Description
前記カラーレジストを、前記のカラーレジストの製造方法で製造することを含む。
式(200)において、R1及びR2の各々は水素又はメチル基、nは1以上の整数、R3は炭素数1以上のアルキレン基であり、nが2以上の場合は一分子中の複数のR3は互いに同一であっても異なっていてもよい。
レン基でありかつR1からR11のうち少なくとも一つはアルキル基又は-R12-OHである。R1からR11は互いに化学結合していない。

を120℃以下にすることができ、100℃未満にすることもでき、50℃未満にすることもできる。
発光ダイオード又は有機発光ダイオード(有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子)である。
下記表に示す成分を混合することで、実施例及び比較例の組成物を調製した。表中では、光散乱粒子以外の成分の配合量を質量部で示し、光散乱粒子の配合量を組成物全体を基準とする体積百分率で示す。
-アクリロイルモルフォリン:沸点265。粘度12mPa・s。
-トリス(プロピレングリコール)ジアクリレート:新中村化学工業社製。品番APG200。沸点295℃。粘度12mPa・s。
-トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート:新中村化学工業社製。品番3G。沸点290℃。粘度8mPa・s。
-1,10-ドデカンジオールジメタクリレート:新中村化学工業社製。品番DOD-N。沸点300℃以上。粘度9mPa・s。
-トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート:巴工業社製。品番SR351S。沸点300℃以上。粘度106mPa・s。
-Irgacure184:BASFジャパン社製。Irgacure184。1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン。
-IrgacureTPO:BASFジャパン社製。品名IrgacureTPO。2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル-ジフェニルフォスフィンオキサイド。フォトブリーチング性有り。
-緑色光発光量子ドット:CdSe/ZnSコアシェル型半導体粒子、メディアン径3.3nm、SIGMA-ALDRICH社製、製品名CdSe/ZnS530。
-赤色光発光量子ドット:CdSe/ZnSコアシェル型半導体粒子、メディアン系5.2nm、SIGMA-ALDRICH社製、製品名CdSe/ZnS610。
-YPO4(0.2μm):YPO4粒子。平均粒径(D50)0.2μm。累積99%粒径(D99)/平均粒径(D50)の比の値15以下。反射率(波長400~800nm)70%以上。吸収係数(350~400nm)0.5以下。
-YPO4(1μm):YPO4粒子。平均粒径(D50)1μm。累積99%粒径(D99)/平均粒径(D50)の比の値15以下。反射率(波長400~800nm)70%以上。吸収係数(350~400nm)0.5以下。
-GdPO4(0.2μm):GdPO4粒子。平均粒径(D50)0.2μm。累積99%粒径(D99)/平均粒径(D50)の比の値15以下。反射率(波長400~800nm)70%以上。吸収係数(350~400nm)0.5以下。
-LaPO4(0.2μm):LaPO4粒子。平均粒径(D50)0.2μm。累積99%粒径(D99)/平均粒径(D50)の比の値15以下。反射率(波長400~800nm)70%以上。吸収係数(350~400nm)0.5以下。
-LuPO4(0.2μm):LuPO4粒子。平均粒径(D50)0.2μm。累積99%粒径(D99)/平均粒径(D50)の比の値15以下。反射率(波長400~800nm)70%以上。吸収係数(350~400nm)0.5以下。
-Y2Ti2O7(0.2μm):Y2Ti2O7粒子。平均粒径(D50)0.2μm。累積99%粒径(D99)/平均粒径(D50)の比の値15以下。反射率(波長400~800nm)70%以上。吸収係数(350~400nm)0.5以下。
-酸化チタン:ルチル型酸化チタン。タイオキサイドジャパン社製。品番R105。平均粒径(D50)210nm。比重4.0。
-酸化亜鉛:酸化亜鉛1種。堺化学社製。平均粒径0.6μm。比重6.2。
-分散剤:吸着基としてカルボキシル基を有する側鎖末端型分散剤、酸価98mgKOH/g、粘度9000mP・s、重量平均分子量3000、綜研化学製、品番CBB3098。
(1)25℃粘度
組成物の粘度を、レオメータ(アントンパール・ジャパン社製、型番DHR-2)を使用して、温度25℃、せん断速度1000s-1の条件で測定した。
組成物の粘度を、レオメータ(アントンパール・ジャパン社製、型番DHR-2)を使用して、温度40℃、せん断速度1000s-1の条件で測定した。
組成物を塗布して厚み20μmの塗膜を作製した。この塗膜に、窒素雰囲気下で、UV照射器(シーシーエス株式会社製、型番CML-200UV395)を用いてピーク波長395nmの光を、照射強度0.5W/cm2かつ積算光量3J/cm2の条件で照射した。これによりフィルムを作製した。
A:タックが認められない。
B:タックが認められる。
組成物を塗布して厚み20μmの塗膜を作製した。この塗膜に、大気雰囲気下で、UV照射器(シーシーエス株式会社製、型番CML-200UV395)を用いてピーク波長395nmの光を、照射強度0.5W/cm2かつ積算光量3J/cm2の条件で照射した。これによりフィルムを作製した。
A:タックが認められない。
B:タックが認められる。
組成物を厚さ1mmの石英ガラス上に塗布して、この組成物の塗膜に、窒素雰囲気下、UV照射器(シーシーエス株式会社製、型番CML-200UV395)を用いてピーク波長395nmの光を照射強度0.5W/cm2かつ積算光量3J/cm2の条件で照射した。これにより、厚み20μmのフィルムを作製した。これにより、フィルム付石英ガラスを得た。このフィルム付石英ガラスの、波長450nmの光の透過率を測定した。測定に当たっては、分光光度計(株式会社日立製作所製 U-4100)を用いた。なお、フィルムの波長変換能が高いほど、フィルム中で波長450nmの光が蛍光体に吸収されやすくなり、フィルムを透過する光の中の波長450nmの光の割合が低くなる。このため、波長450nmの光の透過率の測定値が低いほど、波長変換能が高いと判断できる。透過率が60%以下であれば「A」、60%超75%以下であれば「B」、75%超85%以下であれば「C」、85%超であれば「D」と、評価した。
組成物の硬化物を加熱した場合のアウトガスをヘッドスペース法でサンプリングしてガスクロマトグラフにより測定した。詳しくは、まず容積22mLのヘッドスペース用バイアルに組成物を100mg入れた。続いて、組成物に、大気雰囲気下、UV照射器(シーシーエス株式会社製、型番CML-200UV395)を用いてピーク波長395nmの光を、照射強度0.5W/cm2かつ積算光量3J/cm2の条件で照射することで組成物を硬化させた後、バイアルを封止した。続いて組成物を100℃で30分間加熱してから、バイアル中の気相部分をガスクロマトグラフに導入して分析した。その結果、得られたガスクロマトグラムのピーク面積に基づいて、組成物から発生したアウトガスの濃度を特定した。アウトガスの濃度とは、バイアルの容積(22mL)に対する、バイアルの気相中のアウトガスの体積分率である。
A:濃度300ppm以下。
B:濃度300ppm超1000ppm以下。
C:濃度1000ppm超。
組成物を窒素雰囲気下、40℃の温度で1か月間放置した。この試験の前の組成物の粘度と、試験の後の組成物の粘度とを、レオメータ(アントンパール・ジャパン社製、型番DHR-2)を使用して、温度25℃、せん断速度1000s-1の条件で測定し、その結果から、粘度の変化率を算出した。この変化率が5%未満である場合を「A」、5%以上10%未満である場合を「B」、10%以上である場合を「C」と評価した。
組成物をインクジェットプリンター(リコー製、形式MH2420)のカートリッジに入れ、インクジェットプリンターにおけるノズルからカートリッジ内の組成物を吐出しうることを確認してから、ノズルから組成物を吐出させてテストパターンを連続で印刷した。その結果、組成物を1時間吐出できるとともに吐出動作が安定していた場合を「A」、組成物を1時間吐出できたが吐出動作が断続的に不安定になった場合を「B」、吐出開始から1時間経過前にノズルが詰まって組成物を吐出できなくなった場合を「C」と、評価した。
