Claims (6)
- 電解質膜の両側にアノード電極及びカソード電極が配置されてなる電解質膜・電極構造体と、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体の両面に配設されたセパレータと、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体の前記アノード電極と一方の前記セパレータとの間に形成され、水平方向に燃料ガスを流通させる燃料ガス流路と、
前記電解質膜・電極構造体の前記カソード電極と他方の前記セパレータとの間に形成され、水平方向に酸化剤ガスを流通させる酸化剤ガス流路と、
を備え、前記電解質膜・電極構造体と前記セパレータとの積層方向が水平方向に沿った燃料電池であって、
前記燃料電池の前記積層方向と直交する水平方向の一端下部には、前記燃料ガス流路に連通し、前記電解質膜・電極構造体と前記セパレータとの積層方向に前記燃料ガスを排出させるアノード排出連通孔が形成され、
前記燃料電池の前記積層方向と直交する水平方向の他端下部には、前記酸化剤ガス流路に連通し、前記積層方向に前記酸化剤ガスを排出させるカソード排出連通孔が形成され、
前記アノード排出連通孔の底部よりも、前記カソード排出連通孔の底部が下方に設けられる、
燃料電池。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池であって、前記アノード排出連通孔及び前記カソード排出連通孔の各々は、多角形状に形成されるとともに、前記底部を構成する頂点又は辺に隣接する両側部に、斜め上方に広がるように傾斜した傾斜部を有する、燃料電池。
- 請求項2記載の燃料電池であって、さらに、前記カソード排出連通孔の周囲を囲むように設けられた連通孔ビード部と、前記連通孔ビード部を貫通して前記カソード排出連通孔と前記酸化剤ガス流路とを連通させるトンネル部と、を有し、
前記トンネル部は、前記傾斜部よりも上方に配置されている、燃料電池。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池であって、前記カソード排出連通孔の前記底部は直線状の辺によって構成される、燃料電池。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池であって、前記カソード排出連通孔の底部及び前記アノード排出連通孔の底部は、発電面の下端部よりも下方に形成されている、燃料電池。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池が複数積層された積層体を備える、燃料電池スタック。
