetermined subject is imaged by the second
For example, when the second image pickup unit 20 (an example of an image pickup device for a component mounting device) and the predetermined subject move relatively, in the image pickup process, for example, the image pickup timing is shifted from before the line change such as initial setting. As a result, the line sensor mode using the line excluding the second scratched pixel detected in the scratched pixel detecting step is implemented. In the present embodiment, as described above, the
Alternatively, for example, the image pickup device for the component mounting device and the predetermined subject move relatively, and in the image pickup process, the position of the image pickup device for the component mounting device is shifted from before the line change such as the initial position. As a result, the line sensor mode using the line excluding the scratched pixel detected in the scratched pixel detecting step is implemented. In the example shown in FIG. 8, the line number; 3 to line is obtained by shifting the position of the image pickup device for the component mounting device by the length of one line from the position of the image pickup device for the component mounting device before the line change. A predetermined subject is imaged by the image pickup device for a component mounting device using the four lines of the number; 6.
As described above, in the line sensor mode, when the second scratched pixel is detected, the imaging timing or the position of the imaging device for the component mounting device is changed according to the change of the used line.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, when the second scratched pixel in the line sensor mode is detected, the thermal strain detection mark MK (head unit 3) is placed on the fixed second
FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining the state of the thermal strain detection mark scanned on the image sensor in order to detect the second scratched pixel in the line of the line sensor mode in another modified form. 9A shows the entire image sensor, FIG. 9B shows the 0th initial position of the thermal strain detection mark MKa (0) with respect to the three lines used in the line sensor mode, and FIG. 9C shows the three lines. The first position of the thermal strain detection mark MKa (1) with respect to the three lines is shown, and FIG. 9D shows the second position of the thermal strain detection mark MKa (2) with respect to the three lines. In the example shown in FIG. 9, for simplification of explanation, the thermal strain detection mark MKa is a white circular virtual image that is a white region, and nine pixels in 3 rows and 3 columns can be exposed.
For example, in the case of detecting a scratched pixel having a black pixel value in the line sensor mode and using a plurality of pixels in 3 lines (3 lines) of line number; 3 or line number; 5, 9 pixels PX. (3,0) or pixel PX (5,2) (that is, 9 pixels PX (3,0), pixel PX (3,1), pixel PX (3,2), pixel PX (4,0)) , Pixel PX (4, 1), Pixel PX (4, 2), Pixel PX (5, 0), Pixel PX (5, 1), Pixel PX (5, 2), and so on) first. As a target pixel for detecting scratched pixels, first, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the thermal distortion detection mark MKa (0) has nine pixels PX (3, 0) or pixel PX (5, 2). ), The thermal strain detection mark MKa (0) is set to the initial position by relatively moving the image pickup device and the thermal strain detection mark MKa so as to be located at the second scratch pixel. Detection is performed. Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9C, the thermal strain detection is performed so that the thermal strain detection mark MKa (1) is located at the nine pixels PX (3, 3) or the pixels PX (5, 5). The mark MKa (1) moves diagonally by the pixel to be detected in one detection of the second scratched pixel, and in the example shown in FIG. 9, it moves diagonally by 3 rows and 3 columns, and the image pickup device moves. In the x direction along the column direction, the pixel to be detected in the first detection of the second scratched pixel moves in the x direction, and in the example shown in FIG. 9, only three rows move in the x direction. As a result, the thermal strain detection mark MKa (1) is set at the position for detecting the second scratched pixel for the three lines used in the line sensor mode, and the second scratched pixel is detected. Will be executed. Subsequently, similarly, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9D, the thermal strain detection mark MKa (1) is located at the nine pixels PX (3, 6) to the pixels PX (5, 8). The thermal strain detection mark MKa (2) moves diagonally by 3 rows and 3 columns, and the image pickup device moves by 3 rows in the x direction. As a result, the thermal strain detection mark MKa (2) is set at the position for detecting the second scratched pixel for the three lines used in the line sensor mode, and the second scratched pixel is detected. Will be executed. Hereinafter, the same process is repeated for all the pixels in the three lines used in the line sensor mode until the detection of the second scratched pixel is completed.
Even when the detection member is used instead of the thermal strain detection mark MKa, scanning can be performed in the same manner.
