Claims (9)
- 多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
主成分がコージェライトである多孔質の構造体本体と、
CeおよびZrを含むとともに前記構造体本体に固定されたCe-Zr含有粒子と、
を備え、
前記Ce-Zr含有粒子は、
前記構造体本体の内部に位置する固定部と、
前記固定部に連続するとともに前記構造体本体から突出する突出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
CeおよびZrの合計含有率は、CeO2およびZrO2換算で6.0質量%以上かつ20質量%以下であることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項1または2に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Ceの含有率は、CeO2換算で5.0質量%以上かつ15質量%以下であることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Zrの含有率は、ZrO2換算で1.0質量%以上かつ5.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Ceの少なくとも一部はCeO2として存在することを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項5に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Zrの少なくとも一部はCeO2に固溶していることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項6に記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Zrが固溶しているCeO2において、CeおよびZrの合計物質量に対するZrの物質量の割合は、10%以上かつ20%以下であることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Ce-Zr含有粒子の平均粒径は、10nm以上かつ2μm以下であることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質セラミックス構造体であって、
Ce-Zr含有粒子に触媒粒子が担持されていることを特徴とする多孔質セラミックス構造体。
