Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る電源装置1を示す回路図である。図1に示す電源装置1は、外部電源PSから供給される電力を負荷2に供給可能な電力に変換し、当該負荷2へ供給する。さらに、電源装置1は、当該負荷2へ電力を供給すると共に、当該電力により電源装置1自身に内蔵する二次電池BAを充電する。また、電源装置1は、停電等の要因により外部電源PSからの電力供給が停止した場合に、上記二次電池BAに蓄積された電力を放電し、当該負荷2へ供給する。なお、本実施形態に係る電源装置1は、当該負荷2へ電力を供給しつつ、二次電池BAを充電可能である。
次に、二次電池BAの電池電圧と、各スイッチング素子のオンオフとの関係について、図2を参照して詳細に説明する。図2は、図1に示す電源装置1において、二次電池BAの放電を実行した後に二次電池BAの充電を実行する場合のタイミングチャートの一例である。なお、図1に示す電源装置1は、図2に示すタイミングチャートに従って、満充電状態の二次電池BAからの放電を実行し、二次電池BAの放電を実行した後に動作を停止し、再び起動した後に二次電池BAの充電を実行する。また、図2に示すタイミングチャートにおいて、縦軸は二次電池BAの電池電圧値又は電池残量計14において推定される電池残量値と、各スイッチング素子のステータスとを表し、横軸は時間を表す。また、図2に示すタイミングチャートの開始時(すなわち、時間T0)においては、本実施形態に係る電源装置1が起動していると仮定する。すなわち、スイッチング素子Q3及びスイッチング素子Q4は、時間T0において、制御部11によりオンされていることとする。

Claims (7)
- 二次電池の充電又は放電を実行する充放電回路の動作を制御する制御装置であって、
前記充放電回路を動作させるための電力供給を制御するように構成される制御部と、
前記制御部を駆動させるための電力を前記制御部へ供給する駆動用電源と、
前記二次電池の電池電圧を計測するように構成される電圧計測部と、
前記電圧計測部により計測された前記二次電池の電池電圧から前記二次電池の電池残量を推定するように構成される電池残量計と、
を具備し、
前記電池残量計は、前記制御部が前記駆動用電源に対して電力供給を開始するように指示するときの前記電池残量を、前記制御部が前記駆動用電源に対して電力供給を開始するように指示するタイミングにおいて検出した前記電池電圧に基づいて推定し、
前記制御部は、前記充放電回路による前記二次電池の放電を終了した後であって、前記電圧計測部により計測されている前記電池電圧が安定するタイミングで前記駆動用電源に対して電力供給を停止するように指示する、
制御装置。 - 前記電池電圧が安定するタイミングは、前記電池電圧の時間当たりの変化率が所定の閾値未満になったタイミングである、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記電池電圧が安定するタイミングは、放電を終了後、予め設定した時間が経過したタイミングである、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記時間は、30分から2時間である、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 前記電池電圧が安定するタイミングは、前記電池電圧が、放電の終了時の前記電池電圧に対し所定の値だけ変化したタイミングである、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置と、前記充放電回路と、前記二次電池とを具備する電池パック。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置と、前記充放電回路と、前記二次電池とを具備する電源装置。
